Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist when my last one didn’t want to deal with a big cavity my orthodontist found. Here, I was seen very quickly and the service was impeccable. I was near to having to need a root canal, and my dentist, Syed, has given amazing treatment and walked me through every step over the last few years. I’m no dentist but he seemed to have dealt with my dental issue with skill and knowledge. He explains things every step of the way, and is very clear and kind. During uncomfortable treatments he makes things as painless and comfortable as possible and always checks in. His patient manner is really exceptional. If every dentist was like him, I don’t think it would be so scary to go the dentist ! I am very thankful and would recommend this practice wholeheartedly. Thank you Syed !

Fantastic experience: Their front of house staff member is incredibly professional and polite, E8 Dental was recommended by a friend of mine and they were very understanding when I missed my first appointment due to an emergency (DO NOT MISS APPOINTMENTS). I'm glad they accepted me as a patient because Dr. Numan and the rest of the team were incredibly thorough. They went through absolutely everything with me and got me cleaned upvfollowed by x-rays and a full assessment. I will be coming back for quarterly check ups.

Fantastic experience: Got a very fast NHS check-up appointment scheduled. Leo and Hiba were thorough, reassuring, and sweet. They gave me a quick and accurate diagnosis and clearly outlined all the possible treatments I could go for to get rid of stains. Everything was transparent, with no pressure to choose one option over another. I ended up going for the Airflow cleaning method - incredibly efficient, basically painless, and amazing results from just one session. Super recommended :)

Fantastic experience: Kith is superb. Super pleasant, super organised, calls you with reminders about due for appointments and before appointments. And my dentist, Syed Numan is excellent. Explains everything and is thorough and gentle.

Negative experience: In had to clarify this review due to the response I got. E8 dental dentist told me to book an appointment with another specialist there because I could get treatment because I was pregnant so I qualified and I am at risk of loosing denture. I booked the appointment as suggested per E8 dentist and when I got there I got declined because I was pregnant and they could not do such treatment. Why making me waste my time and theirs if they know they can not treat me? They knew I was pregnant since the beginning. Also if you are a patient there please go to the toilet before because their toilet has not worked in years. I have been going there for few years now as there was the only one taking new patients since Covid the bathroom has never worked the dentist doesn’t inform you properly they book you to useless appointments just to tell you you can not be treated. Example they book you for a crown as per suggestion of the dentist who says because you are pregnant you can get discount treatment and when you go for such appointment the other dentist says you can not get the treatment because you are pregnant. Massive waste of time also there are several treatments they do not do in there so please don’t waste your time and find a better dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Ashmita was very informative; she took the time to give a detailed guide as to how to look after my teeth and gums going forward and explained why certain steps need to be taken to maintain good dental health. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

Negative experience: I had my first and only appointment here on 07/02/25 with Dental Therapist Leopoldo Da Mata for a check up. He identified one filling I needed. I decided to get a second opinion and went elsewhere. The second place I found identified THREE fillings I needed, which had been missed by Leopoldo despite (as the second dentist showed me) VISIBLE signs of decay!!! I had the fillings done with the second dentist. They took photos during and showed me afterwards, so I have seen the decay for myself! How Leopoldo missed this is beyond me, and seems to show the lack of training or skill here (perhaps as he is a dental therapist NOT a dentist?). The second dentist showed me that the decay on one tooth was so deep that if I hadn't had the filling straight away it would have led to needing a root canal!! E8 is NOT a good dentist and I will not be coming back here, how do you miss decay which is VISIBLE? I would not trust getting a filling here or even a check up. I also had a much better experience with the second dentist. Avoid - your teeth are important!!!

Negative experience: Booked in an emergency appointment and got it canceled 10 mins before the appointment time while I was literally already in front of the practice. Not nice at all.

Fantastic experience: Have had great dental care from professional and knowledgable dental therapists Mohamed and Syed who I feel have my best interests and dental health at heart. They advise the best way forwards without trying to upsell. Professional hygienist and nurses, and support team at the desk. Feel like I’m in good safe hands.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment with E8 dental and greeted by the vwey friendly receptionist Kith and was seen by Syed numan. he was very good and informative, he explained everything very well and I was then referred to the gum doctor Dr Ioannis who was very efficient .He made me aware about my gum health and its importance. I was further seen by their treatment co-ordinator Hiba who was kind and attentive and who helped me with the fiance options and made the journey smooth and easily accesible. She has always clarified any of my doubts and assisted me with everything that I needed to know. This is a very patient friendly surgery and I would definitely recommend this to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I had visited a dentist, today and I am very happy about the service I have received from , Nurse Sumayyah, and Dr Roshanak, they were very patient and helpful, when they were treating me, specially I had a difficulty and sensible when someone treat my tooth, as I was gagging and they took all their time and went so quick to not make me feel the gagging, and also helped me about the option available to treat and put a new teeth. Dr Roshy (assisted by Nurse Sumayyah) did a thorough job on my scale and polish, better than any previous dentist I’ve gone to. Negative experience: I do not recommend this dentist at all. I once took my son, and the dentist was hurting his teeth while my son was complaining. I had to get up and make sure he didn’t cause any more harm. His attitude was rude, and he has a really bad temper, so think twice before trusting this person with your teeth. He’s lucky I haven’t wanted to report him, as I can prove what happened. After he realized that I noticed he was hurting my son, we also received a letter from the NHS because this person retaliated and tried to charge us for that appointment just because we acknowledged his behavior that day. This person should dedicate himself to something else, as he has a knack for something different, and it’s definitely not being a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Mohamed Helmy, Is one of the best Dentist I’ve experienced. Visiting the dentist is an extremely mental and emotional ordeal. I don’t fear the pain, it’s the knowing of how bad my teeth are and the little that can be done to fix them on the NHS. BUT Mohamed was friendly, warm, clear and helpful. It’s so refreshing to have a dentist that actually cares and wants to help where they can. He literally sorted a 12 year issue within the 2 appointments. He gave great advice and after care too. Sounds silly but it’s literally changed a huge part of my life. Thank you Mohamed, I can’t express how grateful I am.

Fantastic experience: This is a very well run and welcoming practice. The receptionist Christina is very friendly and courteous making all visitors feel comfortable while waiting. The dentist Pooja is professional, dedicated and thorough and always takes care to explain every option and and detail during even the most complex procedures. Negative experience: My mother came in yesterday for an appointment, because she was more focussed on her broken teeth and not a clean he made a comment that made her uncomfortable. “My boss won’t be happy that I’ve spent 45 minutes with you” So my mother appolgised and kept saying sorry then she started crying. He then made a comment “you need to get help” This is utterly disgusting and unacceptable. I will be taking this further. This appointment was with Dr Leopoldo Da mata Thank you

The detailed treatment, care & attention is second to none. Whilst the treatment has been challenging & thorough, they have been extremely encouraging throughout. I’ve been going to E8 for years & whilst ownership/management has changed, it’s always been the most welcoming practice.
