He did a brilliant job of explaining what to expect before and after the procedure, and completed the extractions expertly. A nice guy and a brilliant dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful to Dr. Pei Xian Chen for his care and professionalism. He was incredibly attentive and patient when examining my mother’s broken tooth. Dr. Chen took the time to clearly explain what had happened and all the possible treatment options, always showing great respect for our own choices. The nurse who assisted him was also excellent — gentle, kind, and very reassuring throughout the visit. Together, they made my mother feel calm and well cared for. Despite being a walk-in, I was seen straight away and the issue was corrected on the spot. The service was excellent-professional, efficient, and completely trouble-free. Truly first class care. Fantastic experience: Took my son (5 & Autistic) to see Dr Chen & I just wanted to say how amazing he is! Him and his dental nurse were really kind and patient. My son is minimally speaking & a lot of people ignore him or dont speak directly to him but Dr Chen did - he explained everything as he was doing it & really put me at ease too as this was my sons first time at the dentist & I was nervous as it is sensory overload. I’d whole heartedly suggest anyone who has an autistic child who needs to see a dentist to go and see Dr Chen! We’ve since gone back for another check up and again - service was the same & I couldn’t speak more highly of Dr Chen or his nurse. I’ve booked my sons 6 month check & will continue to see Dr Chen going forward. I’d also just like to mention the reception staff are always very polite and friendly and thesurgery itself both reception and room to see the dentist were very clean.

If you ever find yourself in a bind, you know exactly who to call! 2023 Dr. Sharma and his team amazing as always, super friendly with kids, explaining every step on the way. My young son is on SEN spectrum and Dr. Sharma is patient and talks to him and they were successfully with the baby tooth extraction and other tooth filling. Arthur is not scared of dentists at all because Dr Sharma is so good. Definitely our family dentist, and the kids enjoy coming back

Negative experience: At my first visit their dentist told me I needed almost £1,000 of work immediately. After a panicky few days I find another dentist who said 'some work was needed' but not on the panic level or extent that RAR wanted. I have assumed they were being eager to get everything right with my teeth right but I was not impressed.

When I called with emergency tooth pain, their team was incredibly friendly and resourceful, managing to book me a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief. Negative experience: They are very friendly. But unfortunately the dental work I had done was not of a very good standard. It has ended up costing more time and money to get it redone properly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished my treatment which included fillings and a crown with Dr Imran who is exceptional at keeping the nerves down and finally giving me the results I’ve been chasing for years. It is the best for prices for private dentistry in the area with the option of payment plans to help-a clear example of putting the patients interests first. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dr Sharma has a friendly, calming sense of humour which made my trip to the dentist a positive one. I was very happy with the end result of my fillings, some of which are in very visible places on the mouth but he blended them very well and it’s unnoticeable that there is a filling. I left the practice smiling and happy with my visit. I would definitely recommend Dr Sharma for anyone looking for exceptional customer service and dental care.

Fantastic experience: My brother recommended this dental clinic as a last resort to address the issues I am facing. Since my first appointment in December 2024, the entire team have been very patient with me. To anyone on the spectrum, and who is looking for a fabulous dental clinic, especially ADHD, they took their time to explain things very well, and they were mindful of noise and how anxious I was. The receptionists are also an excellent bunch with organisation, and reminders. Fab team overall.

Fantastic experience: A new private clinic with a bunch of exceptional dentists and hygienists. The entrance is located at the back side of the apartments when coming from the Elizabeth line. It is on the ground floor of the apartment complex, opposite opposite to punchdrunk. The outside has a ramp so it is accessibility friendly, however the doors are pull and can be the only obstacle to someone with a disability, the interior is modern, clean and very well maintained. I didn’t get the chance to take pictures of the facilities but if I get the chance I’ll update that later. I regret not finding out about this place sooner as my previous place did not look after me this well. Osvalda is my hygienist and she goes above and beyond to ensure my oral health is at the absolute best. Since the first visit my oral health has drastically improved physically and visually. My confidence has sky rocketed and I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! Osvalda referred me to Dr Sharma for my Invisalign and enlighten treatment to help address the misalignment on my bite from braces done by the NHS when I was 16. His professionalism and expertise really shows from his communication style. The receptionists are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They will assist you with any administrative issues. All in all, this is by far the best practice in the area and every time I come here it brings a smile to my face - no pun intended. They also accept Amex which is good for people who want those extra points!

Fantastic experience: My little boy came to visit me on a holiday and this morning complained he had a pain in his mouth, after checking myself I saw some pus in his gum so I rush to find a dentist and thankfully I contacted the Royal Arsenal Dentist that give me an appointment after an hour of calling them as it was an emergency ,they have been wonderful, they reassure me it was nothing to panic and told me the possible cause of the problem and lots of advice on how to brush and maintain a good oral igiene for my son teeth, can t thank them enough, I ll use them myself in the future and I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: I got a wisdom tooth removed after my first patient check in, where my dentist Dr Ghent done a thorough check-up, took time to answer all my questions and educate me. I was very nervous before my extraction after having a bad painful experience in a different practice. However, Dr. Ghent carefully listened to all my concerns, was extremely gentle and made sure I was 100% comfortable the whole time. In the end, I didn’t even notice when my tooth was taken out! The nurse was also lovely, and pricing very reasonable. Left the practice very happy and pain free

Fantastic experience: Been attending for over a year and had various things done like teeth whitening, composite bond replacement, hygieniest check up and retainers. Good practice, professional, always try to accommodate my needs like letting me know if a new earlier appointment is available or being flexible if I'm going to be late to my appointment.

Negative experience: Went in for a private appointment. Told the dentist about a tooth that didn't feel right. Said everything is fine and barely looked at the x rays. Was not interested at all in listening to what I had to say, instead wanted me to get wisdom teeth removal which give me no problems whatsoever. Went to another dentist 6 months later and there is deep decay in the tooth I told him about. Now costing £££ to fill with the potential to lose a tooth anyways. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Recently got composite bonding/ composite veneers by Dr Sharma. From start to finish my nerves were put at ease, Dr Sharma is evidently an expert in this field and he delivered the look exactly how I wanted. After your first appointment you get a follow up appointment for free to make any changes if necessary. I wanted to make a couple of changes so managed to get them done free of charge - he really wants to ensure you leave with your desired smile! Would highly recommend Royal Arsenal Dentists and Dr Sharma if you are looking to get composite bonding or veneers.

Fantastic experience: PREMIUM SERVICE I was seen on time as a new patient when I made my booking, though I had to wait 2 months to get a booking because they were always full with booking. The decoration of the place looks good and above standard, the staff at the reception did their job on time and were not talking nonsense or messing about. After I filled the new patient form, I was seen within a minute. The dentist Stefani, asked questions about my teeth and how it was going with my teeth before she proceed. I was given a bib, and sun glasses. I was actually impressed they gave sunglasses instead of normal goggles, because the sunglasses will reflect the lantern that is constantly shining to your face. No other dentist does this. Stefani was absolutely gentle and I felt NO pain or whatever, no bleeding as well. I would definitely go back to her. And when she was done, I was given a mirror to inspect my teeth and they were 100% clean. Before she started, she asked me if I would like the normal clean finish or the dust finish. Apparently the dust waxing finish kills more micro germs, helps prevent the teeth from staining, and make the teeth last longer from plaque. When I was done, Stefani advised me on what tooth brush to use and she also answered my questions I asked. I was surprised she had no assistant to help her as I usually see an assistant and dentist doing one job. I wanted to ask her that but I forgot. Even their card payment system seems so modernised, I've never seen before. There's also a water bottle to pick if you are thirsty, air condition system. And sofa for sitting while you wait. Though the price was expensive, around £100 for deep cleaning, which was what I had. And I chose the dust wax finish which was another £35. Total around £135. Would I pay such a price for a dentist? Yes and no. Yes if I have the money or I really care about the dentist working on my teeth, or I generally don't want to feel pain during deep cleaning/scaling. No because I am sure there are other dentist that do similar job for less price. I would say that the density venue, their aesthetic, decor, system and function is above standard. It felt like I was going to a premium dentist or private dentist service. So that price makes sense! They also gave me free interdenal flosses and a toothpaste. I would recommend this place, though pricy, they have clean environment and equipments, and the dentist Stenfani was so gentle with the scaling/deep cleaning without pain.
