Negative experience: Went in there for my appointment the other day. I was sitting in the waiting room for about a hour. I had enough so I went to them and they said the dentist is running late and there is a lot of people in front of you. Even though it was just me in the waiting room. I also don’t live locally but I drive about 40 mins because I had good experiences other times. they just said sorry about that. Women at the reception was rude!

Fantastic experience: Have been attending this practice for many years. I am very lucky to have Christopher Cromer as my dentist at this practice. I actually look forward to my appointments with him and his equally good dental nurse.

Negative experience: Lady at reception seemed rude when I called. Seemed dismissive like she wanted to get off the phone. Arrived 5 min after appt time, told her I couldn't get through to the practice. The lady replied, "well all the calls for the group get directed to the practice, I haven't got time to answer all of them". Seemed like a waste of time visiting but then just glad I won't be wasting any money on them.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in town, I used to hate going to the dentist but now I don't, they make sure they give a pain free experience in a clean and relaxed environment.

Fantastic experience: My family have been attending this practice, as NHS patients, for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Our actual dentist changed after covid but we are very happy with Mr Comer who we have been seeing since. The staff are very nice and helpful. Sometimes it is hard to get through on the phone because the receptionists are busy but I find if I have left a message or email they are very responsive. I am quite nervous but Mr Comer and his dental nurse are very calm and reassuring so I feel at ease. All treatment is explained and I usually don't have to wait long for any appointments. I would happily recommend the practice. July 2025 and still very happy here, as are my husband and son.

Negative experience: Experience was good but am not happy with the £75 charge for 15 mins

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache last Wednesday so Thursday morningI rang Priory Dentist for an appointment. My own Dentist was unavailable but the receptionist managed to give me an appointment at 14:30 with Naushin Tejani . I arrived at the arranged time. I did have to wait for a short time and this was due to her seeing a previous patient that needed extra time on their appointment. Naushin apologised for the delay and soon put me at ease. I had the tooth removed pain free. The care and attention that I received from Naushin and her assistant was excellent. Thank you to all at Priory Dentist in St Neots

Fantastic experience: Honestly couldn’t fault them. I have been to every dentist in Huntingdon and with even the numbing they hurt me. But Diana is very good at her job and doesn’t hurt me one bit, constantly makes sure I’m okay and is so gentle! Also the lady that works along side her is very attentive and caring I came in today crying my eyes out and she rubbed my shoulder through the whole process and I really appreciate it. The reception ladies are all so friendly and they have always been able to squeeze me in for much needed appointments.
