Negative experience: I had a very bad experience at this dental clinic. I was told that one of my teeth was in serious condition and that I was about to lose it. This caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. However, after visiting three other dentists immediately afterward, I was told that my tooth is completely healthy — their diagnosis was totally wrong. They also said they weren’t able to handle my case themselves and wanted to refer me to a specialist, but the waiting time for that appointment was extremely long. Meanwhile, they kept insisting on expensive treatments that were unnecessary and based on their incorrect evaluation. I also found their attitude very insensitive on a psychological level. I truly regret trusting this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone.

The dental nurses have been amazing as I am an extremely nervous patient it hasn't been easy but they have been so patient and empathetic. Fantastic experience: I rang at 9.20 been up all night with toothache, got an appointment at 11 am, saw the dentist he took an X-ray, found that the tooth was rotten and mostly filled already so offered an extraction, I agreed, so he carried on with the procedure, I was all done by 11.30 , no fuss at all brilliant professional practice

Negative experience: Only on my second check up with my dental plan, waited 20 mins after my app time, although i pay for check-up and hygienist appointment, first app i had to ask for it to be done, second appointment, i was asked if i wanted it! After moving into the area and having previously been with a very experience dentist and received a separate hygienist appointment before my check up, for the same cost, i feel quite disappointed with this practise.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an Amalgam filling done at the Crescent Dental & Implant Centre in Selby on 5 July 2024. On the 11 July 2024 I had a little pain in the area where I had the Amalgam filling done and I immediately contacted the Crescent Dental & Implant Centre. The Crescent Dental Centre were amazing; they immediately booked me an appointment for Monday 15 July 2024 and after a short consultation with my Dentist, Dr Bonner, the issue was quickly resolved.
