Fantastic experience: New to the practice Mr Jamil Salim is a Fantastic Dentist and a credit to the Practice. I was very worried and nervous when my previous Dentist Mrs Gatecliff left. However I have just been for a small filling with Mr Salim and oh my goodness I cannot thank and praise this man enough. I have a slight phobia of needles and so dread having any treatment done but he was exceptional with me, very patient and very understanding. I highly recommend this practice and Mr Salim.

Positive experience: When I phoned for an urgent appointment I was given a date 6 weeks ahead. As I was suffering pain this was not acceptable. In the past urgent problems were seen and treated within a week. However on my second attempt I was able to get an emergency appointment which has sorted the problem for now while I wait for my proper appointment.

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately I broke a front tooth I rang the practice and they got me in the next day. I was distraught as I had no idea of how many options I had in fixing the problem. This was all explained to me, they were happy to answer all my many questions. I am now going through the process of having an implant.

Please note that multiple appointments were missed without notice, including a private hygiene appointment and a family booking, which unfortunately led to a outstanding balance. As per our practice policy, repeated non-attendance and unpaid fees can result in deregistration.

The reception staff are equally considerate and so polite and respectful, and will always try to accommodate an urgent appointment. I saw Jim in Mrs. Wolverson's absence and he was equally professional, but very kind and gentle. I am never apprehensive attending The Limes, as I am confident I will be looked after with the utmost care.

Positive experience: Good to see that previous NHS patients have been transferred as NHS despite new ownership. It used to be (as I believe) part of the review that an ultrasonic descale was part of the plan. Sadly this seems to have gone to a hygienist; well I suppose money has to made somewhere! Update: Again professional and timely service. This time a quick (all that was needed I believe) ultrasonic scaling. Have an extra star!

Fantastic experience: I saw Jenna for a regular clean and polish but on this occasion they had a new cleaning gizmo. It was described as like a car wash for your teeth! Well it’s somewhat accurate! It was amazing, it uses warm water so if you have sensitive teeth you’ll be ok. It was worth every penny! Honestly my teeth were 4-5 shades whiter!! As a lifelong black coffee drinker I couldn’t believe the results. Worth every penny of the £100 fee for this particular cleaning! Do yourself a favour, spend the extra £40 and have this done!!
