Positive experience: I’m so happy with the results. Invisalign is very expensive and a big investment, but the staff put you at ease with their transparency and friendliness. Highly recommend :) EDIT: There is a lack of transparency about retainer membership. You will find yourself in a position where they apply a deadline in which to take up membership. Feeling pressured into paying large amounts upfront isn’t what I signed up for originally. This may be affordable to some, but I know a lot of people would be left feeling disappointed so ask questions about everything, read the small print etc. You may also find yourself hurried out the door while your teeth start shifting back during the retainer period and some reviews reflect this sentiment.

Fantastic experience: Why I felt nervous I just don’t know!!! It’s a huge step and an even bigger commitment but I felt at ease right from stepping in. I was greeted by the most bright, bubbly, cheerful and welcoming young lady called Eva. She also had the biggest megawatt smile! If my teeth look like hers I will be one happy lady! I was talked through the whole process step by step and it was clear easy to understand. Would definitely recommend. Am so looking forward to the whole journey!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my consultation, which I had been looking forward to for some time. The dentist displayed a clear and obvious antipathy towards me, muttered and did not enunciate (he was most unpleasant and barked his commands). He appeared bored and unhappy at being there; he made me feel unwelcome and unwanted, treating me with disdain. The reception staff were fine and the place is OK but I would never recommend. There are plenty of other cosmetic dentists who know how to treat people with a modicum of respect! The response from Smmmile today is quite inaccurate viz. We appreciate that you’ve already spoken with our Practice Manager. I have NOT SPOKEN WITH ANY PRACTICE MANAGER. Kindly amend your reply to reflect the truth. Even more reason not to recommend your "establishment". Well, well, well. So you just can't be bothered to amend your incorrect response and tell the truth. I hope potential customers read this and select another cosmetic dentist. Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: I'm now coming to the end of my 7 month Invisalign treatment with Smmmile and it's been an amazing experience! The initial consultation with Emma was really welcoming and clear, and the entire treatment plan (incl. options) was laid out in a transparent and manageable way; even my "dentist-dodger" brain could make sense of it. Jon and Georgia looked after the majority of my treatment and again (recurring theme here) were incredible throughout. Very professional, super friendly, and had me in-and-it of the chair with no messing. The practice is central to Leeds (just off Boar Lane) and fitted in around my working day - with check ups, consultations and adjustments taking no more than half an hour. It's well presented and clean inside (as you'd hope for), and Eva is exceptional Front of House, and really efficient at messaging me back when I reschedule my appointment for the third time that day... Never a complaint. Genuinely, if I had the money (and wonky teeth), I'd do it again! Thank you to the entire Smmmile team, hopefully see you all in future for my check ups.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Smmmile – Leeds any higher! In my search for Invisalign, I visited several practices in Leeds before opting to go with Smmmile. In the end, it was a simple decision. This was not only because of their competitive pricing relative to other providers in the market, but also due to the professionalism and benevolence of all staff. My very first conversations with anyone from Smmmile, both over the phone and in person when I first entered the practice, were with Eva (Front of House). At every stage of the process, Jon explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and what effect this would have on my teeth / smile. At an extremely stressful time, when I went into Smmmile and was in need of a minor operation, Jon was calm and unfazed, which increased my confidence in that this situation could be resolved. He did exactly that, and his calmness is one of the many attributes which allow him to consistently achieve excellence in his profession. Jon has helped me achieve a better natural smile than I thought was even possible – I could not recommend him enough to anybody searching for dental work. Fantastic experience: This has got to be the friendliest dentist on the planet. I love the fact that we're all on first name terms, but there is no let up in the professional approach. Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic ever The overall experience is not comparable to any dental practice I ever visited. First appointment : quick as within an hour of booking with check ups including x rays at a very friendly price (compared to other places where is more expensive /don't offer it at the first appointment) . Jon is knowledgeable ,polite, a humble human being ,didn't mind my son having around and was very acceptable to him regardless of my son's 'challenges' . I am forever grateful for that. The staff were so so lovely every single time, and very patient as it took a few extra scans and trays (at no extra cost) before I was 100% happy with my results and I can easily say I am now 100% in love with my results. They’re also very flexible with appointments and sending you your trays if you are out of the city. The dentist is always honest with what is realistically achievable through Invisalign, and they will show you a before and after scan of what your teeth should look like at the end of the process. John and the rest of the team were super chill and helpful with everything, and from the first consultation I felt really welcomed and comfortable to do my treatment here. The team also helped me accommodate my treatment when I had informed them I was moving out of the country, helping to speed up the process a bit towards the end. Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of seeing Jon for a check up, clean, scan and teeth whitening. I felt really comfortable and had an overall amazing experience. The clinic is beautiful and very professional. I came away with so much beneficial information. Will definitely be returning!

Negative experience: The people are lovely but it is definitely on the more expensive side and I don’t think the quality matches the price tag. After spending so much money I can’t even say I’m completely happy with the result. My only issue was that my front two teeth overlapped and so I had hoped they’d be side by side by the end but they are still slightly not aligned, and the more time that goes on after finishing the course of retainers (a few months), they are just gradually moving back to being more and more misaligned, despite wearing my night retainers consistently at night, and sometimes in the day too. I felt that through the treatment I was never really explained anything properly, it was all just rushed. No appointment ever started on time. They also rushed taking the attachments off so much they missed half of them and I had to go back in another time just to finish the job. It felt as though they put in a lot of effort at the beginning when they were getting you to sign up, but the quality reduced once you’d committed to paying.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my Invisalign journey, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. A very modern and clean vibe, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Dr. John himself was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could easily understand. The treatment I received was top-notch, and I left feeling confident in my dental health. I highly recommend Dr. John and the team at Smmmile for their excellent care and attention to detail. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I chose to go with smile clinic as they were highest rated on the Invisalign website, and they lived up to their reviews. Great service from the moment I walked in for my initial consultation to my final meeting when I received my retainers. Really friendly and helpful staff that seem genuinely happy to work where they do. The culture is very relax and friendly but still with the professional it’s you’d expect from a highly rated dental clinic. Couldn’t recommend dentist John and his team anymore. There’s no need to go to any other place if you’re wanting Invisalign or any other dental cosmetic work. My composite bonds are exactly as I asked (I wanted a more natural look). 5 star from me.

Fantastic experience: Currently waiting for my Invisalign aligners to be ready for collection and so far I cannot fault the team at Smmmile Leeds at all, every appointment I’ve brought my son and they’ve all given him the time of day. I never once felt pressured during my consultation to go ahead with anything I didn’t want and the scan showed me what the end result is aimed to be. I had a tooth extraction which I petrified about but Dr Jon Hewitt reassured me and talked me through the whole process as it was happening on what to expect. I’ve never had such a positive dental experience and can’t wait for my new smile!

Fantastic experience: I first met the smmmile team at their event. All really lovely, friendly, personable people so I was very happy to go in and meet them for a free consultation where I was given advice on what treatments I could get. I love a natural look so I have just gone for composite bonding to freshen up my smile after years of grinding my teeth in my sleep. No bleaching. Still me, just with fuller shaped teeth.
