Fantastic experience: Jane and Lydia were brilliant with my recent filling repair. I'm not the best with needles and never felt a thing. Best dentist and dental nurse!

Fantastic experience: I have certainly had my faith in dentist’s restored! Dr Hayley was caring and patient with me whilst undergoing a tooth extraction and fillings. She gave careful advice for after care which was also very much appreciated. Fantastic experience: Last week I had a appointment with my new dentist Dr Khan assisted by Emma. What a difference 9 months make. I was delighted with Dr Khan manner and his attention to detail. He was very dillagent with his examination and explained as he went along. I was also impressed that he had actually spent time before my check up to read up on my past history ( as I have been with the same dentist practice for all of my 52 years). The icing on the cake was that he wants to see me again for a check up in 6 months time rather than the 9 months which has been the norm for a long, long time. Well done

Fantastic experience: I had a dental appointment today and was looked after by a wonderful dental nurse named Teona. She was warm, professional, and instantly put me at ease. Her friendly manner and reassuring approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel calm and comfortable. She was attentive throughout, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt relaxed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. A real credit to the practice! **my second appointment** I just wanted to say a huge thank you for my treatment yesterday. I had the canine build-ups and composite veneers, so it was quite a long appointment, but the time honestly flew by! You both made me feel so comfortable from start to finish — chatting with me, explaining each stage, and making sure I was happy throughout. Hayley is friendly, professional and Teona you are so capable and attentive, and together you make such a brilliant team. I’ve said it before, but I really do think you’re the dream duo! I’m so grateful for my new teeth and for how smoothly and comfortably the whole experience went. Thank you both again — you’re amazing!

Fantastic experience: I've had 5 implants and new teeth fitted over the last couple of months and I'm very pleased with the results. The thorough professionalism of Bara and his team was what stood out for me and all the staff,especially Daisy,were really friendly,caring and easy to get along with. Visiting a dentist is not high on people's lists of favourite places to go but in my experience it was great.

Negative experience: At past appointments I’ve not had an issue and been happy with service. Unfortunately, I’ve been ringing for weeks and can’t get through to anyone. Been on the hold voice for 30 mins + doesn’t matter the time of day.’

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal and crown on my front tooth after cracking it many years ago. I had been putting off the treatment because I was so nervous, but I’m so glad I finally went ahead with it here. The receptionists were great and managed to arrange an appointment quickly than what I was used to. Dr. Khan and Emma were absolutely fantastic too! They are pleasant and incredibly reassuring, put me completely at ease, and talked me through every step of the process so I always knew what was happening. The result is amazing – my tooth looks natural, and I can smile with confidence again. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is feeling anxious about dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Thankyou once again to the practice, but especially to Emily who for the second time has saved my life by detecting mouth cancer in 3 years First time was stage 4 oral and had to undergo radical chemo and radiotherapies, given the all clear at ccc liverpool in march 24 for Emily to detect it again in May 25. Now going through Immunotherapy to try and give me my full life back. Agsin thankyou to all at the practice but for Emily....a massive thankyou Gaz

Fantastic experience: Had my 6 month check up and I was a little nervous as I can be on my visit. I was instantly put at ease by Miss Vinci and her assistant Karen. They were both very professional and did an efficient job with patience and empathy. I needed an X-Ray to investigate a tooth problem which then led to my problem area being resolved very quickly and this was all included in the cost of my check up appointment. Negative experience: Received a text with an cancellation an appointment after wating a few months for it then eceived text to call them to reschedule. Have been trying for several days now, they never answer the phones. Several phone calls, now going into hold time of almost 2 hous with no answer. Really bad.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my second appointment with Dentist Hayley and Dental Nurse Teona, and I can’t speak highly enough of them. For context, I hadn’t received any dental treatment for over 20 years due to severe dental anxiety. Over that time, I met many dentists but never felt able to go through with treatment—until I met Hayley and Teona. From my very first examination, I knew I had found the right team. Hayley and Teona work seamlessly together to create a calm, reassuring environment. They put me at ease from the moment I arrive, using humour and kindness to help keep my mind at rest throughout treatment. Thanks to their support, I’ve finally been able to receive the care I desperately needed, and I’m now on my way to achieving the smile I’ve always wanted. What truly sets them apart is how much they listen. Unlike other experiences I’ve had, Hayley and Teona genuinely take the time to understand my concerns and tailor treatment to my comfort level. Fantastic experience: My Father in law H. S. was seen today by Dental Dr Hayley, who was very clear and thorough in her treatment plan with him, she was extremely professional in her manner and explained everything to him as she went on ( he has Dementia) also the wonderful Dental Nurse called Teona was warm engaged well and was also very professional. Fantastic experience: Had my first ever hygienist appointment today with the fantastic Jill and her assistant ( sorry I didn't catch a name), all I can say is wow, my teeth have never felt so clean, and even though her ultrasonic cleaner was not available so everything had to be done with manual tools her skill and experience shone through as I felt very little discomfort even with no anesthetic and the transformation is night and day,

Positive experience: Very confused over this practice. I have no beef about the actual dentistry. Our problem is getting to speak to someone, anyone. Ringing the practice about 5 times in last few weeks gets to an interminable wait with voice over giving the lowdown on all the wonders that await you. It also states you can leave message by pressing '1' but that doesn't work. Then try to go to their WhatsApp as suggested by their website, no joy either. Finish by an email and maybe, only maybe you will get contacted. Everytime the same reason of being very busy. They advertise on social media to ring in case of broken tooth. Well good luck. It wasn't always like that but lately unless you are prepared to go physically you stand little to no chance. Seen as the main interest is private clients (as with all surgeries now) people may just go elsewhere. If you have to pay, then surely that first point of contact is important....

Negative experience: The very worst reception ever. If you can ever get them to answer the phone. An absolute joke if it wasn't so infuriating.

Fantastic experience: Recently had to have my wisdom tooth removed. Was feeling very anxious as I had heard lots of terrible story’s about wisdom tooth removal. Hayley miller and her lovely assistant mollie really helped to put me at ease and within a couple of minutes it was out. Have suffered no pain since so much so if I hadn’t of seen the tooth out I would think it was still in!!! Hayley is an amazing dentist who has completely transformed my smile. From Invisalign to composite bonding. I could not recommend her highly enough. She has given me so much confidence with my new smile. Thanks Hayley

Negative experience: Constantly cancel my children's appointments and rebook them 3 months later. This is becoming a regular thing and they very rarely get in to see their dentist. Extremely difficult to contact them by phone, they just never seem to answer. Can be trying over and over again over a week and no luck.

Positive experience: Houghton Street is still doing NHS Dentistry in Southport. If you can wait to see this dentist, you have to wait a few years before you can see someone doing NHS Dentistry work at this practice. A lot of dentists mostly do only private work as Cheshire and Merseyside NHS trust is not done much about commissioning of new NHS Dentistry services in Southport it's like this all over the UK and the UK Government and the MPS will not do much about this. As taxpayer's we should be asking for our money back.

Fantastic experience: A quick note to sing the praises of my dentist Miss Vinci and her trusted assistant Karen. Having had extensive root canal and capping work done on a couple of occasions now I have to say what a pleasant pair they are. Very professional, explaining everything and always putting you at ease when a complicated procedure looms. Infact, all the staff at the practice are lovely. 5 stars all round.

Fantastic experience: Very professional practice and they were quick to contact me after I filled in an online enquiry form. After my initial appointment only a few days later a detailed plan was discussed with me and all treatment was completed in a matter of weeks. During my treatment both Faizan and Emma constantly checked I was ok and I was given plenty of opportunity to take a break when required. Very happy with the results of my treatment and I am booked for my follow up in 6 months. Would recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my autistic son to see Pacher Musta for the last 18 months. We have gone from struggling to get him in the door to sitting in the chair and having a filling done. Pacher has been so patient and understanding, can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I have had to have two emergency dental appointments in the past week, and I’m very grateful that I have been seen on both occasions. Although I had to wait overnight for an appointment on the second occasion, Michelle made sure that I was seen quickly the next day. I know how busy the practice is, but she prioritised my situation and I am thankful for that.
