Negative experience: Since this dentist went under new ownership the customer policy and the receptionists have been appalling. My family and I were patients for 30 years and due a several missed appointments, which I did call about, they struck us off the register. The receptionist treated us like a transaction. I tried to explain that having children on the spectrum leads to unpredictability which in turn can wreak havoc on a daily schedule. She had no empathy or understanding of the predicament that I faced. I further explained that my daughter has been referred for a serious dental issue to a Orthodontics, and now this referral will be disregarded - which it did. We're now unable to find a local dentist. Absolutely appalling treated of long standing patients. I've just seen the reply below and there's no offer to amend the poor treatment from yourselves. It's merely lip service. My daughter has a serious dental issue and we're without a dentist. It's not a dentist for patients, its a transactional business. The former owners and receptionists were exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment with Dr. Panesar and it was one of the nicest dentist experiences I've ever had. She was absolutely lovely and welcoming, explained everything and answered all of my questions patiently and without making me feel silly or like I was taking up too much time. I felt very looked after, which makes such a difference as a nervous patient. So glad I came in for a check-up and will definitely be back!

Negative experience: I found the receptionists rude and condesending. My first time there. Im sure the appointment had been booked for 2pm so I arrived at 13:45. Upon arrival I was glared at by one receptionist in a very unfriendly way..the other took my name told me to sit down, as I sat down i heard them sniggering which i found unprofessional. Then a few minutes later one of them shouts accross reception in full ear shot of everyone and with some attitude that 'the dentist won't you as you are 15 mins late'. Fair enough when I looked at the email after it said 13:30 but I was sure I'd been told 2pm on the phone when i booked it. Also they had not mentioned me being late upon my arrival .. so i felt shocked and humiliated when it was shouted accross the waiting room in that way... very unprofessional receptionists , their the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not a good first impression at all. I won't going back.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient who hasn't been to the dentist for over 10 years Nuvo get a 5 star. Dr Kofi Ohene has been my wife and 5 year oods dentist for over a year. Hes so kind, thoughtful and calm and great with my 5 year old. With me he was brilliant. Understood why I was nervous and did a great job on 4 fillings. Positive experience: Been a patient at this practice for many years and always received good and courteous treatment. The only downside was being asked to reduce the Denplan cover in line with the new owners' preferences. I would prefer to choose my own level of cover and decide on the cost myself.

Fantastic experience: I've been using this practice, Novo Dental and previously Westgate Dental Practice, for a very long time, too many years to count. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The standard of care is outstanding. I'm a really nervous patient, and that's always been understood and taken into account. Fantastic experience: We have always used this dentist practice but were particularly impressed this year when our daughter had a nasty bump to her mouth on holiday. We were able to get a prompt emergency appointment on our return which the receptionist went above and beyond to facilitate and we then had an initial appointment and follow up appointment with Dominic Bolderson who was fantastic. He handled both a sore 7 year old and her panicked mother brilliantly, took time to test and diagnose, got a second opinion about if her lip needed sutures and provided an all round fantastic service. We've never been disappointed by West Gate/Nuvo anyway but will now be singing their praises to everyone. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Started my treatment October 2024 and the final appointment was 3rd April. Due mainly to Covid, when only urgent work undertaken. Several fillings including one root canal plus crown. All treatment was performed excellently taking into account I prefer no injections. Difficult work taken on with great skill and determination. Highly recommended especially Gurleen and Naomi.

Negative experience: As a new patient I was so excited to be coming here for the first time. However customer service is none. Rude and not the kind of service I’d expect from a private practice! I work in a clinic also, a skin clinic, this place needs to learn how to talk to people. There are some circumstances that are honest mistakes, I’d booked my appointment for the wrong day to what I thought I had. I’m new, I’d NEVER used there booking system before but no exceptions made and took all my money wouldn’t even let me reschedule. For first time offences I’d allow it that one time in my practice. Bad management on your part. You could have given me that one time and I wouldn’t have done it again. I would have been a customer for life spending a lot on things I wanted doing. Instead you wanted to keep my money and loose a customer. How you will survive with no great service will be interesting to see how long.

Fantastic experience: I was very aprensive when my dentist retired and nuvo took over. I have a new dentist now Kofi and he is really good. But on my last visit which was an emergency appointment I couldn't see kofi as he was fully booked and I was booked in with Monty....so worried about seeing another dentist that kofi popped in and had a quick chat and put my mind at ease to the treatment needed. I have to say.....Monty was brilliant he went through everything with me explaining my dental health and treated my tooth with a plan of action for my next visit with kofi. Fantastic experience: Nuvo Dental Warwick is excellent. The staff are all friendly, and my dentist, Kofi, is extremely professional whilst maintaining a friendly demeanour. The dental nurses and hygienists are first class too. Kofi even managed to get a filling done on my very nervous daughter. I don't think anyone else would have managed that. I am much more confident with my upgraded smile too. I recommend Nuvo Dental Warwick to anyone needing dental treatment

Positive experience: In general an improved practice. But since the NHS contract is not fit for purpose you will find Nuvo have creative ways to charge you as an NHS patient.

Negative experience: It is different to me with you I am.now in my 80s and do not want a set of what I consider false teeth no.matter how white they are I am not only a visitor to the hygienist but my husband its a relative thats why I will stay with her i had no comments at my final examination with Clark thankfully .

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Nikita Arora, Hygienist. The whole experience was excellent. I learned some new techniques with brushing and using my TePe interdental brushes. Thankfully, we agreed that I am replacing these at the right times for best performance. I also learned that a treatment for another medical condition is adding to my gum disease and that led to the revised brushing techniques to reduce the problems I am having. I was pleased to learn that I didn't need a more in-depth treatment and hope that between us I can avoid that. Nikita alleviated a lot of my ongoing anxiety and guilt I felt being unable to get clear of the gum disease. Hopefully, the next visit will bring better news of gum health.

Negative experience: Appointment cancelled as I was about to leave house. Dentist ignored me when I said hello and didn't ask if I had any problems with teeth prior to check up. Felt rushed it was as if I was just there to make them money. Next appointment in 7 months for a check up even through I explained I had a broken tooth and needed treatment, I was informed they had to employ a new dentist first and my appointment would be In Oct. Over 30 years with this practice never had I been treated in such a manner until new dentists appeared. I've gone Private with a new practice that treats people with respect and no stairs to climb to get to the surgery .

NHS appointment times can be shorter than private appointments due to the structure of the system, but we strive to ensure every patient feels valued and respected. Positive experience: I'm in total agreement with Martyn, why should we pay an upfront charge for up and coming treatment , I have never missed appointments, also there is a hidden cost of £35 which they keep all the time, When Mr Clarke owned it we paid when we had our treatment and seen the hygienist, I have had a breakdown of my payments and still can't work it out.
