Fantastic experience: I went to YDS Guiseley for composite bonding and honestly the whole team were amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. My dentist was brilliant – so patient, explained everything clearly, and did such a good job. The aftercare helped with all my enquiries whilst away from the practice and I couldn’t thank them enough! My teeth look incredible now, so natural and exactly what I wanted. Fantastic experience: I recently booked a consultation with YDS but had to cancel due to external factors. The customer service I had recieved immediately following on from makinv the appointment was not great at all to the point were I was adamant that I would not want to rearrange my appointment or start treatment. However Ewan from the booking/sales team level of service was nothing short of exceptional. He was kind, efficient and above all honest and forth right. He was able to manage any expectations I had and dealt with my call quickly and made me feel like he genuinely cared. Once the above external factors are rectified I will be likley to rebook at YDS which if it hadn’t been for Ewan I definitely would not have done. He is a credit to YDS bravo!

Fantastic experience: Currently on week 16 of 24 of my smile white aligners and I couldn’t be happier with how they are going! I am so excited for the end result. I have always been very conscious and hated my teeth and the dentist here just make you feel so comfortable! They are all so lovely and make me feel so welcome and like nothing is too much to ask. Any questions I have are always answered in lots of detail which is amazing. I am so happy I chose Yorkshire dental suite! (Guisley) I would highly recommend here to anyone! Fantastic experience: The whole experience from enquiring online, to the consulation, was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so much more at ease. I’ve been very nervous for the consultation initially but instantly my nerves had calmed down. George & Dee were amazing prior to my consulation, Nigel and Tom during the consultation were also great and made me feel comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming.

They're compassionate and extremely good at what they do. The front of house at Guiseley are all professional but super welcoming, feels like you've known them for years. Fantastic experience: Great experience with the Yorkshire Dental Suite. Receptionists/FOH team were fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful. Fitted me in at short notice and did everything possible to make sure my experience went as smoothly as it could. Had an urgent tooth extraction needed and couldn’t wait for an NHS referral. The care received was excellent and my pain was resolved within a 20 minute appointment. Can’t thank you enough, YDS!

Negative experience: I came to see Dr Usman, to receive an additional 10 aligners on top of my previous 30. I brought up my own concerns regarding the movement/ rotation of certain teeth (or lack of). Usman tried to explain to me that certain teeth wouldn’t be able to move or rotate any more but that was uneasy to hear as these 10 extra aligners were as a result of me having to ask for refinement when visually it’s very clear that it was needed. I had to push for this refinement. Another query I had was that the upper right 1 tooth is sticking out which makes the right to left asymmetrical. My friends and family have noticed this, in an immature and snide manner he disregarded them saying “ you need to drop these friends”. Just because this does not align with his opinion on how they look. Bearing in mind these people have seen me more than he has. He then proceeded to tell me to “trust the process”, I responded saying how it’s difficult to as there has been no explanation of what teeth are being targeted with these next 10 aligners. I had to request a visual week by week process of this. It’s clear that his ego was stepped on by me raising concerns and questioning his previous statements, which it’s clear he forgot about . I was told twice to calm down when I was calm but I was asserting my concerns. He could not take the criticism. He realised he was in the wrong about not OFFERING me the treatment I’m ENTITLED to and is in my best interest. I had to demand for this. Yorkshire Dental Suite was made out to me to be a place where professionalism and customer care is above all else. After this visit it was a shock for me as mentally I’m not thinking that my best interests will fall on ignorant ears by a so called ‘professional’. I’m paying £6.5K and taking 3 hours out my day to be gaslighted, disrespected and ignored just because someone can’t accept where they have slipped up.
