Fantastic experience: Made an emergency appointment for a broken tooth, was seen within 48hrs. Was not looking forward to the appointment at all but didn't need to worry as the dentist was fantastic, didn't even feel the injection. All sorted in half an hour. Thank you.

Negative experience: The Muslim receptionist was quite rude when I told her I have been ringing & leaving voice messages to change/cancel my son’s appointment. I was hoping for a better attitude & courteous manner. I had to come in earlier to personally cancel the appointment as no one was answering or returning my repeated calls.

Negative experience: Went to get my wisdom tooth extracted and the dentist were rough with me causing me to then have a swollen mouth and go to a different emergency one a week later

Negative experience: Unfortunately I was struck off their patient list yesterday morning when trying to book in was told because had cancelled appointments numerous times to be fair they weren’t wrong but due to work commitments and having emergency appointments to deal with my self that was my reason so for me putting others first I once again looking for a new dentist sad because receptionists are or were in my case quite nice and understanding. They also had one of the best dentists on the planet mr ahmer unbelievable fast no nonsense dentist.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr. Ahmed, our dentist, for his excellent care. He welcomed us warmly and treated us with kindness. The appointment time was convenient, and he explained everything in a simple way that my children could easily understand. Previously, my kids used to count down the days to their dental appointment out of worry and anxiety — but this time they left with a very positive impression, and no tears at all. Positive experience: I had to visit the Dental Centre with an emergency because of a very bad toothache and suspected abscess . Although it took me quite a long time to get an answer to my phone call in the morning I got an appointment in the afternoon . I did have to wait when I arrived for a while but as they were fitting me in as an emergency I suppose it was only to be expected The young lady on the reception was very efficient and kept me informed of the situation . Positive experience: I left 2 voice messages and receptionist didn't call me back, my treatment was open for 3 months and I didn't have to pay the check up charges, I wonder if that was part of the trick

Fantastic experience: After some great confusion with the type of booking that the system had registered me for (booked for pain in tooth ) system had put me as a routine appointment leaving the poor dentist in a awkward position with an infected root and a very grumpy patient but thankfully the dentist I saw was respectful ,helpful and honestly one of the best dentists I have ever had anywhere this person really did go out of his way to help me and is a credit to this practice as was his assistant I would recommend purely for this dentist alone very different to my first appointment which had me very reluctant to return but that wasn't with him

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today to repair a broken tooth at DDC. The tooth was built up by my dentist Dr Arya supported by her assistant Aish. They were very gentle and explained clearly what they were going to do. The work was completed without problems; it was pain free and the completed tooth looks great. Booked in again in 6m time. Great work ladies!

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend!- dr arya and summayah I’ve been dealing with severe teeth pain on both side of my mouth for yrs with little to no relief, to the point where I couldn’t eat and then I finally had been booked of with Dr. Arya and Sumayyah And honestly over the past year under her care my condition has completely turned around. I can now eat without pain after a 2-3 visit to her She has helped me figure out the issue and plan on how to relieve the pain and can’t thank them enough. Fantastic experience: Dr Uzma and Sara both offer an amazing service. I have an extreme fear of the dentist and have found it hard to find a dentist I fully trust until I started seeing Dr Uzma. Fantastic experience: I just want to say how amazing Arya is who we see at this practice. Both our children absolutely love coming to see her every 6 months. She truly eases the worries our youngest has and never forces him to sit in the chair and plays games with him to the point where he willingly allows her to check his teeth. Negative experience: Worse place I have ever been to in my life the dentist who was doing my work didn't have clue what he was doing new I wasnt suitable candidate for dentures but still took my teeth out left me with dentures that don't fit sores can't eat I wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worse enemy left me no other choice but to start legal procedures

Fantastic experience: Got a good impression as soon as I walked through the doors. Everything looked clean and tidy. Noticeboards neat and up to date with relevant information. Receptionists very friendly and welcoming and dealt with things professionally and efficiently. All this made a calming environment to wait in. This all continued when I went in for my treatment. I was made to feel very comfortable while Ahmed gave me a filling and Rishma assisted. It was pain-free and done in no time. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Doctor ARYA is the most gentle and kind Dentist with a lovely disposition. She made me feel at ease and didn't hurt me at all. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Arya and Dr. Reshma enough! My husband had a hygiene and polish today and he was so impressed with how informative it was. They explained everything clearly, regularly checked in with him to make sure he was comfortable, and kept him reassured throughout. What I really appreciated was that I never felt any pressure, which can sometimes happen at the dentist. Instead of pushing treatments, both Dr. Arya and Dr. Reshma took the time to explain my options, allowing me to make decisions without feeling like I was being sold to. It was refreshing and reassuring. Both of them were so bubbly, friendly and chatty, their smiles and positive energy made the whole experience a pleasant one. My toddler also joined for her a little check-up, and Dr. Arya was absolutely wonderful with her. Rather than popping her straight into the chair, she made her giggle and smile while gently checking her teeth, which made it such a stress-free and fun experience for her. Negative experience: I booked an appointment for a check up. I was seen quickly and the appointment was completed in about 2 minutes. I was disappointed because previously there have been X-Rays done when I'm am a new patient. I thought as i hadnt been seen for over 8 years, i would have received this. I was advised I would need to make another appointment and pay £30 to see a dentist. I believe who I saw was a therapist. I asked about potential costs of the treatment and left feeling unsure how much it would be. Also, I was unable to make an appointment because this dentist is off for several weeks. I don't feel very confident so far and will be spending a lot of money. Therefore, I will have to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. I had booked a composite appointment for 15th August 2025 at 1:00 PM and unfortunately arrived 10 minutes late, as it was my first visit and it took me longer to find the location. I explained to the receptionist that I am 36 weeks pregnant and travelling is already very difficult for me, but instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, I was told I had to rebook for the following week—which I simply cannot manage due to how close I am to my due date. When I requested a refund, they only returned £25 out of the £50 I had paid, keeping half the fee even though no service was provided. I found their approach very rigid, lacking empathy, and not patient-friendly at all. At such a sensitive stage of pregnancy, I expected at least a little kindness and consideration. This was my first experience with them, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I would not recommend this clinic to others who value compassion, flexibility, and good service.

While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, especially in special circumstances, we also must consider the impact on other patients and the clinical schedule. Our policy—shared at the time of booking—requires a minimum notice period for cancellations or late arrivals, which is why a partial refund was issued. We understand that this can feel frustrating, especially when no treatment was carried out.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Deepdale Dental Centre enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a warm and professional atmosphere. A special shout-out to Keeley (the receptionist & practice lead) who always goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. She’s so friendly and organised that you genuinely feel looked after the moment you arrive. And Liv, the nurse, is absolutely brilliant, reassuring, approachable, and genuinely caring. Together they make the whole experience smooth and stress-free, even if you’re usually nervous about the dentist. The practice itself is modern, clean, and well run, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. Appointments are efficient, everything is explained clearly, and you leave feeling like you’ve been properly cared for. Hands down one of the best dental centres in Preston.

Negative experience: Absolutely bad service i have attended this practice 3 times in 2 weeks as im in really bad pain for my tooth i cannot eat as im in pain these people they keep fobbing me off and failed to identify a root canal. I had to go to a emergency dentist for them to identify it. They told me to speak to my own dentist as they will need to carry on the procedure but when i booked with them i got booked with someone that doesnt know what they are doing!. Im absolutely frustrated at this point. I have logged a complaint im in pain and nobody's doing anything urgent. If this doesnt go anywhere il be sure to raise a negligence case in the next few days

Fantastic experience: A quick thank you to the great team at DDC, a very busy dental surgery. From Arun and the ladies on reception to my lovely dentist, Dr Arya and her assistant, it was a very positive and easy experience. I have had a filling repaired and a deep clean this morning. Everything was explained fully, and Dr Arya was very calm and caring throughout. Though how she manages to stay so positive and upbeat in her very hot and humid consulting room is beyond me. She is an asset to the organisation.
