Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at SDA Dental Studio! The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The office is clean, modern, and runs right on schedule — I never feel rushed or kept waiting.

Negative experience: I almost booked an appointment with SDA Dental Studio, but my experience ended poorly. Everything was fine until I asked the receptionist for her name at the end of the call. Instead of answering a simple and professional request, she seemed offended and became defensive. Only after I pressed the point did she reluctantly give her name. This immediately raised red flags for me. In a healthcare setting, transparency and professionalism are non-negotiable. If a receptionist reacts this way to such a basic question, it doesn’t inspire trust in how the practice handles more important matters. Because of this, I decided to cancel my booking. First impressions matter, and this one was disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I came to SDA Dental with a problem on a crown I’d had for several years. I was in severe pain, and earlier visits to other dentists(including A&E) gave me little hope. At SDA, Dr. Phil patiently explained the problem and treatment options, and recommended the best plan for my situation. My tooth is now safe, and I haven’t had any further issues. Each appointment during the course of treatment was smooth. The staff are professional and always welcoming with a smile. I highly recommend SDA Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care and treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous before my hygiene appointment, but Dr. Hubert was incredibly gentle and reassuring, especially after I mentioned I had composite bonding. He made me feel completely at ease and did a brilliant job on my teeth. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole visit. He also gave us some really helpful tips for maintaining our oral hygiene. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Fantastic experience: My experience with SDA Dental Studio started about 8 years ago with a tooth extraction. Professionals from Start to Finish. Recently I had an X-Ray on their latest machine and also Danture Deep Cleaning. I was given a call by Jeannette and invited to the clinic and I am glad she did as the doctor Phil underlined some unseen problems. Can't fault them. 100 percent recommend.

Fantastic experience: SDA Dental is a really great clinic. It’s easy to book an appointment with them and all of the dentists I’ve seen have been very helpful. They’ve helped me a lot with Invisalign and have been really helpful with regular follow-ups throughout my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I came here with a dental pain with 60 hours. Then Doctor have done X-ray n start Re-RTC for 2 hours. The way he's doin this is appreciated. Feels like home with no pain. Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice I’ve ever been treated by. They are so kind and calm and patient and made me feel as relaxed as I could possibly be at the dentist. Had an old crown reattached and never felt a bit of pain throughout the whole process. I was also told how they were going to approach the procedure, why they had opted for that one, and what I might hear or feel. This is my new dentist, that’s for sure!

I feel very safe when I have treatment undertaken at his surgery, he is a very skilled, and kind dentist. ***** Original review (Aug 2024) ****** I’ve been a patient at this dental studio for a few years and have always received excellent care and treatment with Dr Phil and his team. I have very sensitive teeth so pain management is really important to me. Both Dr Phil and Neringa (the hygienist) understand this, and have always done their best to ensure there is minimal to no pain at all which leaves me feeling relaxed and comfortable with any treatment that’s being carried out. Dr Phil is incredibly knowledgable which I guess you’d hope for in a dentist, but as I’ve learnt the hard way over the years, not all dentists are of the same calibre. And, Neringa has consistently provided one of the most gentle cleanings I’ve ever experienced. Going to the dentist has historically always been something I’ve dreaded but I don’t have that issue at SDA, as I know I’m in safe hands with a great team.

Fantastic experience: I had my filling and an infected tooth treated and the service was excellent. The dentist did a great job and the staff were very nice, accomodating and helpful. Perfect location as the surgery is close to Westferry DLR. I would always go back.

Fantastic experience: A great experience overall. Dr Phil is knowledgable and makes himself available whenever there is a question or concern. My Invisalign treatment went to plan and I'm happy with the result. I'm also appreciative to Dr Phil who provided me with a semi-flexible payment plan as well as competitive pricing to support me on my Invisalign journey. The reception staff are always friendly and professional and make it easy in scheduling follow ups etc. If there is one negative feedback is that I felt I had to ask a lot of questions to get clarity over the process and ensure that the intended outcome was met. Dr Phil was always available and responsive which was great, but for someone who is new to Invisalign, they would appreciate having the orthodontist being more forthcoming with what to expect, how to manage new processes etc. I was also expecting my teeth to be cleaned after the 12 month Invisalign process was complete and before whitening, but somehow they weren't which was a little odd (I did ask about it!). In summary, the process was positive overall and if you're thinking of doing Invisalign, you could consider doing it at SDA!

I was guided step by step on what treatment would be carried out, and continously reassured whilst undergoing treatment by Dr Phil. He's amazing, and the staff are wonderful. Fantastic experience: SDA Dental Studio is a great dental practice that takes good care of their patients. Especially Dr Liu and Mia who have been looking after me during my treatment. Dr Liu took his time to explain the course of the treatment thoroughly and managed to take the worry out of going to the dentist. On this note I would also like to mention Dr Ani, who specialises in root canal treatments. When it turned out I needed an unexpected treatment, she also explained the procedure in detail and took her time to ensure the treatment was done properly. Fantastic experience: This is a great Clinic with a lot of professionalism; especially Dr. Phil who treated me. Prior to visiting the clinic, I had been to other dental clinics that failed to identify issues with my gum; those clinics worsened my case. I started having unnecessary tooth aches until I visited Dr. Phil. He took his time to examine my teeth and gum and recommended the necessary treatment. I have had the first treatment and my teeth and gum are already looking great and the pain is gone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice to anyone that might need dental treatment.

Negative experience: Worst experience and health threat!!! I'm not going to name any of you, you know who's who. This clinic should theoretically not operate. Went for a wisdom tooth extraction, not been provided with an antibiotics prescription - "it's only prescribed for women", the surgeon said. Went back after 2 weeks still having infection and face swollen, only to be greeted by the receptionist with the most inappropriate laugh. Luckily the doctor who rightfully deserves this star and probably keeps this clinic running, assessed the operated area and prescribed me with the appropriate medication. Please don't bother replying to this review and use the time to try not to harm anyone else!‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I was advised to visit this clinic by me colleague, as I need my check up for the painful tooth. First of all I like that they are answering through the WhatsApp, what is very convenient! They kindly booked me on the closest date on Sunday morning. My dentist was kind, explained me everything, told me even about my problem that was long time ago. He was honest as well and this is not something that you usually will expect from a dental clinic. They didn’t make a treatment though, just gave me a prescription for the pills for now. Cause I ask for more time my treatment is quite price. Even so I hadn’t have a treatment I could recommend this clinic as I got a nice experience.
