Fantastic experience: I went to Aura Dentistry for my invisalign, whitening and composite bonding. The team were all great, Dr Ahad and Siobhan handled most of my treatment and were both fabulous. Dr Ahad was a perfectionist at getting my teeth right and looking very straight, white and natural. The transformation has changed my whole face for the better and I am so happy with my teeth. Fantastic experience: Outstanding service, very down to earth staff, accommodating and very helpful. My whole experience of my Invisalign journey was fantastic from the first appointment to the final follow up, cannot recommend aura dentistry enough.

Negative experience: I was quite disappointed with my experience here, especially considering the amount of money I paid for my bonding and Invisalign. To start with something positive, I do think Dr. Ahad did a great job at the time, and I was really happy with the initial results. However, now that some time has passed, I’ve had a chance to reflect on my overall experience, and unfortunately, it wasn’t as great as I had initially thought. Regardless of my scheduled appointment time, every single visit ran 20–45 minutes late. I understand that delays can happen, but for this to be the case at every appointment is not normal. I was repeatedly told by multiple staff members that retainers were included in my treatment, even signing documents that confirmed this. However, when the time came, I was suddenly charged a significant amount and told that I had missed out on a “deal” that had ended. If this was the case, why did every staff member assure me otherwise? I also made it very clear, multiple times, that I needed my treatment completed by a specific date as I was traveling. Despite these reminders, when I called to book my final bonding appointment, I was told the only availability was after my one-way flight out of the country. This left me with no choice but to have the work done just three days I left. Within just a couple of months, my teeth have shifted, and they are no longer in a straight line. I have worn my retainer religiously and followed all recommended care instructions, including using the Oral-B iO toothbrush and Waterpik flosser (which are not cheap). Given how much I spent, I am fully committed to maintaining my teeth, yet when I raised my concerns, I was simply told to “make sure to wear my retainer” with no real solution offered. Additionally, I found the receptionist staff to be extremely blunt both over the phone and in person. This was particularly disappointing as I had stated on my initial form that I experience anxiety, but it didn’t seem like this was taken into consideration at all. I also had a friend who went here and felt the same way about the overall experience. Based on all of this, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to friends or family. Despite the influencers they showcase, it feels like regular paying customers—who have saved up for their treatment—are not given the same level of care or priority.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made going to aura dentistry for my Invisalign. Don’t remember life before it. Dr Ahad is a wizard! Such a lovely guy too. Would recommend to anyone! X

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at this beautiful dental practice! My hygiene appointment was fantastic, my teeth feel incredibly clean after a thorough scale and a diamond polish. I also saw Dr Ahad for a checkup, and he was absolutely brilliant. He was so thorough and explained everything in detail, which made me feel really informed about my dental health. The entire team was so friendly, professional, and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough, if you're looking for top quality care with amazing staff, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I came for a hygiene appointment and I’m not joking when I say it was the best scale and polish I have ever had in my life. Dentist was very informative and gentle. My teeth looked instantly whiter and I actually got so many compliments asking if I had got them whitened but they were just really clean and free of coffee stains lol. I’ll definitely be back for another and have actually recommended to people in work and friends.

Positive experience: I got Invisalign treatment here that finished around Oct 2023. I wish I had shopped around and would advise other people to do the same. I went in due to having gaps in the bottom of my teeth and after 8 months of treatment the dentist (A Aslam) had to put composite bonding into them as there were still gaps there. I personally think he had shaved too much away as there was a point where my bottom teeth were all touching. After spending several thousands, to still have the problem I went in with and now to have to keep up composite bonding on it isn't a satisfactory service. He said he prided himself on getting the perfect finish and maybe I should have pushed to ask for more trays when the treatment was done but this wasn't the perfect finish. I was told by the dentist that I had an unusual bite and that I'd have to remove a tooth if I wanted my teeth perfectly on top of each other. When I went to a different Invisalign certified dentist in a different clinic for a check up after he told me I should have been referred to a specialist due to my unusual bite but I wasn't as they wanted my money. I have had jaw pain on/off since which I know is a possible side effect but all I was told at the time was to hold my mouth when I yawn and to eat a soft food diet for two weeks. Not very helpful. The receptionist (Remi I think) at the time was very nice and helpful and the dentist was good at accomodating me to fit me in when I finished work late. I do regret not going somewhere else which would be my advice to anyone reading this. Shop around and get more than one opinion.

Fantastic experience: I had thought about getting my teeth fixed for a long time as I was feeling quite self conscious when I smiled .I was not sure exactly what my options were and as I was approaching my 50 th birthday I wanted to treat myself From my first appointment I was made to feel comfortable and completely at ease . Everything was explained to me and every question I had was answered fully . There was no pressure at any point to proceed until I was completely sure I immediately had trust in mr Ahad who would be performing the treatment he is extremely talented and assured me I would have a very natural smile that would suit me . I went for Invisalign , teeth whitening and composite bonding . The results were more than I could have hoped for ! As soon as my teeth were revealed I was so happy I burst into tears! Most happiest with the level of honesty and the care of the place who aimed to save me money and trying to save certain procedures from needing done. Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding with Aura around 1 year ago now and I could not fault them! When getting my bonding/consultation my preferences were listened to - which was very important to me. Since getting my bonding I have had regular hygienist appointments and have been using at home teeth whitening. Would definitely recommend!

Since my initial enquiry I have found the service from Aura excellent. They are attentive, diligent and efficient. My appointment with the dentist was so thorough. There was no hard sell only options which I was left to consider. I am still going through my treatment and so far it has been excellent.

Fantastic experience: The treatment coordinator and all of the staff I encountered were first class and so helpful. The clinic is immaculate inside and can’t speak highly enough of the place - would recommend anybody looking to get any sort of dental work done to look no further than here.

Negative experience: I have no experience with their dental treatment but, as a company who is in our local area, we are continuously having problems with the staff. Several members of the community, as well as the community council, have tried to communicate these problems, only to literally be ignored and blocked. The boss doesn’t care and staff have a total disregard for local safety by parking dangerously at a roundabout. They also had their alarm going on for 17 hours with no way of reaching them to let them know. They didn’t acknowledge the complaint and chose to block me as a complainant. Again, I have no experience with the dentistry treatment but I would recommend trying other local dentists before going here due to the attitudes of staff and the owner.

Fantastic experience: I won a competition with Aura Dentistry to receive Invisalign and Composite bonding and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I am now at the end of my treatment and the service I have received has been absolutely unreal. I couldn’t fault them one single bit. They really couldn’t do enough for you, the communication is so simple and you get a response straight away. The clinic is spotless and so gorgeous! Every member off staff is so friendly and welcoming and the results I have now been left with I couldn’t be happier with. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Aura Denistry enough From never being able to smile for pictures to being obsessed with my new smile is the best feeling.The team at Aura Dentistry were amazing and so patient throughout my Invisalign journey and during the compositing bonding process.One of the best decision I have made.

Negative experience: Lovely practise. Looks great but dentists are obsessed with whitening your teeth BEFORE they treat you. I had a cracked wisdom tooth and another cracked molar and was told we only do white fillings so you will need to do the whitening treatment first. So I tried. I was in so much pain. I had to ice my face and neck with the pain. When I advised how much pain I was in I was sent home with a small tube of sensitive toothpaste. An appointment i had to pay 100 quid for. I called and advised I was in a lot of pain and finally they agreed to give me prescription strength sensitive toothpaste. The whole process was painful and they took months to arrange to remove the teeth causing the issue. When I finally went in to have a tooth removed they actually took 4 teeth in one day. They don't care as long as you are paying. And you will pay a lot. Hopefully I don't get any abuse or attitude back as I have read some of their responses.

Negative experience: Do not go there to get your implants done. They will do everything to keep their price as high as as possible. Dear Aura Dentistry, In order to reply to your comments I’m editing my initial comments and adding some more info below. I have only missed one appointment and I do not mind to pay for that. That is not a problem and totally understood. However your receptionist never asked for this payment. What I was referring to that you have approved my treatment and have already agreed on a date and I accepted that. I only asked to reimburse the price for the payments I made so far since this is what your stuff advised me at the very beginning. Therefore I have decided to go with the treatment taking into account that all initial payments I paid so far will be included in the price. However none of them weren’t included. Regarding the implant price breakdown. On the 3rd visit your doctor A Aslam-Pervez priced it at £5050 where £700 was not related at all to implant treatment but just a visual look (composite bonding) to the other tooth that did not require any treatment. When I refuse that on the very next visit the same doctor advised me that I need a “gym graft” treatment (never mentioned before) for extra £1000. Therefore taking the price back to £5100 this time. So no matter what, you will find something to add at least £1000 to your price to keep it at £5k level. So after I asked for my initial costs to be included in the total price the very next day I received a call from your clinic advising me to find a specialist since you are not capable to finish the implant treatment for myself where 2 days ago you were more then happy to go ahead. Therefore please avoid this clinic since they always will bring the price up and they will find 100s reasons to do so. ** Another update to comment on your last update ** Dear Aura Practice You are keep referring to repeated FCAs. Not too sure what this means but I’m assume you are referring to not coming on time to me pre-scheduled visit. I will say this one more time that there was only one visit that I have missed and there was no more that that. So please stop lying here and accept that you are incapable to finish the work because your patient asked for initial costs to be included in the final price breakdown as your receptionist initially advised. So please stop repeating yourself with multiple FTAs since you just saying a lay here and have no background whatsoever to say that. One more lying comment that does not stand to the truth and I will take this complain a level up, and this will not be a google reviews.

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding. I’m delighted with the results already recommended it to friends and family. I was concerned my case was too complex for Invisalign initially but it worked great, if you’re considering it, I can definitely recommend Dr. Ahad and Aura or APCO where some of my treatment was done.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. I had an awful throbbing pain and required a root canal treatment. I was very nervous about it but Dr Ahad made me feel at ease from the get go. The procedure went so smoothly that I didn't feel a thing. Since having it done I have had no pain whatsoever in the tooth that nagged me for weeks prior. I am so grateful to Dr Ahad and the team at Aura. I would recommend them to everyone!

Negative experience: No option to leave 0 stars or I would have. Place is a joke. Staff are rude and even take to abusing people on social media. You also cannot speak to them on the phone when you call, you need to WhatsApp them. Staff can't answer simple questions, like who owns the practice, they tell you to email the manager, who needs chasing up for answers. Safe to say the manager doesn't care and the staff care even less. They're happy to be nice to you when you're spending thousands but anything less and they're not interested. Avoid this place at ALL costs. They have claimed they take privacy of their patients seriously but broke data protection. From experience, they treat their NHS patients like rubbish and if you're private they do the same once you've handed all your money over.

Positive experience: Really happy with the end results... I had Invisalign for longer than initially expected (15 months in total) my teeth were super close together and didn't move as quickly as others who may have extra space. I also had composite bonding which totally transformed the end result. Dr Ahad really does know his stuff. The dental nurses are all really nice and professional.
