Fantastic experience: I find the team at Oakwood to be excellent. Barbie is friendly, gentle and very competent, and Malisa is also gentle and explains everything so clearly.

Fantastic experience: The whole team put you at ease with their friendly, professional and caring approach. Fab was as gentle and meticulous as ever today completing a tricky filling and hygiene clean (my mouth feels great thank you ). Thanks too to Barbie, who gave me my smile and confidence back, and Charlene & Debs on reception for whom nothing is too much trouble. You are fabulous Team Oakwood Dental; I won’t be going anywhere else!

The dentist, Sarah Bowles, explained everything to me very clearly, both before and then again during the procedure. She was gentle, careful and very thorough. I had two visits over two days and on both occasions I would rate the procedures as no more than minor discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I had an injury many years ago that resulted in me needed crowns and veneers on my front two teeth and one at the side. I had my first restorative work done by the nhs but after ten years they needed redoing as one had cracked. I was never happy with them, my front teeth were not matching and I felt self conscious. I went to see Barbie for my teeth to be redone. It was the best decision and money well spent. My new teeth feel so natural and blend perfectly with my other teeth. I am no longer self conscious to smile. Barbie will do her best to make sure you are happy. Definitely would recommend for crowns and veneers.

Fantastic experience: AS EVER THE THE TREATMENT, EXPLANATION AND CONSIDERATION WAS EXCELLENT. BUT.....BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN FOR A WHILE DUE TO NO PROBLEMS I DECIDED TO HAVE A CHECKUP. I WAS TREATED THEREFORE AS A NEW PATIENT AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS VENUE FOR 50 YEARS AND THINK IT IS A BIT UNFAIR TO TREAT A REGULAR CUSTOMER WITH LACK OF RESPECT ALMOST.......NOT BY THE DENTIST I HASTEN TO ADD BUT BY THE RULES! THIS DOES NOT ALTER MY OPINION OF THE PRACTICE WHICH MUST BE ONE OF THE BEST IN LEEDS AND I DON'T WANT TO GO ELSEWHERE...

Fantastic experience: Having not had a filling in years the process was incredible!! So pain-free with organised isolation around my tooth with a structure that kept my mouth open and tongue out of the way ( fascinating), an injection that i didnt even feel and the after effects of it were minimal- no numbness/ dribbling or feeling like my mouth didnt belong! Such a thorough job - well done!!

Fantastic experience: I saw hygienist Fab today and experienced her usual excellent service: professional, skilled, supportive of my dental phobia, and Fab has lovely interpersonal skills, which I think are Important. My dental health continues to improve which I believe is due to Fab's input, including effective advice which has improved my home dental care regime. Reception staff are professional, efficient and welcoming, as ever. i post a review after every visit simply to show that Oakwood dental practice consistently maintain a high standard of service.

Fantastic experience: Melissa did a great job on the 2 fillings I had. Both were a challenge because my teeth are not in great shape but I'm very happy with the result.

Fantastic experience: I had a bit of an emergency when a natural bridge came loose and I managed to get an appointment a couple of hours after I asked one. Dr O’Connor was very helpful and managed to fix it quickly. I am very grateful. The receptionist was also very helpful when I went to ask for the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very supportive staff during the treatment process, as well as explaining any further attention or dental work required. Different options were also presented with the pros and cons of each treatment suggested, allowing the patient to consider each one without any undue pressure placed upon them. Felt the practice had my care and welfare at the fore of all treatment I encountered.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the treatment I received today. The staff are friendly and efficient and managed to fit me in at short notice. The Surgery is clean and airy. The dentist was professional, friendly and attentive to my particular requirements. She offered good advice on how to proceed with my specific dental issues. Parking is available on street and in a small nearby car park.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Barbie and Oakwood Dental more highly. I was nervous about having aligners (I had Reveal as an alternative to Invisalign due to the type of work required) but the process was smooth, not painful, less expensive than other local options, and the results are great - I should have done it years ago. Barbie and her team were always communicative and tried hard to work around my limited availability due to work commitments.

Fantastic experience: Professional, effective and friendly practice. I've most recently had a new filling which was done very carefully and successfully. I've previously had a dental implant, a new crown and a layer added to a molar all of which have been very successful and done without discomfort.

From the second I arrived at the dentist and was booked in by Barbie, to the moment Debbie did the payments and booked my next session, all staff were really friendly and helpful.
