Negative experience: Over all i think the eldest receptions with blonde hair and glasses + 99% off staff/dentist need training in how they speak with us clients and cctv in every room because the attitude, arrogance and rudness is absolutely ridiculous and if i could find another dentist god knows i would.

Fantastic experience: I had invisalign and composite bonding by the wonderful Sherin. Im absolutely over the moon with the results. My teeth look so natural and white. Everything about the process was very smooth, the cost was very competitive and I could pay in installments. Yes, this was a big investment for me but the confidence it has given me is worth every penny. Now im able to smile in photographs without hating my crooked teeth. I chose this option because I didnt want to damage my natural teeth or shave them down to stumps which can lead to more issues in the future. Our family attends for our routine check ups with Manju. She is great with our kids and very patient. The appointment making process is very efficient and the staff at Westbridge are always so helpful. The whole reception team work very hard as it can get very busy at the desk and on the phones. All the nurse who i have met, especially Anna, are fantastic and a wonderful support to the practice.
Fantastic experience: Visited the practice last month. The environment was very friendly and the doctor was excellent. My son was extremely nervous, but the doctor and nurse took their time, reassured him, and were very patient. In the end, he allowed the tooth to be extracted. We really appreciated their care and kindness.

Fantastic experience: We have been with this practice for about ten years or so. Well, the young lady we saw at first went on maternity leave so we were given to another dentist a young chap named Muhammad Zoraiz Amer can't be much older than 25 if that. But by christ he is a really good dentist explaining in detail what is happening plus a great sense of humour which puts you at ease making the whole experience really really good. I would say he is probably the best dentist I have been to and that is a few in my life time from Dr Morris Beaumont street, Fabian and black in the high street plus I hate to say this better the Dr Newman on the front of Cowley Centre who had that best dentist crown until now. I take this opportunity to wish all at Westbridge Dental practice a very Merry Christmas and a very happy new year for 2026. See you in three month's

Fantastic experience: To arrange appointment was quick and easy via email. Was reception and nursing team professional and courteous? Yes, 100% Special thank you for Molly who took me seriously when I've contacted them. Did dentist put you at ease and explained all about your treatment: Yes, they -Jamie- described me the situation and listened to my problem. I've had impacted wisdom tooth removed elsewhere and I had complications with the dry socket unfortunately. Westbridge dental care was who I called as I am registered with them. They helped me with the infection straight away. And now I feel fine and can pass this unfortunate situation with my removed tooth.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had treatment done by Nicole, for a root canal and a filling. She has been wonderful throughout the treatment process with explaining everything as she goes and has made me feel very relaxed. Both herself and her dental nurse Elise make a great team and have made me not dread the dentist. The receptionists have done a fantastic job too by returning by calls and fitting me in for cancellations. Overall great experience from this practice.

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed with my experience at this dental practicedor my chilfren . As an NHS patient, I always make an effort to arrive on time — even early — for my appointments. On one occasion, I arrived with my children 10 minutes early and still waited for almost half an hour before being seen. However, when I was just a few minutes late (around 10 minutes) on another visit, I was told my appointment was rescheduled and could not be seen. It feels quite unfair and inconsistent, especially when private patients seem to be prioritised while NHS patients are made to wait or turned away. Everyone deserves the same level of respect and care, regardless of their payment type. I hope the management reviews their appointment policies and ensures fairness and professionalism for all patients.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my dental treatment for 4 Emax Onlays and a tooth extraction with my excellent dentist Sherin and all the team at Westbridge Dental. I have been a patient for many years and after going through my options I opted to have the teeth restored and protected instead of the more destructive choice of dental crowns by preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible. The whole process was explained in detail by Sherin who’s attention to detail and methodical approach was exceptional. Even the tooth extraction that became part of the treatment and which I was anxious about was handled extremely carefully. I am very pleased with the appearance and function of the onlays. Special thanks to ‘The Molly’s’ on reception! For arranging the numerous appointments and corresponding emails that I could easily add/amend with my calendar. Sherin’s Dental Assistant, Anna, who’s awareness and instinct of knowing what was required was amazing! You made the whole thing easier for everyone! Thank-you! Sherin, I wish you all the very best in your future pursuits and hope you get your 3D crown printer soon! Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Since my previous dentist retied and I was switched to another one it's been nothing but trouble. No empathy, rude unless someone else is with me, and constantly going back to have fillings re-applied, costing me more and more money, stress and anxiety. Seems like money-grabbing and just getting people in and out as fast as possible

Fantastic experience: I was booked in to see a specialist dentist at the practice for my first crown, as it was going to be a difficult one because of the path of the nerves. So an appointment was made to see Devki Sadrha who explained exactly what was involved in my case. I underwent 8 visits, some quite length because of the curvature of the nerves. At all times Devki was so professional and I have to admire her skills. Resulting in a great fit of a silver nhs crown, well worth the expense. It would be remiss of me not to mention her assistant and the reception staff who I have always found to be so helpful. Nigel Lawrence.

Negative experience: The reception team should be sacked and replaced. These are the most disgruntled, unpleasant and rudest group of women in there. The rest of the clinic should be disappointed and embarrassed to have them there, or that they're even earning a wage. They clearly don't realise how cringe they are when over-hearing them speak to patients over the phone and seeing them interact with them onsite. Especially the ones who have been working there the longest... what a horrible lot

Negative experience: Staff at reception are great but one dentist lady is not nice at all. Made my daughter cry and myself. Was rude and very judgmental. Spoke down to me. No understanding at all. Stood by door with her foot covering door so me and my daughter couldn't leave. Do not want to see this dentist again!
Negative experience: My father been a loyal customer at this dentist for over 10 years traveling from Kidlington to attend his appointments, never been late or canceling any appointments. Recently he has been diagnosed with a condition that requires a operation surgery soon, in order for him undertake the surgery he had a xray, check to assess what procedures needed in March. He made a recent visit 10/04/25 they instructed for him to have another check up on 30th May. When asked why another check up was needed and why the extended prolong date the receptionist stated we are very busy. It seems they are just charging extra unnecessary appointments to pensioners, not native English speakers and hoping to get away with it.

She explains the choices in a way I can understand, and has a really good ‘bedside manner’. Pleasant reception staff too. Can highly recommend!

Negative experience: Aweful Dental practice. If you're even 5 minutes late, you have to pay for the appointment again. However, on more than one occassion, I turned up on time and waited over 40 minutes only to find that the dentist had forgotten that there was an appointment, so I was waiting around for nothing. I asked friends and family who have used this dental practice and they all said they've experienced the exact same issue! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Fantastic experience: Been with practice years but honestly wouldn't change. My new dentist Dev is amazing. Used to be scared of going but not anymore thanks to previous dentist there who left and Dev - have to go a lot so it's reassuring to know you go somewhere you trust! Negative experience: I have been waiting for my treatment for ages - in pain and discomfort. The appointment was cancelled on the day. It repeated twice. They are extremely unreliable and money oriented only. They charge you for the receipt which they cannot write properly. The pharmacist could not accept it and I had to go back to the clinic for them to correct it - which took them for ages. Avoid at all costs.
I am sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. It is never our intention to cancel appointments last minute. However, our dentists are only human and unfortunately can fall unwell. This was the reason for the cancellation.
I can also assure you that we are not money oriented, as you suggest. Our patients always come first. If you haven’t already been issued a refund, please contact the reception team who can arrange this for you.

Fantastic experience: I travelled over an hour for treatment with Dr Sherin & Anna (dental nurse). I had an old filling in my molar break and as a result, fell out, exposing the nerves a bit more. The pain was horrendous. I had an assessment at a private clinic close to me, and they had recommended either a temporary filling (which wouldn't last long) an extraction or a root canal, which was nearly over £700. Dr Sherin & Anna saw me at short notice and immediately put me at ease on walking in. I was talked to throughout the whole process and checked on. More importantly, they saved my tooth, giving a permanent filling and no pain throughout the whole process. Dr Sherin, you are truly amazing at your job. Even with carrying out the numbing injection, I didn't even feel the scratch you usually feel. I'm in awe of their work. They are truly incredible, and it's clear they absolutely love and have passion for their work. Thank you both!

Negative experience: If you could, I would give this practice rating in minus. Some dentists are absolutely rude, had no empathy. I had an appointment and I was only 3/4 minutes late because of my child. When I reached there, there was a massive long queue which was literally outside of the practice. I myself was waiting outside in the queue. In the reception, their tablets were not working and the staffs were going up and down with tablets. I think that was the reason for the massive queue. I was waiting in the queue for more than 10 minutes. By the time I reached the desk, it was already above 15 minutes and receptionist told me you are very late for your appointment. And I told them I was only 3/4 minutes and there was a massive queue which even made me late more. Then she asked the dentist whom I was going to see, he came outside and told me with such a rude and bad attitude that he don’t have time to see me and I had to book another appointment. I even explained the same thing to him that I accept that I was late for 3/4 minutes but due to long queue, I had to for another 10-15 minutes. Another thing was I left my 2 years old child at home with my friend to look after because I can’t bring child with me and booking another appointment for same thing means I have to find someone again for child care. he did not listen to me at all and told me he had other patients to see. I understand he have other patients but its not my complete fault that I had to wait in a queue for 10/15 minutes. As patient, we also have to wait for 15-30 minutes every time in the waiting area until the dentist see us. What about that then? I was so upset and got hurt due to their rude and cold behaviour. Their audacity was they emailed me next day saying I failed to attend my appointment. I reply back explaining everything but no response after. Worst worst and worst practice.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Zoraiz during my recent dental check-up at Westbridge Dental Practice. He was incredibly welcoming and instantly put me at ease, which I really appreciated as I tend to feel a bit anxious before my 6-month check-ups, always worrying about potential issues. Zoraiz clearly knew what he was doing and made the whole process smooth, positive, and stress-free. The appointment was quick but thorough, and he did an amazing job cleaning my bottom retainer—it looks and feels so much better! Fantastic experience: I've met Dr Sherin Maryam Rashad twice now. The first appointment was very helpful and insightful. She gave me excellent advise and was very knowledgeable. The second time she did a filling and I couldn't feel a thing, it was super professional and for the first time in a very long time, I felt I found my dentist. Someone reliable, professional, efficient and just really good at what they are doing. Thank you, I am still impressed and so positively surprised. It is not easy to find a really good NHS dentist in Oxford.

Fantastic experience: Karina the hygienist is the best dental practitioner I have had. She spends time on what feels like every tooth with care, and I feel the amazing difference once I had my teeth cleaned by her. Fantastic experience: I'm blown away at the professionalism and warmth of the staff here. I had to change from a previous NHS dentist on the other side of Oxford that went private after being with them for 20 years. My previous issue would have cost me around £1000 but after contacting Westbridge, they put me at ease and offered a better situation for ten times less. I didn't feel pressured or under any stress. I've left with a new tooth that was sculpted like an artist. So impressed. Thank you.

Negative experience: I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but I must ask: is this policy more important than the health and well-being of your patients? I was in excruciating pain and even had to seek emergency care. I pleaded with the receptionist, explaining my situation, but was met with a firm refusal. Fantastic experience: Over the last few years Raj has carried out some significant dental work on my teeth to give me a more confident smile. This work includes veneers, crowns, extraction and now invisilign. I am absolutely delighted with my treatment and the outcome of the work. When I smile in photos now I’m not shy about showing my teeth. Raj is an absolute perfectionist at his job and very reassuring to someone who was anxious about dental visits. I also appreciate his honesty as he will tell what is the absolute best course of treatment for your teeth and the best outcome. I recommend him whenever people comment on my improved smile. Negative experience: They hit my car on the way, I had to wait for recovery, I called and informed the clinic, they said I would never be treated there again, even though my orthodontic appliances were already waiting.So I could catch.

Fantastic experience: I had the whitewash teeth whitening and i am so happy with my results. This is the cheaper option and i did doubt my choice at times thinking i wouldn’t get results from this treatment. I am so glad i did go for this option as i saved money and i am super happy with my teeth. The program was really easy to follow, had some sensitivity which was expected. Just goes to show you don’t have to choose the expensive option to see results, highly recommend!

Negative experience: The manager has no human feeling at all , my daughter was in the hospital and could not call to cancel my daughter appointment, she took my daughter away from the list not to make an appointment again , even when I give them explanation how will she feel if she was rush to the hospital and could not cancel her dental appointment on the blink of emergency and my own daughter is treated like that , even when I call I told my daughter was in hospital they ask me about proof!!! And second time my daughter has scarlet fever I did cancel my appointment so she can't come anymore .Same happened to me I canceled twice once I had COVID and second I stay at home with my ill daughter I receive letter I can't come there anymore ! I canceled twice per year and that's all no excuses I should come with COVID people without heart and empathy. Also sometimes when you call there they not answer about 40 min . I was ask why I didn't send email ...how I can have COVID feeling not well having respiratory problems and sending email ? Is not happend just for me that's so sad.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Sherin Rashad and her team has been treating my three children since the past year. She is extremely professional, polite and very warming. My children especially my daughter gets very nervous but she makes her feel extremely comfortable, infact my daughter looks forward to her appointments now. Negative experience: I want to give 0 star to this practice, just money makers, they don't do anything. I was seen by one of the dentist, just took exactly 3 minutes for examination and did not clean or do anything and said to me to book another appointment for£70. I was not satisfied, so I wanted to leave and to cover their own backs, she forcefully asked the to sign for the treatment and then leave.

Positive experience: The practice and dentist I see are great except for one (important when you're in pain) thing. You're only allowed to have an emergency at 8am in the morning. I've got toothache - my antibiotics didn't work, but apparently I can't book an appointment for that. It's classed as an emergency and for emergencies you can only ring at 8am on the dot. I've obviously missed 8am today. Tomorrow I'll be driving to my MOT, so they've told me I'll have to ring the day after tomorrow #eek48hoursoffun

Negative experience: Although, the dentist themselves are good at the treatment and are caring to the patient the reception staff are extremely unfriendly and rude. Their tone of manner on the phone is unacceptable and do not realise that they are being aggressive and have no peoples skills.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Sherin & and Anna, as I felt very comfortable with the treatment they provided. I had an extraction a filling and cleaning done in a one hour appointment which went beyond my expectation Dr.Sherin is very professional.
Fantastic experience: My daughter is a very nervous/anxious patient at the dentist so knowing she had to have fillings and clean was a very big hurdle as we’ve ended up at hospital in the past due to this. Since being at westbridge she has slowly got better, the last 2 visits to achieve treatment needed we struck gold with Lucky the dentist! Can’t praise her enough as she engaged with my daughter throughout the hour long appointment and eased her nerves/anxiety and did everything needed. Highly recommend them!
Negative experience: Rudest receptionists I’ve ever encountered! We were 4 minutes late and told our appointment had been cancelled. All this whilst 3 of the 4 receptionists sniggered and laughed like it was a joke!

Fantastic experience: This is without a shadow of a doubt the best Dental Practice I've been to!! Growing up in Ireland I had a cleft pallet and to be honest the Dentistry in Ireland is shocking..never really had a great experience bar one of my Dentists back Home! I went to another Practice in Oxford and they did not care one bit what I had to say, it was just take my money and onto the next person..to be specific, Rajdeep is incredible! Incredibly professional but also listened to my experience rather than just clouding me with his knowledge! Honestly couldn't recommend highly enough!! Thanks for sorting me out Rajdeep! Christopher!
Fantastic experience: We went today for a filling for my daughter. Dr. Zoraiz was amazing with my daughter, he explained what he was going to do. He was also very kind and polite! My daughter when we left was very excited about the whole procedure, also me I was very satisfied. I recommend him. I have made another appointment for my little daughter with the same doctor.
Fantastic experience: Very good professional work done here. Dev and team are excellent and friendly. My recent crown was a breeze. Truly the best sculpting to fit I've ever had on this crown and a few other fillings recently. Perfect alignment. They are busy and that's because they are popular and good at their job. Fantastic experience: Had a check up, clean and wisdom tooth extraction, which went very smoothly. All performed extremely efficiently by friendly Molly who explained the fee structure very clearly. I couldn't be happier.

Negative experience: Not very good, counter staff on entry must be on commission trying to book you in 6 monthly they don’t miss a trick. I recently had my routine check, chipped a tooth couple months ago & whenever I eat now am picking my teeth with a pick to retrieve what I have just eating! Anyway NEW chap was thorough but no more than usual, but did notice he never cleaned or scraped my teeth as have had previously done at this practise, he did recommend me to get a electrical toothbrush (commission job I expect) on checking out at desk I paid my due & was offered next 6 monthly check (commission job) but said No I have and always have had 12 monthly, the lady I spoke to then turned to her colleague & asked her ‘will that ****?(Dental person) person be here in 12 months?’ So not happy! So if anyone knows where Joanne/Joanna has gone who did work there and is local still can they reply back to this review…..please!!!

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this practice my whole life, I'm disgusted that my 5 year old daughter was turned away from her appointment for being 8 minutes late. We came straight after school and we were late as she needed to use the amenities (as children do). The receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all and needless to say my whole family will now be looking for a new practice. Funny how we are turned away for 8 minutes when my last appointment I was kept waiting for around 30minutes. Terrible
Fantastic experience: Overall a pleasant experience. I arrived outside the building and expected the automatic door to open but I had to walk up really close for it to sense me. I do understand that as I expect that if the sensing proximity was larger, passerby's would be setting it off left and right. I eventually made it inside and a nice receptionist asked me for money and I made my way upstairs to the waiting room. I would have taken a photo but it's against dental policy I guess. The dentist herself was nice, however she did not know what tonsil stones were. She also began poking my gums with a hard pointy thing and then had the audacity to tell me, 'You're gums are bleeding way too much'. I'm like, bruh no kidding, you've been stabbing at them for the last 5 mins. In all seriousness, a decent dentist appointment. I went to the nearby greggs for a celebratory toastie.
