Dentist herself was lovely and made me comfortable with her manner. Kept to appointment time too which is a great help when you also have a busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment on Thursday 9am for a Check up, I needed a filling so when I got to reception to make my appointment they said I could have it done in the next half hour to my surprise which I accepted. Very pleased with my treatment and very pleased they had a cancellation.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant dental practice. A lovely facility that’s always clean, and welcoming. The front-facing customer service is second to none, always friendly, helpful and professional from the moment you walk in to communicating reminders. The dentists are just excellent. They’re reassuring, and clearly care about patient comfort and long-term dental health. The dental nurses/assistants are also really supportive and always kind. I’m so grateful to have found such a fantastic practice!

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is brilliant and particularly brilliant with nervous patients! Dr John the new dentist saw me today for a hygiene clean and 2 fillings - (given half a chance I would of legged it out the door ) - this dentist is a real asset . Not only did he manage to complete all the work on me he also made me feel comfortable about coming back again. That is something nobody has ever made me want to do! His professionalism was impeccable, his soothing manner and real gentleness made my experience the best I've ever had at a dentist. Now I'm not going to say I'm converted now to not being a nervous patient at the dentist because I definitely am not!! However this is the place that I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a nervous disposition towards dentists. Cannot thank them enough for getting me out of trouble with my teeth ❤️ Lovely Dentists, lovely dental assistants. The only thing that I would like them to do more of is that when you go for a check up, that they give you a quick scale and polish (not me obviously, that will only ever happen with numbing cream!). Thank you so much again. See you in 6 months time...

Negative experience: I’ve been going here about a year now and never had any issues with my usual dentist other than lack of communication from the dentist I have seen twice in the last 6 weeks. I went there around 5-6 weeks ago regarding my wisdom tooth and had a check up, was told to come back for a filling and to go and have an xray for my wisdom tooth. I was referred quickly to a minor surgery unit. However my filling yesterday was the worst experience I have had at a dentist in 27 years of my life. They had a work experience girl from school in the room and the dentist didn’t ask me if I was ok for the girl to sit there, the girl had to ask me herself as they started the procedure and it felt odd that the dentist didn’t respect the GDPR rules. When asked to sit on the chair and they were about to start the procedure, I had to ask them what they were actually doing to my tooth as it wasn’t clear. I said I was very nervous. They then proceeded to drill out my old filling, and cause me a ridiculous amount of pain as they didn’t numb my tooth - first time I have ever had a filling where they haven’t numbed me after I said I was nervous. At one point the pain was so intense I raised my hand and had to turn my head as I have never felt pain like it before, and I was told off for moving my head, I felt like my wellbeing as a patient was not cared for. I had to refuse to let them use the drill on me again. It’s a shame I have only had problems with this one female dentist, but I do feel like there needs to be some training in how to deal with customers and how to give them a good experience when so many people are nervous about procedures like this. I will still be going here for check ups in the hopes I get a different dentist next time, but I will ensure I never have a procedure done here that’s anything more than a checkup as I don’t feel comfortable or safe.

Fantastic experience: As I have mentioned before , I'm confident of superb treatment and I was proved right yesterday , I had four fillings and a couple of x rays , the dentist and her able assistant were considerate and skilled , I felt comfortable and confident . The result is good , do as the dentist tells you , and you'll be happy . Going to see them again in November

Positive experience: Perfectly satisfied with the recent work done - and it was not what I would call 'run-of-the-mill' - but it was executed professionally with no fuss. Reception staff are great! And it's not often that gets said these days! I would have given five stars but for the parking situation which I understand is not the fault of the surgery - but it is just a little inconvenient not to be able to park closer. (On all of my visits the car park has been full). Great to have reminders sent running up to the actual appointment.

Negative experience: Poor. Root canal completed 2024. Had 3 infections since with antibiotics each time. Gosberton couldn’t fix so referred me to sister dentist. Attended the appointment agreed to treatment and then they informed me they wanted £700 to fix !!! Quite clearly their mistake. The dentist whom did original treatment was working her final day at the surgery. What they call a Friday afternoon job. Didn’t have the treatment but still had to pay £99 for them to quote me. Would only recommend for check up. It seems they can only complete the basics and then refer you privately for the more intense procedures….at a very expensive cost to you. Staff whom work at the Fen House (Gosebrton) dentist also work at the sister dentist whom charge privately!!

All staff are friendly and welcoming, I’ve never experienced long waiting times and sitting in the conservatory is a pleasant environment. My dentist always makes me feel comfortable and this helps a lot.

Positive experience: Recently joined this dentist and I’m not yet convinced each appointment is thorough as you are in and out within minutes. I paid over £70 for a 20 min hygienist appointment which was 20 mins late in seeing me and I was on the chair for 9 mins yet I paid for 20 mins. Disappointing that I didn’t get a thorough clean.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had an emergency app and they were amazing. I was in so much pain with an absess that had spread round my jaw, the dentist didn't push. She gave me fantastic antibiotics and was so supportive, I was so scared and high temp yet they helped me sit and put my mind at ease and I feel saved me. Thank you So much

Fantastic experience: Very good experience, Shapna and Vukal (hope I got their names right) were so diligent and gentle in replacing a damaged old amalgam filling with a white one and making my tooth look like new. Highly recommended. Also treated later by another dentist who removed a tooth. She was brilliant, very efficient and gentle. Excellent experience when considering it was not a pleasant thing to have done. Further experience during the past two weeks. After a very difficult extraction I had a dry socket twice because I don't bleed much, and the dentist was brilliant. She has been very caring and gentle in trying to remedy the situation and dealing with the active infection. I couldn't be happier with the care I have received.

Fantastic experience: I'm well looked after by the staff and my dentist. She explains treatment and sorts any issues with efficiency. The other staff look after me well especially as I'm disabled. The building is mostly disabled friendly other than hygienist but I dont attend seeing her so doesn't cause me any issues.

Negative experience: Have been a customer for 15+ years. Recent experiences are far from positive. Daughter was referred to hospital for X-rays - follow up appointment came - X-rays missing not saved to record correctly by dentist seen last time. Complete waste of a journey. Awaiting a call back this week. My check up was rushed, always used to get clean & scale included now just referred for separate expensive appointment. Had some concerns regarding a bone/tooth fragment - again dismissed and told to book hygienist. Total appointments about 4 mins and no confidence or continuity.
