Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for over 15 years. It was one of the best decisions that I have made to choose this Surgery. As always I received excellent treatment for my procedure on my recent visit. I continue to feel at ease here and be impressed by the high standard of professionalism and kindness of all the staff. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and on a number of occasions have gone beyond the call of duty to help me. I can highly recommend this practice especially to anxious patients. After I introduced my late relative who used to be terrified of dentists she came to look forward to coming to appointments here!

Fantastic experience: Really super dental hygienist appointment (as always) with Mobasher. It’s probably my least favourite appt as my teeth are so sensitive but Mobasher works his way round and I leave with gleaming teeth! Shout out to his assistant too

Positive experience: First, a side of one of my lower teeth had broken off. I needed it fixed fast and was very pleased to get an appointment with Dimitri for the next day. He was welcoming and agreed with me rapidly that the simple option was the best. This involved moulding some dental paste into the gap, smoothing it and waiting for it to harden. All fine, if a little rough, the whole process took about 20 painless minutes. But the bill for this short process was £239. That seems expensive to me even for Liberty Place. Nigel Webb

Fantastic experience: Am feeling euphoric- unusual after visiting a dentist. But I had a loose tooth and feared an extraction and then an implant. After an X-ray Hannah gave me the good news: “you have a screw loose.” I agreed but asked about the tooth. All it needed was a tightening of a screw on an implant which took ten minutes. Hannah has been my dentist for some years and she has been both calm, professional and goes that extra mile for your smile. And turns you into a poet! Highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: I've had an appointment with the hygienist recently. I was 5-6 minutes late for my appointment for which I apologised. The whole session lasted 16 minutes by the time I entered the room until I raised from the coach as I looked at my mobile. The treatment was extremely rushed and I felt I did not get the full benefit of the treatment due to being so rushed. I have been a client for many years, but this time was disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Last Wednesday 5th June, 2024 I had root canal treatment by Vishal Klaire. A few weeks before I had 2 cavities in one tooth, and I was told that the one tooth was dead, another one was almost dead. After previous visists getting x-ray- and ct scans he talked me through the whole procedure and gave me all the options to choose from. Before operation I was nervous, but he calmed my nerves by again explaining the whole procedure and showing me again the photos, the cavities and infections. After the operation I had a little bit of uncomfortable feeling in tooth. But that went away quick. Next week I have the second rootcanal treatment booked in.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this practice enough. After seeing my NHS dentist and him informing me I need a root canal and a crown on a particularly tricky molar it was recommended that I see specialist Vish at this practice. Vish was lovely, and kept me calm and informed throughout the whole two hour procedure, the dental nurse who was with him was also outstanding. Then on top of all this Vish managed to save enough of my tooth for where I didn't even need a crown - a big bonus. I am so happy with Vish's results and would only come to him if I needed any future endodontic treatment. The next day after the numbness had worn off I'd realised my filling was a bit high and my bite was slightly off so I rang the practice first thing and they got me in within hours to have it shaved down by Dentist Amy, who has also amazing and did the filing quickly and for free. The customer service was second to none from the dentists to the reception staff who were so accommodating and answered all my questions and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I will be coming back here for any future work, I've never had such a great experience at a dentist.

Negative experience: Today I had a perfect treatment from Dt Samee Khan, he did a great job. Unfortunately also experienced an unhuman approach from the reception. I had to print 2 pages of document and couldnt find any place near the dentist. Asked favor one of the lady in the reception and she said ‘yes, I can print them for you’. When ı made payment the lady was not there and I asked the same favor from Vicky Williams who was at the reception desk at that moment. She first accepted and then when she saw the docs her face turn into red like sth disgusting appeared on the screen and directly rejected. I said already if you can print it for me as a favor. I just asked for help and it was a really quick and easy hand. I’ve been patient for this clinic for more than 1 year and paid almost £1000 so far but she rejected for printing a simple page. It’s an unkind and unhuman approach, for me it is unacceptable especially her rudeness when she was rejecting. I’ll never step inside the dentist while this lady is standing at the reception. Character is everything.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for many years now. The whole experience is akin to attending a top tier hotel. You could not wish to attend a friendlier, more caring dentist where the customer is first in every respect. The reception staff, Hygienists and Dentistry team are just outstanding with total focus on the highest quality with the least discomfort to the patient. I have recommended many friends and neighbours and all attest to the quality of this business. The latest quote from my neighbours elderly father ‘Well, that was a bit different wasn’t it, absolutely brilliant and they made me feel like a millionaire’ Thank you Colin and team, attending the dentist is a pleasure.

Negative experience: Made to wait over an hour without any apology or explanation from the dentist. They then tried to charge a higher price than quoted on the website when booking the appointment, will never visit again.

Fantastic experience: I came in with crooked teeth, TMJ and just feeling incapable of smiling. I also had reflux, a diet Coca Cola habit of decades and frequent headaches. All I wanted was to have confidence in my smile. Unlike my siblings, I didn't get the luxury of orthodontic treatment as a kid so I decided the biggest show of self-care was to now commit to one! Colin Pocock is just the antithesis of every dentist I've ever encountered: patient, thorough, professional, explaining what he was doing and the process all the way. It's really felt like a journey but I committed to it. That meant no fizzy drinks or sugar or eating between meals and regular flossing. It was easy to quit cold turkey when spending money! The result is fantastic - better than I could ever have hoped for! I have a smile I am so proud and confident in. PLUS no reflux, no headaches, no tooth decay and no diet Coca Cola or soft drinks habit! I've saved money and my health and would thoroughly recommend Colin. An absolutely fantastic experience. I travelled from Nottingham for my first appointment, Colin made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable, he is one of the most professional people I have ever met, he explained everything very thoroughly, answered any of my questions and made my nerves disappear! Fantastic experience: Booked an emergency appointment with this dentist, didn’t leave without signing up as a member. Really good service, deserves more stars. Colin is very calming with amazing people skills, I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure and he talked me through the process. I felt very relaxed and in good hands. Negative experience: Disappointment and in pain sums up my current experience. Im fairly new to this dentist and to start off it all seemed great. Then…came ignorance. After my check up i decided i would call in later to make an appointment for a tooth extraction as i was suffering from painful sores. The dentist spoke to me and told me this would be my best option due to the length of my teeth. I asked for a copy of my xray to be sent which he agreed he will send over (which i never got). Then he passed me over to a receptionist to take my £90 deposit over the phone and booked in my date. On the day of my appointment the receptionist told me i had nothing booked in and couldnt basically be bothered to even consider i was telling the truth to investigate. Once i found proof of my payment and showed her she realised they messed up. She proceeds to explain a bunch of rubbish reasons as to what happened which i entertained, to come to the conclusion my money was taken for a treatment i had never had. She told me to email with proof of what had happened which i did there and then and told me i would receive a refund. 3 weeks later no response so i followed up with an email expressing my concern. I was told the manager was on annual leave and is back 2 days later. Another week later no response so i followed up with another email. No response and another week has gone by. So they have held my money for a treatment i have never had for 5 weeks with no sign of refund and i am still in pain with new sores due to lack of treatment!

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience of a fully private practice and although I was hesitant when I saw the price of my treatment plan, it has been a truly transformative experience. My dentist Colin and his team have both literally and metaphorically held my hand through my treatment, which has in turn led me to overcome a life long fear of the dentist. I would recommend Colin in a heartbeat, he is the best dentist anyone could wish for! He took the unknown out of the experience by sharing his knowledge and demonstrated impressive patience with a particularly challenging patient (me)! The practice in general is very accommodating for nervous patients and every part of my treatment has felt like gold standard care.

Fantastic experience: This is the absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Colin and Vish were communicative and extremely kind and careful. I had a very complicated situation with my teeth. I had consulted with another dentist on how to treat it. I wasn’t confident in the prognosis and reached out to Colin to get a second opinion. Not only was he immediately responsive he came up with a treatment plan that was right for me and my needs. Unlike the hours and hours and weeks of weeks of treatment suggested by other dentist. I was in the chair for 3 hrs and the work was complete. These guys are the best at what they do. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the Dentist at Liberty place for over 2 years. I had a number of bad experiences with dentists when I was younger, which put me off going to a dentist for a while. Colin and the team have been absolutely brilliant putting me at ease by explaining every treatment I have had with them and taking into account my nervousness in the way they look after me. Earlier this year, I even had a number of implants put in and the process was surprisingly nearly pain-free! Fees are transparent and a discount is given with the membership plan and I’ve never felt pushed towards any treatments that I felt were not needed or didn’t want. I would highly recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency dental appointment with Dr. Amy who took care of things brilliantly. An emergency tooth extraction had to be done and wasn't easy as the tooth was in a complicated state and position. However, everything was taken care of with utmost care by the doctor and the nurse. I didn't experience any pain at all. I was very tensed and anxious but all of it was managed very well. I was also treated the same as any other person even though I was from a different country. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist. The whole process of booking appointments online, filling out the forms as well as the reception on the day of the appointment was great as well.

My usual dentist is lovely Colin but today's visit was to Hannah for a double wisdom tooth extraction which slotted in nicely after my working day. I found out The Dentist At Liberty Place after I had a very negative experience with another private practice in Birmingham (where I have been provided with incorrect information and charged higher prices on top of that). So I wasn't feeling positive at all when I started looking for another practice but Liberty Place had some great reviews so I thought I will go there. After a few appointments I can't recommend them highly enough. First of all I managed to get an emergency appointment fast which isn't something O expected. Then the second you enter the building you can tell the hygiene is at a perfect level. At reception you are always met by very helpful ladies who are also very knowledgeable of the procedures offered and can answer a wide range of questions you may have. And once you sit on the dental chair you get professional treatment, care and advice on what you can do day-to-day to improve your dental health. I was lucky to be booked with Hannah Clark and 3 appointments later, I am sure I have found my dentist. I am very happy that I found this dental practice and would highly recommend them as you don't have to wait for months for follow-up appointments, all of your concerns get adressed and even when it comes to pricing, it is quite sensible compared to other practices.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Colin and the team for over 9 years and can't recommend them highly enough. Not only is this a friendly and utterly professional practice; they also take the time to give expert advice on how to look after your gums and teeth at home. As a result my dental and oral health has never been better.

Fantastic experience: I have long held something of a phobia of dentist's so managed not to go for the past 12yrs or so until recently a sudden and immediate toothache took over me forcing me to find somewhere to take me at no notice. On recommendation my wife found the dentist at liberty place and they found me an emergency slot that morning and put me in the hands of Amy. She has been simply amazing, quickly and efficiently managing my immediate pain and then assessing and coming up with a comprehensive plan to stem any further pending issue's that would have been building in the background. Each visit building my confidence as Amy and the team have dealt with me patiently and calmly, always keeping me fully informed. So much happier now, I cannot recommend Amy and the team there strongly enough!

The service I have received at every appointment from the dentist, hygienists and admin staff has always been friendly and professional. The practice has a very relaxed but welcoming atmosphere, and you are made to feel at ease from the moment you set foot through the door. I have always seen Colin for my regular appointments, but recently I have had my teeth straightened using Invisalign. The whole process was seamless (and painless!) from start to finish, and I am thrilled with the final results. Colin always took time to explain each part of the process and to answer questions that I had. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I also appreciated being able to schedule most of my appointments for a Saturday which allowed me a lot more flexibility with my work commitments. Overall I cannot recommend this practice and the services they offer highly enough!

This team has helped us overcome our anxiety of going to the Dentist. Collin, Sally, Insigam, Sam, the receptionists and the assistants have been exceptional and wonderful. Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made. A massive thank you to Colin, Sally and Debbie on Reception who have treated me fantastically since I joined the practice. I have always hated everything about my teeth but after my gum disease was properly treated I underwent Invisalign and some cosmetic dentistry and could not be happier with the results. If you do require a lot of treatment I would recommend joining the practice membership plan which gives you discount and has some treatments included. I have since moved out of Birmingham but haven’t even considered trying to look for another practice as I honestly believe I wouldn’t find a better one anywhere!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to The Dentist at Liberty Place for several years and have always found them to be professional and to provide a good service. I have seen a few dentists here and by far the best I have come across is Colin Pocock. His demeanour, friendliness and professionalism shines through. Being a doctor myself, these traits are so important when it comes to the doctor/dentist - patient relationship. Recently I have had to have a crown on my cracked molar and Colin was very skilful and proficient in dealing with it. Visiting the dentist is not always the most pleasant experience but Colin and his team make it as painless and comfortable as possible. Well done and keep up the good work! 5 Stars!

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my invisalign journey with Colin and can honestly say its the best money I have ever spent. The whole experience from start to end was seemless and amazing. Colin is the best dentist I have ever seen and will remain my dentist for life now. I cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic experience: I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Colin. I am very pleased with the result and the whole process. It was within the time frame Colin advised, and much quicker than traditional method. Invisalign is truly almost invisible and didn't affect my daily routine or created any speech impediment. The process was explained very clearly step by step and everything went on smoothly. The staff at the clinic is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: This time, trust the reviews. I had been searching for a new dental practice for a while. When I walked by TDALP, I thought "hey, they look nice". So, probably like you right now, I went online to check the reviews. Now, after having been treated a few times by Dr Colin Pocock and the lovely team, I can only say the raving reviews were faithful. Friendly attention, always caring about how you feel, never pushy about treatments you're not interested in, extreme attention to Covid-19 safety protocols (the masks they use look like something out of Star Wars, very cool)... And if discomfort worries you, I can say that every time they've treated me, not once I've felt the classic "I hate my dentist!" type of pain. They are really careful, which to me is a solid bonus. Hope this helps you decide, like the other reviews helped me.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here. My 4 yr old needed two fillings and I scoured the internet to find somewhere that treats cavities with silver diamide fluoride (Riva star). Colin was wonderful with him: I went in with a scared boy who was trying to burrow into me and left with a smiling boy happy to come back in 6 months. Wish I'd found you a year ago, would have saved a lot of anxiety all round. It was nearly 100 miles round trip but absolutely worth it. True low impact, progressive dentistry. Oh, and lady on reception was very kind too. Thank you :-) Edit: my boy is now 7. There was a point during lockdown when he actually asked when he was going to see Colin again.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend The Dentist At Liberty Place, I was referred to Colin from a friend and I have now been a patient of his for over 3 years. I can honestly say that I trust Colin and his team implicitly and I am extremely grateful for everything they do. He is a complete professional and I have had a number of dentists over the years and the service he provides is incomparable.

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent double root canal treatment at Liberty Place. Due to imminent medical treatment I needed an appointment as soon as possible. Sam, the practice manager, completely understood my situation and did all in her power to sort one out for me. Vishi, the endodontist who treated me, offered to come in on a day he doesn't normally work at the practice and to work late in order to fit me in. And Sam, the dental nurse who assisted, has such a warm and caring personality that what I thought would be a pretty gruelling experience turned out to be the complete opposite. I can't thank all involved enough and I would highly recommend The Dentist at Liberty Place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth straightened and my smile rebuilt and couldn't be happier with the result. Colin has been fantastic and has made even some long appointments a pleasure. The team are all friendly and the location is great. Would recommend to anyone looking for top dentist.

Fantastic experience: I booked in my 4 year old daughter to see Colin. She needed treatment on a baby tooth and the appointment was swiftly changed to deal with the problem. We have since been back for a full dental health check and some further treatment. My daughter loves coming to the dentist and has found her treatment to be pain free and left with a Princess crown and sticker. The team here are amazing thank you all!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend The Dentist at Liberty place! I have been patient for about 5 years now at this practice and I cannot recommend them enough. I have always struggled with dental anxiety, but the whole team at this practice over the years have helped me to overcome it. The entire staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, professional and supportive! They always take the time to explain every step they take, answer all your questions and include as many breaks as you need to calm yourself if needed. All the staff have always been very patient with my anxiety and always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. An excellent dental practice. I can not thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Liberty Place Dentist as I needed my checkup and after reading the google reviews, I decided it would be the best place for me. The staff there were able to assist any questions and I felt very at ease as covid guidelines are enforced. It is a beautiful practice and Colin, the dentist, was absolutely brilliant and knew exactly what needed doing! My next appointment is already booked and I can't wait to start my treatment plan. Fantastic experience: Never had a bad experience at this dentist. Colin always looks after me, has helped me whiten my teeth and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m always given good advice and as a result, have never had any issues with my teeth and anything potentially developing has always been caught and reverted before anything more was needed.

Negative experience: Awful experience with Collin. All he cares about is up selling useless treatments. I go in for a check up and within the first minute he is up selling crazy treatments which have no relevance. Even after I decline he responds back with condescending comments. Following this I moved to another dental practise and asked whether any of the treatments Collin recommended were required, and was told none of them were. How Collin is a practising dentist is beyond me, he should not be practising. Avoid Collin, there are many other excellent practises out there who actually value the patient, unlike Collin who only cares about upselling. Suddenly all the reviews after mine are praising Colin, common tactic used by people on Google reviews. All fake.
