Fantastic experience: I was very suprised when I arrived for treatment today. They managed to fit me in for treatment which was scheduled for a much later date aswell. The lady who gave me a big filling I was dreading, somehow managed to numb me without a single second of discomfort. I was totally at ease for the first time ever. If this will be my experience every time I come in the future, I look forward to it. The reception staff where fun and bubbly, just what people need when going into something which might stress them out. Both dentist I saw today where brilliant. Well done rodericks.

Fantastic experience: Very good. Needed lots of prework before dental hospital. Fillings, extractions and cleaning. No pain . Remarkable. Mr Hove explained every process and did his very best for me. My only issue is probably an nhs one , had to wait an extremely long time originally with the tailback from Covid , but The Dental Hospital requested an immediate as possible appointment after them on Dec 20th. I never got my appointment for 6 months afterwards and on my birthday was offered the 1st available appointment. Ironically I turned 66 on that day and I became a state pensioner and now am liable to pay for all my treatment which bands changed 3 times, band A £77, not bad I thought, turn up for treatment then get told it's band B, £280.00 otmr thereabouts, on the day I turned up was told it was now band C....almost £400. This after paying £27.90 twice for a review of same thing. On the day of treatment only 2 weeks after the review he discovered another cavity £77.00 extra. I might point out my dental work is needed from 2 medical conditions I have , my whole life I have only ever needed mk small treatment at the dentist, always had healthy teeth and gums. Im negi ni g to worry if their gonna get through all the blooming alphabet with various bands. My mum , and grandmother and all reached 60 and got their teeth work for free. I am only a single working class pe sooner with no assets living in a retirement Complex. I think this present government is a disgrace , this after voting Labour our whole life. This is not just an isolated incident whereby I'm having to pay through the teeth( sorry about the pun) but this is not the platform .

Negative experience: Worst practice at all time. They saying it's over booked with patients and that's why they are keep cancelling our appointment. If we are in pain call every day and ask for emergency appointments which is hardly available. They don't appreciate what we saying so they cancelling the phone call. RUBBISH

Fantastic experience: Always friendly from reception to the treatment room, have quite a phobia around dentists since I was a kid but staff always patient and check if I am ok to continue couldn’t ask for more although the rooms at the top of the building could use a bit of aircon in the summer must be hard all day in the heat , Silina and her assistant always friendly and supportive , I no longer feel anxious about my appointments would give them 10/10 stars if it was an option.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here all my life, although with a variety of dentists. My current dentist is Mr Hove, he is very thorough, explains all options and is very patient with me. The only issue is parking, I generally use a side road. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new practice.

I've not had any dental work since I was a kid - But Selina and her assistant made me feel very much at ease and even presented me with my tooth as a souvenir.‍⚕️

Negative experience: Poor service. Waited for nearly a hour and had to cancel. Told to sit upstairs, but all chairs were taken and people having to sit on the stairs. Not fit for purpose.

Negative experience: Don't miss an appointment with this place. I did and was summarily thrown off their books without them even speaking to me. Was told to email their practice manager and explain my situation as I'd recently lost a parent and other things. However, the manager refused to even reply. I think it's just a way for them to cut down their patient list for the smallest of reasons. Not cool behaviour in my book!

Negative experience: Gone downhill. Had a filling done in October last year off the back of a complaint. Dentist was half a hour late for the appointment even thought he was sat in the room and I was the first patient of the day. He was then discussing with his nurses how much he gets paid per appointment while doing my filling. My Filling fell out in January, I rang and got an appointment for February to replace it. Was called by reception and advised the new appointment was Cancelled the day prior with a new appointment for two months later. I asked if I would have to pay and was advised that it was under warranty as it had been done in the last 6 months. The new appointment was cancelled the day before, was told I would be contacted to which I was, however I was abroad for this new appointment which ‘was the only appointment the dentist could do’ I again asked if I would have to pay as I was advised it was under warranty on the previous call to which I got a snotty response of if it was done 7 months ago why would it be under warranty. To which I said I rang you in January to tell you it had fell out and you had no appointments. The fact I was unavailable for the appointment then felt like I was the problem and I was told I would receive a call back with a new appointment Four months later I’m still waiting for that call back, I have however in the mean time received an email for the private dentist work they provide. I ended up going private to get the filling replaced properly with another dental practice and had such a positive personable experience. I have spoken to the surgery manager in the past who was really nice and helpful and I understand there is shortage of dentists however having a dentist that will only work one day a week doesn’t give much flexibility.
