Fantastic experience: I recently had some work carried out in crowning my upper teeth from fang to fang and I'm so impressed particularly with Joe who was so meticulous and genuinely wanted to do a great job for the patient. I'm glad eagle house is my dentist and the staff are all so caring. .

She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure the kids felt safe and understood. Dr. Sylwia kindness, patience, and professionalism are remarkable. Fantastic experience: So I was seen today under the NHS scheme, my dentist was Sylvia who was really welcoming, her calming and friendly demeanour gave me the confidence I needed to see the appointment through and relieve me of my anxieties as it’s something I generally struggle with. I had interactions with Miriam, Phoebe and Sylvia all who were very informative, polite and reassuring. The environment was very relaxing and clean. I would highly recommend. My experience here was very pleasant overall and I was very satisfied with the service.

Fantastic experience: Managed to get seen under the NHS Quality Premium Scheme. I was lucky enough to have Brianna as my dentist. Brianna made me feel at ease and was super welcoming. She listened to my issues and referred me instantly for a tooth removal - it was removed the week later, super quick! Her care and treatment that she provides is incredible. Very thankful I was seen by Brianna on this scheme - thank you so much. Reception staff are also extremely lovely and welcoming. Received more information on the Denplan packages and have decided to pay monthly to stay with this dental surgery. Nothing negative to say. Amazing service by all that work there!

I will sign up or pay privately after the service I experienced and try to save for future treatments. Negative experience: If I could I'd give them 0 i would. Don't give them your money. They'll rip you off. The receptionist made me an appointment for Friday 21st. If they doubt this they need to listen back to the phone conversation. I got a phone call Thursday asking why I'm not there. I say it's tomorrow. No it's today. Is there anything I can do. Pay again is the answer. This one appointment would have cost me 95 quid. No thank you. I'll take my money somewhere else. Not my fault your staff are half asleep when they are making appointments. Pretty annoying really.

I used to be petrified of the dentist but since going here for 10 plus years I don’t get scared at all and I’ve had all sorts of treatments. Reception dental nurses and dentists are all amazing.

Fantastic experience: I can't tell you how lovely this dental practice is! The staff are amazing. I was contacted part of a new scheme they are doing to help people get seen by a dentist as its so extremely difficult to find spaces anywhere. They offer a treatment plan under the NHS to complete all of the care you need. They really do go above and beyond. The Dentist I seen was amazing and her assistant. They also was so accommodating and booked me a downstairs appointment so I could bring my little boy in the pram and the room was really accessible. I would highly recommend this dental practice to everyone.

Starting with the reception staff; Gemma made me feel so comfortable when booking appointments, which for someone like me can be quite difficult. I can't thank her enough for being so aware, by creating a real sense of inclusion and understanding. My dentist Dr. Zamzam Abdullah has the most calming approach, and she guides you through the treatment process beautifully. Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to be seen for 1 course of treatment on the new NHS scheme, and had a root canal today. I am quite a nervous patient but Brianna and Brook put me at ease, explained everything in simple terms, and checked in throughout the procedure to ensure I was doing ok. It was a totally painless, successful procedure. They explained all options throughout my course of treatment, including private versus NHS treatment, which was helpful. Specialists at the practice were on hand to give recommendations to ensure treatment gave the best possible outcome. I had previously come in to the practice for a first appointment with my 1.5y/o daughter and everyone was lovely and put her at ease too. I would highly recommend Brianna and Brook, and Eagle House Dental generally.

Fantastic experience: I saw Brianna and she was amazing. I have terrible teeth and am petrified of the dentist. But she instantly made me feel at ease by slowing the process down (no rushing through it), ensuring I understood exactly what she was doing and letting me know that we could stop at any point. Fantastic experience: Since moving in 2019 I was unable to find a dentist in my area. Needless to say I ended up needing significant dental treatment. Eagle house took me on as an Emergancy case to treat gum infection and tooth infection that resulted in a rather stubborn root canal and crown that required quite a few visits. Dr Joe Mulhall is now my dentist and after several months of treatment my mouth is once again in tip top condition. Joe and his hygienist are superb at what they do and are very caring to their patients. They take their time to explain everything that is happening or is planned to happen, making recommendations along the way on how to improve and were able to put me at ease. They are super friendly too which helps massively, especially if you’re a nervous patient. I can’t thank the entire team enough for helping me. I would definitely recommend Eagle House Dental. Negative experience: Update *** Update *** Update *** Zero stars if i could have! Well after the glowing review (when she took the practice over) I can update this review. After missing 2 appointments to which I was willing to pay for, the practice decided to strike me off the NHS part of treatment. The practice failed to respond to my emails and just left me wondering. Finally Miriam (owner) called but was too focused on her private work - why should this make a difference if im paying for it? This practice has also had 2 others including myself that paid around £1000 in private work. Well Miriam your private patient quest has left 3 people going elsewhere and one less on your NHS list which is your desire. You also left me with bleeding gums following the whitening i had done some time ago. Not professional and a very poor service. Old review... (when business was acquired) Mariam (owner) was very attentive and comprehensive in her service delivery. I have never been so impressed by a dentist and I'm 57. Well done..keep up the good work. :-)
