Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Cricklewood Dental Practice for anyone seeking the best dental treatment. The practice is well run and delivers quality dental care. The staff are all kind, professional and courteous. In view of my recent experience, I want to specifically extend my gratitude to Dr. Yaman Walid, whom successfully carried out my tooth implant surgery. I received a well-tailored dental treatment that aligned with my needs. Dr.Yaman is a phenomenal dentist endowed with great knowledge, talent and a caring demeanour. He has a flair for excellent dental care and is highly skilled at his work. The treatment process was flawless from start to finish. With confidence, I can affirm that I am so pleased with the level of care and professionalism that I experienced. Dr.Yaman used a detail- oriented approach to explain every part of my treatment. All my questions were unequivocally answered and I was thoroughly at ease throughout my journey. Key factors including aesthetics, size, and shape of my tooth were all taken into account to ensure optimal results were achieved. The implant placement surgery was a smooth, intact and a flawless procedure. Everything was thus implemented with remarkable precision, thorough calculation and meticulous care. Additionally, the treatment room was consistently immaculate, peaceful and equipped with high- tech scan machines, conducive to a perfect environment. Post-crown placement, I left with restored confidence and impressively no sensation of discomfort. My new tooth is absolutely stunning and it looks and functions just like a natural tooth. Undoubtedly it has exceeded my expectations, insofar as I consider it a work of art. Thank you Dr.Yaman, for creating the perfect implant tooth for me. Negative experience: I am surprised to see there are positive reviews for this clinic. The dental filling caused me a lot of pain, which lasted for weeks. When I told the dentist the pain, she dismissed it completely, and said oh, you can experience discomfort! As if I don't know what pain is? And the filling was not done properly so I need to get it done again at another dentist. The dentist who saw me was so rude. They make you wait over 30 minutes to see the dentist. If you need treatment, they will ask you to rebook another appointment even though it would take them like 2-3 minutes. After I sent them a complaint, their response was: "We have made the decision to suspend your access to our dental clinic indefinitely." Utterly disgraceful. I do not recommend this place! Update: the tooth dentist treated broke later. Now, I need to get an implant. Unbelievable.

Receptionist gave us form to fill up in rush and need to pay appointment fee asap.After paying they just showoff to checkup and told us just take the medicine which is given by A&E.Still I am not getting what is purpose to pay them if they didn’t gave me medicine or any care.I ask them what temporary solution you provided they don’t have answer and saying that is charges for appointment.please Don't go to this hopscotch if you are in emergency.

Fantastic experience: Extraordinary dental care. Dr Pankti Patel took care of me for my root canal and several other fillings and is one of the best dentists I have ever met. She took great lengths to ensure a pain free comfortable experience. She and her dental assistants didn’t rush anything and took time to explain everything to me and answer any questions. Not only did I receive professional care it was a heartwarming experience to find gentle and caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: Just had a tooth (molar) extraction here, I came on an emergency appointment, I’m not a regular so I never did catch any of the team member’s names, but I just want to commend the dentist & nurse who completed my extract on short notice. I appreciate how much care was put into the procedure, the whole thing was painless & I have just woken up and feel great! P.s. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Pankti is! I've always been nervous about dental visits, but from the moment I walked into her office, I felt completely at ease. She has such a calming presence and took the time to listen to my concerns and reassure me. What really stood out to me was how she worked at my pace—always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood each step of the process. I never once felt rushed or anxious, and I left the office feeling like I was in the best hands. If you’re nervous about the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Pankti. She’s kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort. So amazing that retuening for my second appointment a couple of weeks later, i felt confident and sk at ease and in a weird way, a little excited to visit back and be in safe hands, getting the work done that ive long needed and wanted. Negative experience: This one star is for the rude receptionist lady, which doesn't even want to look at you and talk to patients. Didn't feel welcomed at all. Unprofessional behaviour! But Doctors and nurses are lovely. They tried their best for us.

Negative experience: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE: - I was suffering with excruciating pain after having teeth extraction 3 days earlier. From my past experience I have very high pain tolerance but this was so extreme I could not sleep, eat or drink the pain was so bad. I called 111 they arranged an appointment for emergency treatment at Cricklewood Dental Practice they were extra quick to take my money for quick 5 minute check up and easing my pain which was great. After reaching home I was so exhausted from the pain and not having slept for 72 hours. I fell asleep for about 3 hours which after the pain returned hence I called the Cricklewood Dental Practice only to find they were closed until Monday after all it was Saturday so I understood. I found myself in the same situation as before only to add that I was £26.80 out of pocket now. Calling 111 again was useless the system is Brocken not fit for purpose. I suffered through Sunday and on Monday I tried calling the Cricklewood Dental Practice number of times I kept getting their answer machine I left messages to which nobody bothered returning my calls. I want back to the practice where they did not care in the less of what pain I was suffering, only to charge me again for reliving my pain for few hours. I asked for my refund to which they blamed 111 and 111 blamed Cricklewood Dental Practice. Never the less the fact remains that Cricklewood Dental Practice treated and charged me therefore they should take responsibilities

Negative experience: first of all, i am not ungrateful.. the doctor prescribed my partner antibiotics on an emergency visit.. its too soon to tell, but hopefully it should help with the infection.. why the two stars - the doctor was very rude.. he was impolite, he was judging us for not seeing a dentist recently.. tried to panic us to book an urgent dentist / private or otherwise, prescribe antibiotics, no explanation for things he was saying.. we went for emergency as we were nervous and paniced and he couldnt take a moment to calm us down

Positive experience: Happy with Dr Pankti and her dental nurse Amisha. Both very welcoming and made me feel at easy during the procedure. Always feel comfortable when have Dr Pankti as the appointment feels relaxed and well led.

Fantastic experience: My lower teeth were very ugly and overlapped. Dr. Yamin and his nurse, Elene were very lovely, supportive and excellent. They made a big difference on my teeth that was appreciated by my wife and all my friends who know my teeth before.

Fantastic experience: I'm super grateful for my root canal treatment led by Dr Pankti yesterday, with the assistance of nurses Amisha and Bhawani. The root canal operation was excellent, and the final x-ray looked like one of the successful examples they teach about in textbooks. Minimal pain and a great outcome. Thanks so much for saving my tooth! The filling and shape of the tooth also look very natural. I'm really happy.

Negative experience: I have never had such a bad experience with doctors. The appointment lasted a minute. I went to the doctor (a young man) with severe swelling after a wisdom tooth extraction. He said I needed antibiotics and sent me home. Didn't even clean up the infection. After that I had to go to a private doctor who said the swelling was almost affecting my airway. She immediately cleaned it all up for me and prescribed antibiotics. I don't understand why the NHS 111 number service is being provided if the attitude to human life is so utterly disgusting. And don't even say that the doctor acted according to the guideline: the guideline prescribes to do at least a cleanse in case of infection. Never go to this clinic if you are referred there by 111.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience yesterday with Floyd. I was in severe pain due to an infection in my molar. He1 gave all options and future prospects of what could happen to my tooth. I opted for an extraction. The whole procedure took less than 5 minutes and that included giving enough time for numbing the area. All in all 10/10 service from Floyd and reception staff. Thank you for a joyous experience.

Negative experience: My 5 years old son had cavity in his tooth and when we went there the dentist just put a filling without taking a x-ray and after couple days he had swelling and pain then we went back there and same dentist decided to take x-ray and he said that his tooth has decay and it has to be removed and he was ready to do tooth extraction straight away while he has infection on his tooth luckily my son did not let him as he was not ready for this. Then we went to somewhere else and they told us to wait until swelling is gone then they can do the extraction, I can’t believe how he was going to do the extraction to a infected tooth and 5 years old kid.. a 5 years old should have specialist to have this service! Not by your inexperienced dentists!

Negative experience: Echoing what people below say, I saw a dentist he told me I had a bad infection after i'd had my wisdom teeth removed. He couldn't be bothered to clean the infection out and sent me on my way to get antibiotics. Luckily I had a water tooth flosser which cleaned the area when I got back and did what would have taken him seconds to do myself. Disgusting, unprofessional service.

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a service! After going through excruciating pain I was referred to Cricklewood Dental practice from the 111 service. I had a very disappointing experience at Cricklewood Dental practice during my recent visit. My appointment was delayed significantly with no explanation or apology, and I was left waiting for 15 minutes past my scheduled time. When I finally saw the dentist, I felt rushed and my concerns were not addressed thoroughly. The cleaning was incomplete, and the dentist didn’t seem to take the time to do a proper job. Communication was poor, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the entire visit. I expected much better care and service from a professional practice, and unfortunately, this experience was far below the standard I anticipated. They were very quick to take my money, however not so quick to resolve the issue. After 30mins of complaining they finally agreed to process a refund. I will be looking for a new dentist going forward.

Negative experience: I would give this place 0 stars if I could! I went in for an emergency treatment because I was in so much pain and checked by a young man. He looked at my teeth for 2 mins and felt around my jaw then said he doesn’t see anything wrong and wanted to send me home. I asked for an injection of anaesthetic and I went home in excruciating pain that I had to call 111 again and was referred to a hospital in central. They were appalled by what the dentist had told me and my overall check up. They found an infection under my teeth and swollen lymph nodes and I am due a full X-ray and root canal procedure! Never trust anyone that sends you home because they don’t see anything wrong with you while you’re in so much excruciating pain!!!

Negative experience: I have been making so many calls per day in order to make an appointment with the hygienist, but unfortunately mu calls diverts voicemail. I left voicemail but no one called back. This is not just today, but have been experiencing same issue past 2 month. In my view this is not a good customer experience. Tried to send message via their website, get error message "Your submission failed because of a server error". However, my dentist is a really good person, and professional handled my issues.

Negative experience: Went in for a filling that ended up with an infection which wasn't spotted by the dentist when I went in complaining about persistent on-and-off aches. Ended up going to an emergency dentist one evening who was appalled that my dentist at Cricklewood Dental did not even x-ray my tooth to see if there was an infection.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review for the amazing young girl DR name I believe is Nigi and she’s perfect with her work, Spending times to do her job correctly and she also use the new equipment and she was the only girl who done my root canal quick and perfectly which the other dentist wouldn’t do as I had to go few other places and they just told me that I’m gonna have to go hospital and pull the teeth out but then when I came to this dental and luckily seen this sweet doctor she help me and I’m very happy with her work.

Negative experience: I visited the practice in March and the experience was terrible. The medical equipment didn’t look maintained nor looked after, and presented clear signs of ware, not to mentioned the spaces, which for a medical practice I expect to have higher cleaning standards. Moving on from this, the dental treatment I received was the worse I ever had. The cleaning was extremely painful for no reason, and the minor filling I had to do was done so poorly I now find myself in a dental nightmare and have to redo the whole thing again, at another practice of course. In the following months I had to take antibiotics because the dentist did a terrible job when making the filling, and that allowed for an infection to happen in my mouth.

Negative experience: I have been waiting for a long time to do route canal and they kept me waiting when i had so much pain their secretaries behaviour was so rude and after when i got an appointment they just gave me some tablets and another appointment for route canal today again i went there and doctor said route canal takes long time and i should go to hospital it seems she was not sure that she can do the job she just did something very fast for me and as you see it came out in few hours and i am still in pain i had to take off from job many times to go there for doing nothing i also did another route canal in this dental practice few months ago and i still have problem with that tooth as well. if you care about your dental and mental health don’t go there

But I must say the level of professionalism from the crew is unreal I highly recommend the place, the provide both NHS and private services! But the 2 ladies, Diana and Gita unreal!! They know how to really make people feel comfortable, not scared or anything like that. True professionals! They care about making sure the patient gets the most immaculate service! Fantastic experience: Just had a fantastic experience with the Dentist Arun here today. The process was straightforward and efficient from the phone call to getting the appointment, checkin at reception and the appointment happening right on time. Professional, took the time to explain what they discovered, performed a detailed assessment including x-rays and gave reassuring advice. The whole practice was clean and tidy, and they accepted me as an NHS patient so the treatment is affordable. Couldn't ask for more (other than extended opening hours)

Fantastic experience: Dr Sofia is the most gentle and loving dentist I’ve ever been to. I am sure she is a wonderful person out of the practice too. I feel secure in her hands even though I have always been scared of treatments before. Believe me or not I fall asleep on each visit I just can’t stay awake. I am not sure how this is even possible. I guess I am tired and trust the Doctor. Her nurse is great too! I do recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My family and I signed up with Cricklewood Dental Practice back in April, as we hadn't gotten an NHS dentist yet. You do hear horror stories about NHS dentistry, but here everyone is so friendly, professional and transparent, it has absolutely restored my faith in NHS dental treatment. My dentist used to be Amin, now I'm with Niji and both have done stellar work on my teeth, always clearly explaining what options I would have available and how to best manage my costs. Meanwhile Gosia and Julie at reception are always friendly and have helped me get last minute appointments on a number of occasions. Unfortunately I had to visit the dentist's a lot this year, but the team at Cricklewood Dental Practice were always supportive and accommodating, and thanks to their skills I can say that my teeth are now in a good place.

Negative experience: I had an appointment with a girl, an Arab doctor, at 11:30, and on October 31, the situation was very, very bad. I have a tooth and I want to put a filling on it but they don't know how to act and I don't know how they got their dental degree And the girl, the Arab doctor, treated me badly, and I said to her: Why don't you treat me kindly? I am sick and you are my doctor and I came for treatment and she said I can't cure you. I am looking for another doctor. She treats me like we're on the streets of chaos, not in a clinic." And I don't know her exact name, but I want to file a complaint against her. My appointment with them was exactly 11:30 AM on October 31st.

Fantastic experience: Visited this dentist today for a tooth extraction, then going forward an implant. I was very happy with the visit. Staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. I was informed of everything and felt very relaxed throughout. Not a fan of the numbing injections but it was absolutely fine and I was even offered a hand to squeeze if needed. Thank you My tooth was removed and the infection cleared. Very happy with my overall experience and believe I chose the right place for me to go. .. also don't judge a book by its cover. Squeezed between whatever shops, hidden away, doesn't have any effect on service provided. Also it was really busy in there, a lot of customers which kind of says it all really!

Negative experience: Dangerous dentistry I was advised to go to cricklewood from my previous dentist due to not visiting during Covid I was taken off their books. So I made the three hour car/train/tube journey into cricklewood for a routine root canal costing around 500GBP. The overall look of the place set me on edge from the get go as the entrance Is a ‘hole in the wall’ sandwiched between an off license and a bookies. The corridors were filled with boxes and general clutter but, I was always told never to judge a book by its cover. The procedure itself seemed as painless as possible and I felt I was looked after by the dentist and the hygienist. Upon leaving I was told I would have no pain and no medication was required. Over the next 36 hours I developed unbearable pain and called 111 to seek advice they asked me to phone cricklewood surgery. When I did call them I felt completely palmed off as they expressed as my dentist only attends once a week and only he would be able to write a prescription for antibiotics. So I swallowed pain medicine which didn’t help and braced myself for a long night ahead. At this point I’d not slept in 48 hours and could only describe the pain as if my tooth was being pulled out again and again. I called 111 and they advised me to go to A&E or an emergency dentist. Luckily I found a dentist who prescribed me antibiotics and I found out my root canal had become quite severely infected. If it wasn’t for the quick actions of the emergency dentist I would have been seriously ill or worse. 5 days after my call to cricklewood for antibiotics they called me back to ask if I still was in pain and if I wanted them. When I told the lady on reception how upset I was about the lack of care she pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up the phone! Avoid this dentist at all costs, I’ve had a root canal before and understood this pain was not normal and acted quickly. If I hadn’t of done The situation could have been very serious.

Fantastic experience: Very lovely dentists! They really do care about your dental health and listen to your concerns sincerely! The staff there are kind and make you feel welcomed. For me personally it was always a struggle going to dentists but after my appointment I feel much better! Thank you to the wonderful dentist, Dr Iman! She was so kind and helpful as she tried her best to numb my wisdom tooth aches and and made me feel important! Along with her assistants!

Fantastic experience: I visited Cricklewood dental practice and felt very welcomed by the reception both over the phone and in person. When it came to the appointment, I was seen by the amazing Dr Diana Jawad. She was very patient and calm, and gave time to listen to my concerns. She was very gentle when taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth, and kept taking breaks to check if I’m okay. If you’re someone who stresses when visiting the dentist, a dentist like Dr. Jawad would definitely make you feel like you’re in good hands. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m a very anxious person when it comes to needles and dentist issues but I found the courage to go to this practice on a readymade basis to take care of my teeth because Dr Reem is the kindest and most delicate person ever. I really feel safe there and I never had any issue with the works that were done on my teeth. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Today my 3 children were seen for the first time by Dentist Diana and her lovely dental assistant. My youngest daughter was previously so scared of dentist but Dr Diana was absolutely amazing with her, child friendly, calm and patient and actually managed to treat her. I see another dentist here and he manages to calm me also. The dentist at this practice are professional friendly and go that extra mile. The best dental practice I’ve been to.
