Negative experience: I have been visiting at dentist at this location for over 30 years, but I had two appointments today one for the hygienist at 9am which went according to plan but I had a dentist appointment at 0930 and at 0945 the dentist had still not arrived to start his clinic. This is unacceptable and I had to make another appointment. This is a terrible service as I had to get to work too! However, I am not late to see my NHS patients! I currently pay for this service via Denplan which makes it worse! I would like to add that the receptionists and other therapists are always very polite and professional. Get your act together Dentists!

Fantastic experience: Update Jan 25. Hopefully at the end of lengthy treatment plan. As always, very happy with everything. Reception and Dental team first class.Mr Murza is wonderful. He explains everything really ckearly and is excellent. Very pleased. I can smile again Updated Oct 24. In the middle of lengthy treatments and very happy with progress. Everything was explained in detail. Will review again when the treatment is finished and hopefully i will have my smile back with lovely teeth . Updated September 24. Another happy customer. Hygienist was lovely. She took great care to tell me exactly what she was doing. Her manner was excellent and very professional. All the staff are great- I've already booked my next appointment Updated Feb 24. Brilliant as always . No waiting, lovely staff and great service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. December 23: I have had to have lengthy and complicated treatment with Mr Mirza and he has been more than patient with me. He has explained the difficulties and complications at each stage and I have been very happy with the service. As always, all the staff are have been fantastic. I am continuing with my treatment. Uodated 24 May. Another successful visit. I need a bit more than the usual check up and was given a detailed dental plan so I know exactly what I'm getting. First class service from everyone, as always. Very happy customer. Updated 1 March 23. As always, excellent service. Relaxed and calm. All staff were lovely. Would recommend highly. Excellent service. I wasn't kept waiting by the hygienist and she explained everything she was doing in a calm and friendly manner. I am usually a nervous patient but not at this practice. They all make you feel calm and relaxed. I've also seen Mr Mirza the dentist and he is soooooo good, as are his team. He didn't ever try to get me to have more expensive trearment than I needed. Reception staff are very efficient and friendly. My next appointment is already booked I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I was offered an emergency appointment as I had ? Broken a tooth for the Friday but I was offered an earlier one on the Tuesday which was brilliant,arriving at the practice covid rules were in place,on going in the dental nurse introduced herself and took all my medical details.I saw the dentist who explained what she was going to do and then repaired my tooth.Every one was very polite and the experience and treatment was exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I've just had a check up at this dentists. The dentist and the dental nurse were warm and welcoming. I was given very detailed feedback on steps I need to take to maintain healthy teeth. There was no attempt to persuade me to have extra treatments, which has happened at another practice! They're doing a great job.

Negative experience: just see the detist ad hoc, £60, able to reassure me just a nerve showing, and with sensitive toothpaste it can be managed instead of putting a white filler in, which could be a food trap. She also took a picture on her mobile to show me and reassure
