Fantastic experience: Today I visited the hygienist Nina Madadi for my six monthly visit. Nina is an outstanding hygienist who goes to great trouble to ensure your teeth get the very best possible care. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to offer helpful advice about how best to keep your teeth sparkling. I always enjoy my visits as I know I have had the best possible treatment from Nina (who is a perfectionist) and I leave with lovely, thoroughly clean teeth again.

Fantastic experience: Had my 6 month check up today, called for my appointment on time, one small filing only which was quickly done, great dentist who always puts me at ease.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently moved from another dental practice to Freedom Dental where we were warmly welcomed by all the staff who were happy to answer all our queries. We had a full dental examination including x rays and then given personalised treatment advice. We would be happy to recommend Freedom Dental to people seeking a dental practice in Cheadle Hulme.

Fantastic experience: Not a happy dentist patient (which I suspect most people would agree with) but Freedom Dental are great at reassuring and making me feel as calm as possible. Since joining them having moved back to the area, I have been very impressed with the care and professionalism of this practice. Not sure how long ago I posted the above but having just had treatment over the past few weeks I would certainly recommend Freedom Dental - they are caring and considerate and always put me at ease(even though I don’t want to be there!!!)

Fantastic experience: First time with a new dentist who picked me up from reception with a smile. Although I need plenty of courage just to get through the door, he put me at my ease and before he had finished repairing a badly broken rear tooth, I was quite relaxed. This experience was a big plus for me so hopefully I can approach future appointments with less trepidation.

Negative experience: I find Aisha & Nina to be personable, knowledgeable and professional. Not enamoured with Chris though. He adopted a ‘my way or the highway’ approach toward me during a cosmetic dentistry consultation which left me feeling patronised & belittled. However the silver lining for me is that i pursued other cosmetic dentists and I’ve now found what feels like the perfect solution.

Fantastic experience: Freedom Dental is well run and its reception staff are helpful and efficient. I have received excellent dental care over the past couple of years particularly from Dr Patel who has carried out my routine check ups and fitted new crowns for me. I would recommend this dental practice if you are looking for good dental care with a friendly team.

Fantastic experience: I have had check ups and hygienist appointments this year as I opted for the pay monthly scheme to spread the cost which is reasonable and affordable. I couldn't be happier with Freedom as the whole experience, from checking in to treatment, is excellent. I've had a troublesome (and very painful) tooth removed which was done quickly with almost no discomfort and several hygienist visits which have helped no end with my daily cleaning routine. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and very professional. All in all an outstanding dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Very grateful for quick response. Going to a dance at 6.45pm and a slightly wobbly crown drops out at 3.30pm. Right at the front. Not wanting to frighten my dance partners, looking like a witch, I got onto the phone. So relieved when the receptionist gave me a 4.30 appointment. By 4.45 my crown was put back in. Totally relieved. Very professional, friendly. They were absolute s. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I am looked after well by the team at Freedom Dental. The reception team are friendly and helpful and the hygienist and dental nurse were helpful and explained what they were about to do at each step. They provided excellent advice on how to improve my dental healthcare.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic friendly dental practice. I saw the practice advertised on FB promoting invisalign and went for a consultation. From arriving you are treated so well. The reception staff are friendly, approachable and make you feel welcome. The dentists are really professional and listen to your concerns and what you are hoping to achieve and they are brilliant at explaining everything as they take you through the procedure.I'm just on the start of my invisalign journey with them and the care I've received to date has been second to none. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Am nearing completion of my dental treatment with Ms Radha Patel at Freedom Dental and have to say that the care and attention received throughout was outstanding. I experienced a friendly relaxed atmosphere where everything was fully explained beforehand with each treatment procedure completed pain free. I rarely send reviews but have to make an exception here as the experience has been quite something. My thanks go to the lovely reception staff, the clinical assistants and to Radha in particular. Well done everyone.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Nina to anybody, went in for my scale and polish, Nina was very thorough and removed stains that others had struggled with in the past, all pain free!! 10/10 all round.

Fantastic experience: I’ve spent the last year and a half straightening my teeth through their Invisalign treatment with the lovely Aishah. The results are amazing and the appointments were always good. Aishah and her assistants are always friendly and most importantly great at their job. Highly recommended.

The whole process was super easy and professional with the reception team and dentists all being very approachable and professional. For someone with a phobia of dentists this put me at ease so much. Dr Kaveeta sorted it issue out straight away and put me at ease the whole procedure. Would highly recommend this practice for future visits.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a 3D crown fitted with Chris, it was amazing, compared to the previous experiences of having moulds fitted with blue paste, and having to wait a few weeks to get the crowns made, this took a matter of minutes ad i was able to have the whole thing done in one session. As usual Freedom dental is a leader in innovation, the whole set up from front desk to Dentist is friendly and extremely professional. It is a pleasure to visit.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous support from all staff when I needed treatment in advance of a hospital admission. Admin was superb in bringing forward my check-up and Hygienist appointment in order to arrange the most cost-effective way to provide the treatment and both Dentist and Hygienist were excellent. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dentist practice. I’ve been attending with Dr Patel for almost 2 years and she provides a fantastic service. The reception staff are also lovely, really put you at ease.

Positive experience: Knowledgeable and competent receptionist team, though I was rather aggrieved when I had to cancel my check-up appointment due to sickness and then almost immediately after received a text message to inform me that there were no further NHS appointments available. I think generally people are anxious about dental practices nowadays because the accessibility of NHS treatment has sadly diminished for a variety of reasons and so are all fighting to get the right treatment that they need. Excessive and uncontrolled population increases haven’t helped.

Negative experience: Avoid! The reception staff are nice but the dentists themselves change monthly, it’s hard to build a rapport with any of them as they leave before your next appointment. One dentist told me the greedy chap who owns it pushes the dentists to try and get people to ‘upgrade’ from NHS covered work to more expensive private treatments. Now they have binned all NHS customer off and only offer private plan based work, doesn’t surprise me. Such a shame, a once great dental practice ruined by greed.

Fantastic experience: My aligner course of treatment was dealt with very efficiently and effectively. I had appointments at regular intervals and any adjustments to the treatment were dealt with appropriately and I was always made aware of what the various steps involved. It was a very smooth process.

Negative experience: NHS patients will constantly be 'up sold'.. in there 2 minutes to be told teeth are fine although due a visit with the hygienist so we'll book you in (and theyve always got appointmentsthe next day!!!).. £75 please! I don't trust them if I'm completely honest. Time to look for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Kavita today for agreeing to see my son at really short notice, and putting him at ease after he had complained that he thought his tooth was cracked. She treated him quickly, efficiently,and with care, whilst advising us on how to treat the area over the course of the next day or so. My son and I were both really impressed!

Fantastic experience: Filling fell out over the weekend. I phoned Reception at 10am was given an appointment at 3.15 pm. Miranda carried out an inspection and redid the filling straight away. What great service.

Fantastic experience: Had to go for an emergency this week. All staff were as courteous and helpful as usual. Introduced to my new dentist Kavitha who is as lovely as she is knowledgeable. Am sure I got the best diagnosis plus suggested treatment as possible. POST SCRIPT If my wife and I are such 'valuable patients' then why are we being told we have to de-camp to some remote practice just because we are NHS patients? I am decidedly displeased by this. My wife is disabled and I am also a war pensioner. I request that we be allowed to stay at the Cheadle Hulme practice. Major J English

Fantastic experience: Had a severe tooth ache. The clinic was brilliant! They went above and beyond to fit me in urgently. Dr Kavitha was gentle and reassuring whilst extracting my tooth. I had a pleasant experience of booking an appointment and hassle free check in at this clinic. Overall, the practice was really patient friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone requiring some tooth work.

Negative experience: This Dentist is usually very good, but recently they can't seem to keep the dentists themselves very time i go it is somebody different. I went this week for a check up. I was in the room literally 2 mins , he counted how many teeth i had and charged me £26 absolutely shocking. I could of telephoned them with this information for free.

Fantastic experience: I've been a few times now and mostly been seen by Rahda (dentist) and paul(dental nurse). Both are very professional and create a really calm atmosphere which is amazing as a very nervous patient! Everyone on reception are also lovely and make you feel welcome as soon as you enter. Overall a great practice and I'd definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I was sent to freedom from my own dentist to have a tooth removed A phone call got me booked in for a date that suited and I was kept reminded via email At the appointment, Mr Sudra explained the procedure in fine detail and got me at ease (not an easy task). Even during he was explaining what he was doing and how the removal was going To say such a worrying 45 mins proved to be a pleasure would be wrong but maybe I need to somehow use the same words but in a different order. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back . Thank you!

Negative experience: Became a new patient on Feb 2023. Check up was fine. Was offered a hygiene. Booked for April. April came, and they cancelled the appointment on the same day. I called, they told me they couldn't give me another until August. AUGUST. They were short staffed, but they were looking for a new one, so the lady promised me it would def not come to Aug and they would push me forward as soon as the new hygienist was in. August has come. Today was the appointment. Today I got a text saying it's cancelled. Again. It's just ridiculous.

Negative experience: Felt totally insignificant..less than 5 minutes in the surgery, quick prod of my gums..nothing else then...see you in 6 months and a £25 bill!!! If only I could afford to pay private and continue to see Miranda

Fantastic experience: My teeth were well overdue a clean and a polish. Dr Nana was attentive and thorough. Always checking that I was comfortable during the procedure. I left the surgery with a transformed set of teeth which now shine and feel really smooth which is a fantastic feeling after such a long time! All the staff there were really friendly and made me feel very welcome. The reception team are really organised and I was not left waiting around for long. I highly recommend Freedom Dental and of course Dr Nana and the amazing team she has around her.

Fantastic experience: Been going to the team at Freedom since the practice opened. Always friendly and welcoming, from Sue and the team on reception through to the dentist and Claire the Hygienist. It is difficult to get appointments quickly, but I guess that just shows how popular the practice is. The team always do their best to get you in and you’ll always be sent reminders by text/email for appointments….so you’ll never miss them! Highly recommend!
