Fantastic experience: Really great dentist — professional, gentle, and very thorough. The whole team is friendly and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was done with great care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, reliable dentist!

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. I had a tooth treatment there and the treatment damaged the adjacent tooth which caused nerves exposure which can only be fixed by another root canal for that tooth. I had to go to another clinic to fix it. When I went to another dentist, they were shocked how this mistake could be made with someone trained professionally. Suggest seek alternative for anyone who would not want to risk their own good working tooth

Negative experience: This dentists is horrible, so small, old and outdated. Also Fara is very aggressive when it comes to dental work and quite arragant in the way she talks to you.

DR Uranugua was very helpful giving me some advises on how to reduced my stress in the night so this couldn’t affect my sleep and my teeth during my sleep and Sofi was gentle and kindly . Negative experience: I came in for a check up and xray and the dentist (which she she stated her self she isn’t one) has traumatised me. I have had loads of mouth X-rays in the past and yes uncomfortable they are never painful. I was in tears as it was so extremely painful and whilst expressing this to her she was so rude kept telling me to bite down when I literally couldn’t it was stabbing through my mouth, long story short I did it but it was the worse pain I have ever felt. The following day I wake up with an extremely bruised mouth and sore throat, quite frankly she has injured me by shoving the xray machine into my mouth. As mentioned I have had this done many times at other practises and never in my life have I experienced such rudeness, unprofessionalism and pain. I have had teeth removed awake and even that didn’t account to the pain I endured. I am now suffering, unable to swallow and extremely bruised. Do not go here and use room 1, do not use that “dentist”.

Fantastic experience: I booked a checkup and was then booked in for treatment the very next day. I had insurance so was willing to be persuaded to go private. Instead, the dentist here put no pressure on and even said for my specific issue the nhs-valid treatment was more reliable. Excellent experience and I'll be going back!

Negative experience: Do not use this dentist they are incompetent and will not take responsibility for any wrong they do. They will make things worse and cause you more pain. I have had numerous issues over the years and this was the final straw. I have taken my service elsewhere! I pay for my treatment and I am not getting the service I require or need. 1 hygienist chipped an area around my tooth then when I went back they tried to cover up for him. The next hygienist I saw they put a filling in and made me in more pain and I could not eat, I went back and they wouldn't accept they had done anything wrong. Disgusting how they treat patients. They also make matters worse

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking customer service. Sending template cancellation emails to potential patients that are in pain last minute, leaving little other option but to suffer. They didn't even remove the subject line reading "Template". When emailed to enquire about the template response and if there was another option such as being seen private (non NHS) no response. Honestly, I'd avoid even considering. So many other more professional options around the area.

Negative experience: I would give them 0 stars if I could, I'm so sick and tired of this dentist sending my mother back with shoddy fillings,she's had 3 in the last 2 months on the same tooth, she went to a specialist and they said to fill the tooth like it's been filled for the last 10 years but no the dentist wants to take it out, so she's been today for yet another filling had a banana and yep the filling has came out again!!!!!!! how many times can you mess this up!!! it's outrageous

I had been very nervous from previous bad experiences, but Dr Saral Gor and the team today have completely changed that. The atmosphere is excellent: calm, clean, with friendly staff. Fantastic experience: Snigdha Gautam is THE best! I had a major cardio operation & later had to be rushed to A&E suffering great jaw pain. The A&E doctor thought it was Trigeminal Neuralgia & I was given all sorts of medication. I later went to my dentist & Snigdha worked out that my troubles were caused by a cracked tooth which had become badly infected. Her thorough analysis, thoughtfulness & care is a gift. The surgery should make sure she is available every day! Thank you so much.

Negative experience: My dentist for my fillings consultation was so unbelievably rude when asking questions about a root canal treatment the dentist seemed annoyed and frustrated that I was asking questions at all to understand what was involved since I've never had one before. Luckily I trusted my gut and did NOT book in again at South Bank and instead took the pricier private option. Thankfully I did because looking at reviews here there seems to be failed root canal treatments! Looking around the cramped room during my consultation the light was dusty and dirty, there were crates instead of a solid ceiling, and the dentist didn't put her mask over her nose which meant I literally smelt her nostrils. The receptionists were absolutely lovely as usual as I've been beforr and never had an issue.

Positive experience: Had a bit pain in my lower tooth so I needed a appointment asp and the next day I got one which was good they gave me antibiotics and hopefully the issue is solved. But the dentist that saw me was really good and explained the problem well if you need a appointment asp theses guys and gals i recommend them 100percent.

Negative experience: I went to the clinic 2 times before any action was taken. The man who was doing my check ups said he isn’t a dentist at all and that he can only do some filling replacement. Now this is where it begins. I went to my appointment, where he was supposed to change the filling between my two front teeth. 40 mins later he asked me to leave because his next patient is here and shes been waiting long already. Let me tell you he didn’t finish his job and asked me to book another appointment letting me leave with a filling that wasn’t polished at all, and was too thick at the back to the point I couldn’t eat properly and close my mouth. On the next appointment I went and he had to file it down 5-6 times and nothing was changing. Then he said he filed down too much of my filling and he will put composite(or whatever it is called) but the other tooth wasn’t fixed at all. Then he proceeded to the next one filing it and he said he cannot file it down more because it will take too much of my own tooth instead of the filling. I do not think that my tooth was the issue as I lived my whole life with it being this way, he was supposed to file down the filling he put. I left, with my front teeth unpolished and my filling at the back still too thick. Never again. Absolutely disappointed.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I went in because a filling put in by a dental therapist just last week had already broken. The dentist I saw today refused to fix it, instead referring me back to the original therapist. After some back-and-forth—and even offering to pay again—she finally agreed to do the repair, but reluctantly. Overall, the service felt dismissive and unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Sarah Gor for a check up appointment. From the start she put me at ease and made the experience one of the nicest trips to the dentist I have had in a long while. There was no lectures given just good advice and recommendations.

Negative experience: X ray was broken and had been broken for close to a year - this would have been useful to know before paying for an appointment where this was necessary. Did not even check inside of mouth. Consultation was 30 seconds and could have been on the phone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saral has been very good and has supported me after I had a root canal surgery. I had a crown put in and she has done an excellent job. I have had a few checks and all is OK. She is also very good and asking how you are feeling and if you are happy after treatments. Ready to also fix anything that you are not happy with. Negative experience: I would say try to avoid them. This is a very small practice and does not look professional. I paid 26.8 pounds for full check, the guy who provided consultation said he is not a dentist at all. And they did nothing to the toothache. And also he was not patient and kind of rude. This is Absolutely unprofessional! I went to another dentist later referred by nhs 111, and they gave me a filling to relieve the pain. However, south bank dentist did nothing even I repeated I suffered severe pains. This is just because he is not capable of doing anything useful! So what they can do is to do an x-ray for you and tell you there is an infection and nothing else in efficiency they can do! Also, they have out of date facilities for you to do the x-ray and the stuff they put in your mouth could be put in every one else’s mouth. I doubt they never sterilize it. If you are in emergency, try just call 111. There is nothing they can do in this practice. Just time waster!

Fantastic experience: I have used many Dentists in my lifetime and this Practice is undoubtedly the BEST in my experience. The Receptionist was polite and charming- the Lady Irish Dentist removed a very painful Root embedded in my gum quickly and painlessly. She was the epitome of Professionalism constantly reassuring me and quickly removing the root which I had been told previously would require Surgery. I would happily recommend the Practice and would happily award 11 out of ten if that were possible!

I am really happy and satisfied the way Amrish checked my children's teeth and explained each and everything plus the way he treated them. He is a very good dentist. I have been taking my family there for over 5 years but no dentist checked my children's teeth the way Amrish did. Well done Amrish & Iryna. Positive experience: My sister, brother and I went in for our first check-up at the practice today. The receptionist was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that, from my previous experiences, my dentist would do the usual assessment, proceed with the X-rays and then give a quick scale and polish when paying for the Band 1. However, all we got was a quick check-up, an X-ray and some recommendations. I was then told I needed to pay for a separate appointment for a hygienist to do the cleaning even though I was an NHS patient instead of booking a Band 2 appointment. I walked to the front desk and to my surprise; they had a deal going on for hygienist appointments for £69. Moreover, my sister who also got the same dentist was told she would need to come back and pay for Band 2 if she wanted a scale and polish because he didn’t have enough time. On the other hand, my brother saw Dr Saral Gor at the same dental practice and he was provided with the full service you were supposed to receive from Band 1 including the scale and polish. He highly recommended her from his experience today and so, we will be requesting her for our future appointments.
