Fantastic experience: Fantastic place, I spent years being scared of dentists. First I gained my confidence with Clare whose kind nature and gentle S&P was pain free. I then gained enough confidence to have my teeth straightened wow they are perfect beautiful-even the root canal was pain free! I never believed the confidence and enjoyment it has given me smiling - my only regret I waited 30 yrs to have the treatment ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: After not seeing a dentist for in excess of 15 years, I decided to join Cure Clinics and what a place! I was worried that I'd need a lot of work but everyone there was reassuring from the moment I walked in. After a great initial consultation in January, I've had my first appointment with Claire who was amazing! She was friendly and personable, provided great treatment and I'm feeling more confident with my smile! Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Went into the Dentist to make an inquiry about having some cosmetic treatment but they didn't have any literature. So was told by the receptionist to go on-line. Tried the online app and found it very poor not helpful or informative at all.

Fantastic experience: I am the worst patient ever, so nervous and just do not do dentists. However after having a broken tooth I need to attend and have not one but two teeth removed. I cannot praise Dr Adam Bzeu enough he had so much patience with me, he explained everything as we went along. I would actually now trust him with my life. I also need to thank Dr Chris Ball who is also brilliant for putting my treatment plan together. To say I had a phobia of dentists is an understatement, now I am looking forward to finishing my treatment. I would and will recommend Dentistry By Cure to everyone. Negative experience: I would advise anyone seeking treatment by a caring, knowledgeable, and professional dentist, to avoid this practice. The practice is very keen to sign you up to their membership scheme, for a monthly fee, but not so keen on actually dealing with anyone whose problems are not straightforward. I recently had the misfortune to have an appointment to see, Dr Chris Ball, the owner of the practice and I was stunned by his arrogant and sarcastic attitude to my dental issues. It would seem that the ‘caring’ part of ‘dentistry’ appeared to be missing from his ‘particular’ dental training course. How, he ever qualified is a complete mystery. Not only was he rude about my problems, but he was also extremely ‘unprofessional’ and criticized the work of a respected, Consultant Restorative Dentist, who had carried out work on my teeth in the past. Someone who had over 30 years’ experience in the field of ‘restorative work’ compared to his ‘mere’ 7 years of ‘general dentistry’. Before you book an appointment here, you need to ask yourself would you really want someone who only qualified in, 2016, to carry out complicated and expensive work, such as implant on you? When I cancelled my membership I explained my reasons for doing so , and there wasn’t so much as a ‘sorry’ we upset you. Just a very curt email response, from someone (not even professional enough to add their name to the email) confirming cancellation. But I suppose the bad attitude and lack of customer care has filtered down to the staff, from Dr Ball.

Fantastic experience: After finally getting round to finding a dentist & actually booking an appointment, I visited Dentistry by Cure Clinics with dread, upon entering, however, from start to finish, all the staff put me at ease, explaining every step of the way in what was happening with their latest technology of equipment, totally making you relaxed & the fear reducing by the minute! I hardly ever take part in surveys, but these guys deserve a review, for their total professionalism & care.

Fantastic experience: I am not a big review leaver however they have given me a reason to. A++ service for myself after emergency dental appointment, quick assessment and treatment.. not only that they went above and beyond knowing I was getting married to remove discolouring following braces...always been self conscious but always been told previously I need to book a specific appointment to discuss. Not only that, they have treated my 9 year old who was scared of the dentist with such care I could cry. They have explained everything to HIM not to the adult. As someone who works with kids this is such a powerful thing to do and I can't thank them enough. Lastly the reception staff are awesome, so kind and so helpful. Honestly 10/10 adults and kids. 100% reccomended and as a healthcare professional myself this is a big thing to say

Fantastic experience: Would recommend Dentistry without hesitation. From initial consultation through to a wonderful final result, the whole process has been exceptional. NHS unfortunately left me needing historic issues sorting and repair work. Deciding to attend Dentistry has provided me with a professional and thorough service, which is second to none. Fantastic experience: I’ve never experienced dentistry like this before! From the second I booked a consultation it felt on the cutting edge whilst being competitively priced. Both Dr. Chris Ball and the team behind him (dental nurses, front of house etc.) were professional, friendly, and caring. I felt after every appointment I left with a smile on my face and better empowered to take control of my oral health. And that is before I even talk about the results! Complex Invisalign followed by 8 veneers - my smile has completely changed and I feel more confident than ever before. I travel a lot for work and was managed remotely with scans using my mobile phone & some tech provided by the clinic, which meant I only went in when I was ready for the next change. Completely patient centred - I actually enjoy coming to the dentist now and so do my children. The whole team takes pride in their work and has exceptional knowledge. They do everything they can to make you feel cared for. Changing to a private dental practice was one of the best things I ever did. Best practice for miles around, I travel from Bolton to ensure me and my family receive the best care possible.

Fantastic experience: I visited my NHS Dentist with a loose front tooth in December after having to wait 6 weeks for an appointment and after my appointment was told to come back in 2 to 3 months to see how it was going. Not what I expected as I didn’t want to loose my tooth. Unfortunately I Did, the tooth fell out on the Sunday night so I booked in with Cure clinics as a guest for the Monday afternoon for a consultation, went back the following day to have a cast made then back the day after to have my denture fitted. An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish with Matt looking after me. The denture is a perfect match to my other teeth, Is so comfortable I can hardly tell I have it in and no one has noticed it’s a denture as it looks so natural. All done and dusted in less than three days, the best outcome I could hope for and cost wise not a lot more than I would have been charged on the NHS. Also it would have taken 2 to 3 months on the NHS. So impressed I’ve now joined cure clinics as a member. Wish I’d have gone there when my tooth first became loose.

Fantastic experience: My experience was really smooth, I was booked in for appointment very soon after joining. Having had some issues with a fixed retainer I was seen on a Sunday to fix the issue and it was resolved in less than an hour. Chris and his team were kind and made you feel like they genuinely cared. I have referred my partner to cure clinics following this. Whilst I’m sure most people aren’t the biggest fans of the dentist, I’m glad I joined this one!

Fantastic experience: In October 2022 I contacted dentistry by cure Clinics, as I had had tooth ache for months and the treatment for my own dentist was not successful. I saw Chris Ball and he said the tooth was split which I suspected. In under ten minutes the tooth was out and the pain gone. I joined the scheme and they have treated my gum disease and removed any unnecessary teeth. I decided to have a tooth implant. This work was carried out by Adam to a very high standard , I had no pain and the care through out has been exceptional. The implant has been fitted and is great. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this practice. I was suffering with dental pain for few days. I've rang the practice in the morning and few hours later Chris done the good job. The pain is gone and finally I can go back to normality. Definitely I will visit again this place in future.

Fantastic experience: I took my 16 year old daughter to see Matt Kilcoyne at Cure clinics at Preston recently following her NHS brace removal as gums were lumpy and teeth had white specks on. I wasn’t sure he could do anything but was blown away by the professional service and knowledge of all the state of the treatments they he could offer. Cure clinics is like no other dentist I have ever been too… first class service! If you haven’t tried ICON treatment on stained, discoloured or ridged and white specks on teeth I can not recommend this treatment highly enough the results are incredible! I was anxious about the finished look of the composite bonding but the results are incredible and so natural! It’s affordable and the change to my daughters self confidence has been life changing! We are so happy she has stayed on with Matt as her permanent dentist now! Thank you so much Matt!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist, excellent customer service via phone & whilst waiting in the reception area - they even offered me a drink whilst waiting. I needed emergency treatment to re-cement a crown that had fallen out, they managed to fit me in the same day! The dentist was polite, explained everything to me in great detail & was very gentle whilst fitting the crown - He made sure the fitment was 100% correct and that I was happy etc. I've actually moved over to cure clinics because their miles better than my previous Bupa dentist. Highly recommended! 5 st⭐rs!

They let me take things at my own pace and explained everything to me as they were going. All members of staff who I have had interactions with have been amazing so far. I’ve got a long road ahead but I’m confident they will continue to treat me with kindness and allow me to work at my speed.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my initial consultation at Cure Denistry Preston. I was really nervous before I went in, but as soon as I walked in the door, this left me. Jody the receptionist was friendly and genuinely put me at ease. My appointment started bang on time, and was taken into the consultant room. It's state of the art without being too clinical, a real spa treatment feel. Claire the Therapist and Lily who assisted her were professional, friendly and thorough. I felt really looked after. Taking me through the process, which is totally new to me. X Ray's, scan and images of my teeth taken. Seeing your teeth on the screen really shows you what needs doing. Claire took me through problem areas, which are going to need work. So have booked in to see the hygienist next week ( included in subscription). I cannot thank Cure Denistry enough, their honest, thorough approach is exactly what I've been looking for. So if you are looking for Dentist service which puts you at ease, is upfront with cost ( subscription is a godsend) but can't afford purely private fees. Cure Denistry is the place for you. I really feel like I've found my dentist! Thank you Cure Denistry! Top friendly service.

Amazing staff, they put your mind at ease and are so patient with you. I honestly can’t fault my experience so far! Such a lovely atmosphere! Dentist have always been a horrible scary place for me but the staff make you feel so calm. The whole place is just amazing.

Not only is the clinic aesthetically beautiful but the staff can’t do enough for you. From the warm welcome as you arrive followed by the continued support throughout any treatment. Fantastic experience: After suffering with an implant issue from another practice Adam, with Grace's support, expertly assessed the problem and clearly explained how he would proceed. The stages were presented simply and at every point I was reassured and my questions fully answered. It was a major procedure but at each appointment I felt in good hands and while the treatments continue I have no doubt the end results will be first class. I cannot rate highly enough the service and experience I have had to date, and would recommend Chris and his team to anyone requiring a reassuringly top class dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever been too. Felt so at ease the moment I walked through the door, had my consultation appointment with Claire and my teeth cleaned. I’ve had problems with my wisdom teeth for years and severe jaw clicks which was noted on my initial consultation and she got me in with Dr Chris Ball. He talked me through what was going on with my extremely clicky jaw and explained exactly what was happening. He was kind, reassuring and professional and sympathetic of my severe click. Never felt so at ease with a dentist before and their team. I have now signed my family up to the membership along side me, my mum is also now a member.
