Fantastic experience: I visit every 6 months for a check up and hygienist appointment. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. The hygienist is thorough and gives good advice. The dentist gives treatment options and estimates when needed. I feel cared by them and the dental nurses.

Fantastic experience: I was quite anxious going to Denpoint due to having dentist related anxiety since I was a child. But simon the dentist was so calm and he listened patiently to all my concerns regarding my teeth and he then took his time explaining things about my teeth. At no time did I ever feel rushed. Because of this I was a lot calmer. Nicola and the reception staff were equally reassuring, so I simply cant recommend Denpoint enough! Thank you!

The treatment plans are great in my opinion and the service impeccable. I've never had an issue getting an appointment, they are always very accommodating and try to be as flexible as possible.

Fantastic experience: I am a New patient and was very impressed from the very first telephone call. The receptionist was very efficient and caring towards my predicament and made me an appointment explaining costs etc., as I am not on a dental plan and forwarding a health questionnaire which I needed to complete. On arriving for my appointment I was made to feel welcome and their care plan was explained in more detail and I completed the direct debit. Felicity the dentist and her dental nurse were very welcoming and efficient, Felicity explained a course of treatment going forwards. The website is very good and user friendly, overall I was very impressed.

Fantastic experience: I have been with the practice over 40 years and have never had a bad experience. I wish that it was around when I was a child. I then would never have suffered with the anxiety that I have had. The practice environment is clean, spacious and staff are friendly and approachable. My hygienist and dentist are willing to offer advice and give clear explanation of the treatment they plan to do. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown prep and fit with Simon, very comfortable process especially with the scanner instead of the impressions. Thanks Simon. My crown fits absolutely perfectly. Both appointments were on time and both nurses were fantastic, Lisa and Zoe. Reception , Julie and Daun were very welcoming and helpful. Had a hygienist appointment a few weeks ago and Kelly was fantastic as usual and I left feeling relaxed and with a fresh smile. Lovely dental practice can highly recommend.

Positive experience: Always a very good service, but was very upset at the first communication during the Covid to be an increase in prices. During the pandemic, we missed out on at least one checkup, but the emphasis seemed to be on extra money rather than any problems suffered by any patients.

Positive experience: Really good dentists, just a little frustrating sometimes how long the wait can be. However, I was impressed at your external links, ie I needed a complicated wisdom tooth out and you referred me to a fabulous dentist over to the East as it was something you couldn’t do in house

On arriving I sanitized my hands, read the notice and eventually saw the dentist. Fantastic experience: I have recently had dental treatment at Denpoint. Dr Will Seager was excellent. He explained the treatment plan and communicated well throughout the procedure. I was given good aftercare advice as well which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very pleasant and calm. I didn't feel any pain which is always a bonus! I have been at this Dental Practice for many years and have found the whole dental team responsive and helpful consistently. I would recommend this practice.

Firstly, Daun Briggs on reception helped me reduce my outlay by creating a dental plan that’s suits my needs which halved my annual bill . Secondly my hygienist Jessica Wooff gave a really detailed explanation of the work she carried out. She made it so simple to understand by using diagrams and my own X-rays! Brilliant service throughout and really pleasing to have a reduction in expenditure right now, and super clean teeth too… Excellent experience and thank you!
