Fantastic experience: I recently had Invisalign treatment at a high-field dentist, and it transformed my teeth. Not only did they straighten my very misaligned teeth, which I had neglected to wear braces for as a child, but they also improved my oral hygiene. I had developed early stages of gum disease, but after it was reversed with multiple hygienist appointment’s, they began the Invisalign treatment, which resulted in a very satisfactory finish. I want to thank everyone on the team for their expertise!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Highfield Dental! I initially went in for Invisalign treatment, only to find out I needed a root canal as well. Thankfully, both were handled seamlessly by Dr Manpreet Dhesi and Dr Slawomir Stobiecki and I'm thrilled with the final outcome. My teeth looks amazing after Invisalign and composite bonding! The hygienists are also great! Overall all the staff were professional, thorough out and make each visit comfortable. The entire staff is caring, and the service is exceptional. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience this morning, managed to get an emergency appointment for a fixed brace replacement. Audrey and Breshna was extremely professional, and kind. Audrey asked me frequent questions about the placement of the brace, which was a new experience to me, and made the placement even better for my comfort. First time I’ve experienced that, and it was so welcome. I feel confident in the fit, and was well looked after by both of them.

I completed my Invisalign treatment with Manpreet and the service from start to finish has been amazing. I’m super happy with my results, I was nervous about starting Invisalign due to the time commitment and any pain I may experience, but team made it easy and were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I had. I think Invisalign is 100% worth it and now there is no other dentist I would go to for further dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with the results from my Invisalign treatment, it exceeded what I thought would be possible without surgery or fixed braces. The team have been very helpful, including Manpreet who I saw throughout my treatment. Being able to scan and upload photos to the app saved a lot of appointments and made it more feasible. I initially attended the open day which was really helpful to learn more about the process. My new smile has boosted my confidence and reduced discomfort from my overbite.

Fantastic experience: Both my partner and I visited Highfield in the last month, and the service here has been exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was very welcoming. Specifically, Anna (the Dental Therapist) and Breshna (the Dental Nurse) were terrific. My partner has severe dental anxiety, and together they made the experience smooth, almost entirely alleviating my partner’s nerves. Without Anna and Breshna, it’s highly likely that we wouldn’t have made it through the entire appointment—or at the very least, it would’ve been a very tough hour for my partner. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: Having used the cares for a couple of years. Always on-time notifications and kids love them. Our whole family feeling under the radar.

Negative experience: One of the dentists there has made a wrong diagnosis on my case in November. Has filed a complaint, they received and said will investigate, but never get back to me.

Fantastic experience: After 10 years of suffering with a dental phobia and not seeking treatment I applied for a consultation online and received a call back from Jade who is a lovely receptionist and works hard to make sure the patients feel at ease. This was swiftly followed by an appointment with the dentist and hygienist. Anna Ortega the hygienist was amazing, she explained the process beforehand and took her time to make sure that I was okay during the procedure. There was a screen above me allowing me to stare at images of the sky, this was a brilliant touch for a distraction. Dr Manpreet Dhesi was then my dentist for two fillings, one of which was particularly difficult to get to. The process took around an hour and a half with one hour needed for the difficult filling. He was also amazing and explained everything he was going to do during this. He worked with incredible attention to detail, while also giving me a break in between. Overall amazing service especially with nervous patients, worth the money spent for treatment. I’m so glad I was able to register with Highfield.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient who attended on 28/11/2024 followed by root canal treatment on 05/12/24. My dentist on both the appointments was Dr Manpreet Dhesi. I am very happy with the care and treatment i had. Dr Dhesi is really good and although i was very anxious about having the root canal treatment i felt confident with his approach at the first appointment and today a day after the treatment i am feeling good without any pain and am glad i decided to have the treatment with Dr Dhesi. He is very skilled and patient at the same time and i did not feel the consultations were rushed and he answered all the questions to put my mind at rest. The nurses, the lady who took the scans at my first appointment and receptionist were all very welcoming and i wish i had come to Highfield Dental sooner. Thank you to all the team for providing the best care.

Fantastic experience: I had my first patient exam at Highfield Dental Clinic 5 weeks ago and the experience was exceptional! The team is professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. After advanced 3D X-rays they gave me solutions to the problems I had and booked me in to remove a tooth, install a post and new crown. The dentists were thorough, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience at this clinic. My hygienist Lauren and her assistant were absolutely lovely and they took their time to clean every tooth, including my half erupted wisdom teeth, with various tools, finishing the process with a polish that was so gentle yet effective. (They also gave me a cute tooth stress toy to hold during the cleaning)

Fantastic experience: I have been so impressed with highfield dental as my orthodontist. I have started Invisalign clear aligners with them. Everything has been thoroughly explained and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Like many others, I don’t love going to the dentist but they make it a really pleasant experience. I can’t wait to have my teeth whitening at the end and to see the hygienist there. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a private dentist.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with the clinic was for a dental implant at the end of 2022. I was so impressed with treatment I have gone on to have a lot more done since then, including teeth whitening, fillings, crowns, 2 root canals and of course dental hygiene. My most recent appointment was for a root canal and filling replacement. I had the last appointment of the day and it was quite a long one, but Manpreet was kind enough to let me have a time out as I have a back problem. Everyone is friendly yet professional. Thanks to Slavek, Manpreet and the team for excellent care.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with this clinic today. I saw Anna, one of the hygienists who was fantastic, and Anastasija, one of the hygienists assistants who was ac lovely calming presence. There was no pain, except for some mild sensitivity, I wasn't drowned in spray, and they ensure I was comfortable from beginning to end and beautiful results. These ladies were the literal polar opposites to my precious dental hygienist experience from my previous practice and I could not be more pleased or relieved. Lucy showed me a scan of my teeth and bite profile which was very interesting and informative. So far, I'm very happy with the service and feel confident enough that I have now booked a dental check up as well.

Fantastic experience: I've been at this practice for 30 years now, every dentist and hygienist we have seen (barring a couple of locums/temps in that time in the purposes of full honesty) has been gentle, responsive and kind in carrying out exams, cleans and treatments. Lauren in particular deserves a bonus for her exemplary care and Slavek and Manpreet couldn't be kinder to my nervous children. They have all the latest technology in their newly renovated treatment rooms. Yes, good care costs, it is not the budget option, but if you value your dental health as much as your physical and mental health then this is the place to come. I am so grateful we are on their books.

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased with the results of my treatment here (composite bonding with whitening) and massively grateful to the fantastic staff at the practice who were so very kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring to me. I felt like I was in excellent hands at the appointment today with the wonderful dentist Vladi and nurse Prisha (so sorry if I’ve misspelt or misremembered!). Likewise for the treatment coordinator (again sorry to have forgotten names!) and rest of the team at the practice. Very pleased to now be able to smile properly for graduation photos looking a little less clumsy!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic visit to the hygienist yesterday, the air polishing gives a really good result! I love that the practice invests in the latest equipment and techniques.

Negative experience: The workers are unprofessional and rude and u pleasant to speak too. They would constantly gossip about other members of staff and workers in front of patients with no shame. I overheard these as i was being treated by them and they would continue to constantly gossip about their colleague. This is highly unacceptable behaviour and unusual as they are adults. However i did a good experience with 2 members of staff who were respectful and polite. I cant remember her name but she had highlights and was very smiley. There was also a female who had a hijab and was helping me with the procedure i was having. This was disappointing as they were visibly the youngest staff members whereas all the others were 40+ so would you assume they would be more professional and educated enough to behave this way? correct me if i’m wrong but i couldn’t believe the amount of times i would hear their loud conversations and they did not treat me with care and was very rough with their treatments. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: This was a really helpful review. It showed by X ray that inflammation levels in my gums had resulted in bone erosion and more receding gums. This was later shown by the Hygienist to be due to inflammation, with low plaque level. This means again upping my levels of hygiene. I am happy to do this. Being guided by such expert opinion is not only great science, it's also very reassuring. So, thank you Highfield Dental and Facial Clinic. Well done. Yet again.

Negative experience: I do not recommend! The orthodontist himself made the decision to end my straightening treatment with aligners ( after I paid him £4500 ) which I am not satisfied with at all! I do not recommend this place! Waste of time and your money. Staff also not friendly ( receptionist ) only few people looked smiling!

Fantastic experience: I recently had two implants done at the Centre. The whole process was carefully and thoroughly told to me in advance so I knew what to expect, and during the procedures each step was fully explained. It does of course take a significant time to sensibly go through the process, but I was very pleased with the results- excellent to have those gaps filled with attractive replacements, and to be able to eat properly once more. Overall a very professional and friendly process.

I've been going to this practice for nearly 30 years now and the experience, friendliness and professionalism from all the staff just keeps getting better. The hygienist is very competent and is always extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. The same can be said for the receptionist. I often need to change appointment times due to work commitments, she always reschedules my appointment within days of my original time. A great service all round.

Negative experience: I called for emergency about broken tooth and the said will be £140, fine but they said that they don't have time now so back anothe day to do the job, fine too, but don't make me go another day because they don't have time so £140 for 3 min plus the treatment. Fantastic experience: I came across this practice by pure accident after having been forced to go private due to an extraction that needed doing and no NHS available — I am SO glad I did the service and care was OUTSTANDING and each and everyone of the team so helpful, friendly and compassionate — Katherine my dentist is AMAZING and I couldn’t be happier with not only the treatment but the aftercare also nothing is too much trouble I can not highly recommend this practice enough and they deserve more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the dental practice has been really positive. As a new patient I was given a full consultation and a plan was made. Since then I have had some very extensive treatment I am not great with the dentists yet the staff are so kind, professional and reassuring you can’t feel unhappy when you’re there. I am now on a practice plan and feel reassured my mouth is in good hands!

Positive experience: I had a mouth guard ordered from here, they didn't ring me when it was ready to be collected, and then they lost it. They said they would ring me and arrange a replacement, which they have failed to do multiple times, even after I went into the clinic to ask about the progress, twice. Update: After reading this google review, Highfield arranged to make me a new mouth guard, which I now have. The Dental Hygienist is very good.
