Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic I have ever used. Everyone in the clinic are so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable from reception to the hygienist and the dentist. I am always very comfortable in the chair never feel pain.

Positive experience: Typically good but this last occasion my appointments were split leaving a large wait for the hygienist. My understanding of this is that the admin staff moved the apt. I wasn’t happy about the wait.

Fantastic experience: Friday 30th May was a good visit at the dentist ‘Serenity Dental’ I had a crown fitted perfectly. It only took a short time and only one visit. The technology at this practice is outstanding as well as the care, kindness and of course attention to detail. I’ve been with this practice for 20 years and always leave with a smile on my face. All of the staff are very polite, courteous and accommodating to your needs from the dentist, hygienist, nurses to the most helpful receptionists. Fantastic experience: Refixing crown. My molar crown became detached one Wednesday evening. I called Serenity on Thursday morning and they recommended this be fixed as soon as possible. They were able to book me in on Friday morning and after 20-25 minutes, everything was back to normal. Great service - no fuss - just very professional and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Usually see Brett but I went in as a bit of an emergency and had an appointment with Fiona. Absolutely superb service (but it always is, that's why I recommend Serenity to everybody). Fiona, and her dental nurse Ffion showed great compassion throughout. Every step of the procedure was explained clearly as was the aftercare information. And a special mention to Chris on reception who got me in within hours. I left extremely happy and, most important of all, pain free! Excellent service all round. Definitely 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I am the biggest dental coward going having had much work on my teeth and many brutal dentists. When I moved to Fareham a year and a half ago I was looking for an NHS dentist. I couldn’t find one that would accept a new patient so I had to go private. I hated the idea being a dyed in the wool socialist. However. Brett has been the best dentist I have ever come across. Not only is he kind and understanding and hilarious, he is a genius in dentistry. There has been literally no pain and I completely trust him. My fear has been disappated and I have no problem going to my appointments. Private is expensive but I am so happy because I can finally smile with confidence.

Fantastic experience: First time I have had a crown fitted - Long procedure due to poor work from many decades ago! The dentistry was carried out exceptionally well given the length of time needed. Excellent up-to-date information given throughout and (unbelievably) I didn't feel a thing - excellent work from Stafan & Evie. Thoroughly recommend this practice. They are a great team.

Fantastic experience: Rather desperate to find a dentist, having tried various dentists, went on Voice 4 Portchester and Serenity kept coming up. Oh well thought I'd give it a go. What a find, had bad childhood experiences and Steffan is patient and very understanding about my fears. The attending nurse and Steffan both gave me information about cleaning and flossing, as did the hygienist. The hygienists are gentle but extremely thorough. My teeth come out squeaky clean. I can recommend this company, all staff are professional but welcoming and fears are allayed.

Fantastic experience: Had 2 fillings yesterday. Stefan took a lot of effort to match the correct whiteness to my tooth at the front of my mouth that needed attention. And took great care overall too. Fillings are not the most pleasant but Stefan and his nurse made me very comfortable. And I felt no pain during or after.

The whole ambience of the practice is clean tidy and peaceful and since I have been a patient at here for more than 35 years and am pretty well on first name terms with everyone I think that speaks for itself. I should also mention that the standard of dentistry is exemplary and I would recommend Serenity to anyone who needs a good and caring practitioner. I've been asked to review again and having read through what I have already written it's hard to add anything else of value. In my opinion as a dental experience it cannot be bettered.

Fantastic experience: 5 star service from start to finish. I don’t think you can get better treatment anywhere else.

Negative experience: Had a cap done a good few years ago. £1100 with Brett’s fancy new (at the time) 3D machine he waxed so lyrically about. Within months the darkness of the underneath peg was showing through, making the cap look discoloured. Clearly the walls were wafer thin and woefully inadequate, as was evidenced a few years on when the cap walls split, which I had to have repaired. I tried, on a number of occasions, to engage with the practice, outlining the issue but zero response, so, evidently, their after care is not financially rewarding enough to prick their interest. ================================================ Reply to the response from the owner: Bit of a presumptuous leap to say you fixed it - after hearing nothing back from several attempts to communicate with you, I ended up going somewhere else to fix it! Reluctantly, I live with the legacy of your work in my mouth every day, with a grey cap I am shy to show the world and when, no doubt, it cracks beyond repair, as the walls were always too thin (otherwise, why would the peg underneath show through), I will get it totally replaced elsewhere. What's the adage and dental analogy - once bitten!

They deliver a very high standard of care with a smile and a personal touch - very much the old-fashioned family doctor ethos of taking the time to get to know the patient.
