Fantastic experience: Finally I’ve managed to work out how to give feedback! Apologies for my lateness. Cobbs Garden Dental Practice always goes above and beyond what I would expect from a dentist. Reception staff are warm and welcoming and there’s a lovely working relationship between the dentists and their assistants. As I’m having both dental and straightening work completed, the dentists liaise with each other to ensure the best order of treatment. You feel throughly looked after and consequently have no concerns. This is a complete joy for nervous clients. I couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough.

My checkup with Ryan was comfortable and thorough with everything well explained and a replacement filling a few weeks later was the easiest and painless ever. A great dentist in a lovely and convenient location in the centre of Olney with all staff being helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have just had front teeth implants done by Jamie and Jess. They were efficient, friendly, informative and gentle. I have no hesitation in recommending Jamie if you need implants. Lucy on reception is friendly, efficient and really lovely.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for a number of years and it is great to see them in the new premises. It is well known that I am not a fan of visiting but the reception team are very welcoming and the hygienist is professional and explains all the procedures. Cham is very understanding and inclusive with information which helps me to overcome any misgivings. I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Not a great experience. Took my two kids for a check up. The dentist said he needs to take x-rays but did not tell me this was an extra charge. I was shocked at the cost when I got to reception to pay.

Fantastic experience: Olney dental practice (an amalgamation of two practices including formerly ‘Cobbs Garden Dental surgery’) is top in its class. I live almost half an hour away in Northampton but, on recommendation of a friend (a dental nurse who used to work for them), now make the journey when I need to. I see Dr Rob Wardle who is calming, informative and pragmatic. Following a pretty awful experience at the dentist as a child, I’ve not been a big fan of going to the dentist full stop; it’s ALMOST a joy to go now. Rob and the team work to give you options for different budgets, they’re not pushy and their communication is impeccable. I have recommended dozens of people to them and would do so unconditionally still.

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist but if I had to pick one it would be Olney Dental Practice. Very professional, courteous and friendly staff and the treatments they recommended for me were exactly right for my needs. I recently had an issue and they bent over backwards to accommodate me and get the issue sorted. I would highly recommend this well trained and professional team.

Positive experience: We visited the new premises and were surprised that we had to use a steep staircase to access the surgery. They have surgeries down stairs but these were non operational. We were told that for future booking a down stairs room may be available. We will see. Dental services are second to none, however, using stairs is very difficult for me.

Service was amazing, always on time and kept well informed. I had my wedding booked and Cham made sure that my teeth were perfect ready for my big day! Would recommend to everyone.

I really appreciated all the knowledgeable, calm, friendly and professional care both Jamie and his lovely assistant ( I am sorry I can’t remember her first name but she is just back from maternity leave) gave me . Negative experience: I would steer well clear tbh and go somewhere in the city this place has a small village over inflated clicky mentality & the reception staff are rude, abrasive & tricky to deal with. Told I could no longer be a patient as I’ve not had an appointment for 15 m months despite the fact I’ve just waited 3 months to see the hygienist. What a joke

The reception staff and dental assistants are also pleasant and helpful. It’s nice not to dread visits to a dental surgery.

Negative experience: Initially my appointment was 15 minutes late, then followed by the briefest check up I have ever experienced, to then be charged full rate privately, £60. Further to this, I highlighted some tooth sensitivity that I have recently suffered,, to which the dentist suggested put a blob of toothpaste on it. To note, this is private care.
