Fantastic experience: A great experience with the very professional team at North Cardiff Dental & Implants. I was put at ease from the time of entering the reception welcomed by Cirwyn and Abby. The consultation was thorough and reassuring, covering all my questions and more, giving me confidence in the dental implant treatment received from Dr. Aly, the dental nursing and technician team. There were many stages in the treatment but all were generous with their time and each step was explained in detail. Dr. Aly is an expert in his field, he exudes joy and pride of the work he carries out, it is very commendable this is shared by the whole team providing great care and attention at NCDI. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with an infection just 14 days before Xmas. The tooth could not be saved. I was offered a denture or bridge to cover the gap by my dentist. I decided dentures were out and after reading up on bridges I did not like the idea of my 2 healthy teeth either side of the gap being filed down to accept the bridge with no guarantees that it would last. I opted for an implant. The following morning I contacted North Cardiff Dental and Implants. They were very concerned about my situation and immediately booked me in that very same day at the end of normal hours for an examination. The infected tooth had to come out before the Xmas break and to leave it till after would make the infection much worse. I was warmly welcomed to the surgery and put at ease immediately. Aly and all his staff went above and beyond by staying on after hours to do all the necessary examinations and preparation work in order to fix the temporary implant the following week just a few days before the xmas break. Thank you very much to all the team. Stage 1 -19 December 2024 Aly explained every step in the procedure, what he was going to do and also while he was doing it. The staff were the same, explaining everything they were doing and and getting everything ready for him. It went like clockwork - xrays, photos, examinations, etc done in detail with great professionalism. The infected tooth out and pocket cleaned up then the temporary implant fitted. I felt no pain for the whole procedure. I was very happy with the visit. Check up on02/01/2025 - no complications, everything looked good. I just had to wait 3 months for the bone to heal before the next stage. Stage 2 - March 2025. Carefully following all the instructions for the past 3 months I was back to check how the implant had settled into the jawbone. It settled really well. It was now ready to proceed. With all the latest technology all the guesswork is non existent and the precision measuring and checking to make the new implant is outstanding. Including perfect colour match. The temporary cap was also removed for a visual check and replaced. No pain again. The result was a very successful implant, so just a short wait while the tooth is being created, about 3 weeks. Stage 3. April 2025 I was back to have the temporary cap removed and the new one fitted. Again a thorough check over, a few minor adjustments, temporary cap off and permanent on. The skills of this amazing team with the guidance of Aly is outstanding. My comfort and patient care was a priority. An explanation at every step of the way was a fantastic help for comfort and peace of mind. Thank you Aly and your team. I would thoroughly recommend North Cardiff Dental & Implants.

Fantastic experience: During my early years, the 60's and 70's, a visit to the dentist was something I disliked intensely. I experienced painful appointments and really poor customer service. Ancient crumpled magazines adorned waiting rooms where people sat within an air of doom, in an atmosphere of disinfectant-like perfume. This is what lead me to a fear of the dentist surgeries. Things changed over the years but I never lost my fear of a filling without anaesthesia. North Cardiff Dental has changed that for me and here are some of the reasons why. Their communication was excellent, my appointment date was nearly immediate and, from the moment I walked through the door, I felt I was in good hands. This wasn't just the first appointment but at every visit over five months. The entire team explained every procedure in as much detail as was appropriate while the dentist, the absolutely brilliant Dr. Virani, told me everything that was going to happen, what I would feel and for how long. Every procedure took place with me feeling totally relaxed. It is a testament to this surgery that I no longer fear a trip to a dentist. My treatment is complete and I have some super implants which even I can't tell apart from my real teeth. It's quite amazing.

I have just finished my treatment to replace a tooth with an implant From first contact with the front of house team (shout out to to Caerleon) through my first consultation with Ali, tooth brushing advice with Flo and the actual extraction, implantation and fitting the new tooth by Aston and the nursing team the service and care has been excellent. When you enter the practice you will see a wall of professional awards and commendations for the team. You may be a little sceptical when you see it (sorry Ali, I was) but there is no question that the team here should be proud of the service they provide. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Oh yeah they have great digital kit and you can park right outside. Thanks everyone.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally post reviews, and when I read them I always take care to think about their actual content and in fact who may have posted them. However having just had an implant with North Cardiff Dental & Implants I hope my review is taken with the best interest of those who may be thinking of the treatment. I have had a great deal of experience with the Dental Profession in my career and can honestly say that this practice should be one that should be held up as an exemplar for all Dental services. Sadly the NHS Dental service has become almost third world quality and whilst some would say that having an implant is expensive, I would reply that you get what you pay for and a cheap plastic plate in the mouth is not value to suffer with. Fortunately I have been able to afford my implant and the service provided by Ali Verani and his team is certainly value for money. From the first reception to final fitting, the whole team were five star class. Particular in patient care, professionalism and simple painless but effective service from day one to final fitting, even particular care for colour, size and shape matching of the tooth is amazing. I am delighted with my outcome and would have no hesitation in advising anyone even possibly thinking of implants to at least have a consultation and experience the service for themselves. ---And I am not a robot, or any form of AI or getting a free implant for my comments!! Well done North Cardiff.

Fantastic experience: As a life long sufferer of odontophobia I can't praise this practice enough. It doesn't look, sound or smell like a dental surgery which is huge for a phobic. I first went there a nervous wreck 10 months ago after googling "Best dentist in South Wales" and was immediately greeted and treated like family from the receptionist to Dr Aly who gained my trust from the very 1st meeting. I have an appointment tomorrow and I know exactly what to expect as every step of my treatment was mapped out and explained to me from the outset. I will sleep tonight and there will be no tears of fear and anxiety tomorrow. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering for a number of years with my teeth and decided the best solution would be a full set of top and bottom implants, after researching I decided to book a appointment with North Cardiff Dental & Implants for an initial consultation. I was nervous not sure what to expect and just wanted to get my dental issues sorted after suffering for such a long time. I met Aly and his wonderful team who put quickly me at ease and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I discussed my dental problems and that I wanted a full set of implants, given the poor state of my dental health Ally agreed it was the best choice and provided me with a detailed overview of what needed to be done, what I could expect and how they would look after me as well as all costs involved. I went forward with the dental work and things started quicker than I expected, I was pleasantly surprised at the state of the art equipment Aly and his team used throughout all my procedures, surgery and aftercare. Customer service was second to none, from the lovely receptionist, dental nurses and dental staff in Aly team to Aly himself, from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond providing a 5 star service all the way, I am really impressed with the end result which is better than I expected, the after care has been excellent and i cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The last 2 years I had some serious issues with my teach, Aly and his team at North Cardiff Dentals & Implants managed to recreate bone to replace an implant that failed from my previous dentist. Aston managed to restructure my old bridge and save me from having to have a new one. My 11 year old daughter had to have an extraction, Zara made it so easy and she went back to school the same day. Everything from the initial consultation right through to the final fitting went to plan. Options and risks were clearly explained. Also what sets this practice apart is that they have an in house technician who creates the crowns on site. This means any refinements to colour shading and grading, shape and texture can be done after she has reviewed the crown in your mouth and not just from photographs. The result is a tooth that blends in really well with my other teeth and my smile still looks natural. I also found the warm and welcoming atmosphere at the practice from all the team put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice.
