Negative experience: I was on the phone line for 38 mins no answer.

Negative experience: Rude receptionist, don't bother replying to emails, make you jump through hoops to get a refund even when cancelling an appointment well in advance. Won't be using them again when there are plenty of good dentists in the area

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentist in over a decade, having been a full time smoker was defo worried about going back. Lovely lady Bianca looked after me and made me feel at ease. Had a couple fillings and she made me feel so calm, very professional, overall very pleasant visit. Forgot her colleagues name I believe it was something like “Mamar” she was also really kind and gentle.

Negative experience: I Was with this practice a while. But my last course of treatment was really very strange indeed. I went in for a checkup because a filling had collapsed (a filling that had been repaired and then fell out again no less than 4 times) and advised to get a tooth cap which was fine. I then had to reschedule the appointment 3 times due to illness not cancellations. (Just plain and simple reschedules over a few weeks . ) I do get ill in winter, and they have my records and know that I suffer from extensive diabetes and illnesses related to it, and severe depression and anxiety and various mental ailments related to that as well. So I am not particularly well especially in winter, so of course these things are VERY LIKELY TO happen, regarding reschedules. And the dentist is not there for half the week (she is only there regards nhs, wednesday to friday each week) so I have to fit in with her nhs schedule as well which isnt easy. But I put up with that When I tried to reschedule the 3rd time I was told the dentist (called fizool) had said I had to have another checkup even though I still needed the tooth cap and by this time needed additionally another small filling, so I booked that then. A couple of days later I received a text to say that the dentist had cancelled that new appointment, WITH no reason given. I called up to ask why this was the case, and was told because I had rescheduled the initial appointment 3 times that they would not give me anymore NHS treatment for 4 months until march next year now??-- I could not quite believe what I was hearing. So I asked to be called back by the practice manager to complain. And that call did not materialise, they just did not bother calling back. What a dreadfull way, to treat someone with mental illness and physical ailments too. Having dealt with the nhs in various matters, many times recently. It appears they are quite happy to cancel you as many times as they like ! But woe betide if you do the same thing to them!- These people don’t seem to understand that the nhs is for the customer. They shpould be catering to what appointments the customer can do, not the other way about. But nowadays, the customer has to accommodate what appointments they can offer or forget it. Thats not right No wonder the NHS is struggling these days. We seem to now have a 3rd world service from it nowadays, which is terrible. The service I received from the NHS 30 or 40 years ago is far far better than now And I can assure you after this mistreatment I will never again be going near the N7 Dental practice EVER AGAIN!- Glenn Cameron.

Negative experience: I recently visited this dental practice and unfortunately had a very negative experience with one of the dentists named Dr Mei-Chen Shen. I found his attitude to be rude and condescending throughout the appointment. Instead of addressing the issue I had specifically booked in to have checked, he repeatedly focused on an unrelated hereditary condition and dismissed the concern I was actually there to resolve. When I explained that I was worried about the cost of ongoing treatment and the impact of the current cost-of-living situation, he exchanged a smile with the dental assistant, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. When I commented on how fortunate he was to be in a well-paid profession, he responded that he “doesn’t get paid enough,” which was inappropriate in the context of the conversation. After I told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude and that I intended to make a formal complaint, he abruptly stated that he was leaving the practice anyway, which came across as dismissive rather than constructive. For anyone who struggles with dental anxiety or has a phobia—like I do—I would not recommend seeing this dentist. I did not feel any compassion or empathy during my visit, and it made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be.

Fantastic experience: Lovely reception staff and my dentist Stuart and the dental nurse were soo good as I get nervous of the dentist. Would highly recommend N7 dental care

Negative experience: I went in there today 3/11/25. Went to reception and there was a young lady with brown hair there, she didnt bother to look up from her phone to make eye contact to acknowledge me standing there. I don't know how she got away with doing this in a professional environment (i know you are young, but your not at school and im not your friend or your teacher where this may be permissible, but i will tell you off next time). I gave her my name and appointed time and she told me to take a seat, whilst still stuck to her phone. It's rude and time for you to get a lesson in the real world! You also get the feeling they will talk about you behind your back (especially the hefty blond manager) when you raise a complaint. I'm not in anyway saying I care about your opinion of me, I really dont (look in the mirror or reflective surfaces) it's just unprofessional.

Negative experience: On 24/10/25 Dr. Chen was witnessed verbally abusing and swearing at a member of the reception team in an aggressive and intimidating manner. His behaviour was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, including entering the staff member’s personal space and speaking in a hostile tone. This incident caused significant distress to those present and created an unsafe and unacceptable working environment. Such conduct falls far below the standards expected of NHS professionals and breaches the principles of respect, professionalism, and integrity required by both the General Dental Council (GDC) Standards for the Dental Team and NHS Code of Conduct. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated and that appropriate disciplinary action be taken. Given the seriousness of the behaviour, I believe it warrants consideration for suspension or termination of employment. No member of staff or patient should be subjected to this kind of aggression from a healthcare professional. I attended the practice in hope to complete a new registration but this behaviour completely and utterly prevented me from wanting to potentially put my health in the hands of this Dr.

Fantastic experience: I've just made an appointment at N7 dental and I felt I must leave a review about the receptionist I just spoke with. She was 100% professional, and I have spoken to several receptionists who are not (not necessarily at N7). This young lady was clear, very pleasant and polite. Please don't change. You are great.

Fantastic experience: I've been here twice now for a routine dental checkup and have seen two different dentists. All the staff were super friendly both times, I was seen on time for my appointment and they didn't try to sell me unnecessary treatments. Really good experience. Definitely recommend. Very convenient to book online too.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist who did my teeth was amazing! I’m sorry I don’t have his name - he only works Monday and Tuesday and for the first time ever it hardly hurt. He explained everything and was ultra careful. I’ll be going back to see him in 6 months- first time I’ve gone back to a hygienist!

Negative experience: Hi! My son got appointment 9.50 for today,we late about 10 mins (I text and call for dentist already) but when I come to dental,we still wait over 1 hours, receptionist said just 5-10 mins . I not very happy today about that.I in dental about 10.10 until 11.30 for nothing …

Negative experience: Refused me as a patient because I missed one appointment, which was due to a family emergency. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aadan is amazing, he was so professional, welcoming and friendly . I am pleased with how my treatment is going, everything was explained to me throughout and all the staff are so accommodating. Marvette and Hafsa the dental nurses are so obliging they too are very patient,professional and supportive , lovely people. Fantastic experience: During Covid I had a terrible experience with a private dentist (my NHS one being unavailable) I was left in a terrible state and no dentist would rectify my problems as they were aware I intended to sue the original one. Finally I found Dr Khoi who unhesitatingly agreed to work on my complex problems. By that time I'd developed a phobia about dentists and was terrified of dental procedures. Dr Khoi and his equally quietly reassuring dental assistant systematically and meticulously tackled each stage of my damaged teeth and gums ultimately resolving each problem and bringing back my quality of life and peace of mind. I am deeply grateful to them as a dream team and cannot recommend them highly enough. They clearly care profoundly about their patients and are determined to do their very best for them. My faith in dentists is 100% restored!!

Negative experience: Would avoid at all costs, especially regarding braces under NHS treatment!! I took my child to this dentist hoping to get a referral for NHS braces since they’re under 18 and fully eligible. Instead, we were told by that because my child hadn’t been coming to their practice for regular check-ups, they couldn’t refer them for NHS treatment. Instead they tried to push us into paying £3-4k for private braces. We went to a another dentist in the local area. They were able to refer my child right away no issues, no questions asked. Seems like they just tried to push us towards private braces treatment instead of referring for NHS treatment. It was a Chinese male dentist, would avoid at all costs!!

Fantastic experience: I was astonished by Shen and Sandy’s professionalism and kind heartedness, they were helpful in providing options of resolving issues neglected by my previous dentist. Shen was informative and answered any questions I had. Im glad i signed up with a good dentist, i hope this remains the same in the future.Update 11/03/2025: Just had root canal done by Jack and Julian who were professional, reassuring and accomodating for someone who has dental anxiety. The procedure was explained thoroughly by Jack who kept on asking if i was fine, and if i needed any adjustment for comfortability. Overall I am very proud for my first appointment.

Positive experience: STAY FAR AWAY!!!! I registered as they looked like a professional well established dentist, the reception staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. I had my first initial assessment with a Chinese male dentist, he was very rude to me, talking down to me and wouldn't let me speak, I assumed he was treating me this way because I am on universal credit and I am untitled to free treatment. He so horrible and rude so I politely told him I will find another dentist, I told the girls at the reception and they seemed upset and said they can book me in to see Sofie a female dentist, I agreed, when I met with Sofie a week later she also came across unkind and kept reminding me that any fillings I have will be mental as I am on NHS treatment and if I want any white fillings I need to pay. I don't mind paying for white fillings but this dentist practice is not a welcoming place for anyone on universal credit. I didn't go back for any treatment and i have now found another dentist. What a shame as I have close friends and family nearby and had they been kinder I would have recommended them to family and friends. If you are on universal credit please stay away from N7 dentist. They are very rude. Shame on them!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dentist for a month, unfortunately I had missed few appointments due to my child being unwell. I understand the practice have a policy to follow and too many missed appointments can result to a registration from the practice. I was so amazed by how understanding the practice was. A big thank you to lovely receptionist who passed my message onto the practice manager Claire who then spoke to Dr Zainab, and have decided I can still come to the practice and told me that I cannot miss appointments unless I notify them within 24 hours. The practice itself is such a welcoming practice with such helpful receptionists. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist. Thank you N7 dentist!

Negative experience: I called the practise Wednesday morning for an emergency appointment and was able to get one for later that afternoon at 3:30pm. They took the payment upfront. I arrive at 3:40pm, checked in at the desk and was told by the receptionist the don’t usually accept lateness more than 7minutes but the Dr was running over himself. I didn’t challenge it at the time but surely upon taking payment over the phone that is something you would communicate to the customer so they’re aware. Anyway, for a 3:30 appoint I got seen at 5:20pm!! Yes, nearly a whole 2hours later for an EMERGENCY appointment! Within the wait time I went up to the desk a couple times to check what’s happening and I was told the dentist had just finished with their last guest so should be called in soon (LIES) and the second time the receptionist physically had to go and ask the dentist what was going on. When they finally called me in the dentist wasn’t apologetic at all he in fact deflected and said he had called my name. I was sat there in pain, no headphones, wide awake, and not once was my name called so after I said no you didn’t he quickly moved on to the appointment (so rude). I waited 2hrs to be seen for an appointment that literally took 8-10mins. Was given some vague advice and prescribed some antibiotics. I’d honestly never come back to this practice it was a shambles and the lack of care for patients is evident.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY!!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dental practice. I paid £160 on Monday for treatment, but my tooth was not fixed properly—it was left higher than the others, causing me constant pain, headaches, and difficulty eating and sleeping due to the pain. When I called today to have it corrected, I was told I would either have to wait till next Monday for a free appointment or pay an additional fee to be seen sooner. At no point was I informed that if there were issues with the treatment, I would be forced to wait or pay extra. To make matters worse, the manager has been completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. I also sent a complaint email, and they have yet to respond. It's unacceptable to ignore a patient in pain, the manager did not seem to care on this matter at all, “all you can do is pay extra to be seen today”. It’s unacceptable to charge patients more to fix a problem that should have been resolved in the first place. Given the pain I’m in, waiting so long is not an option. A responsible and professional dental practice should stand by their work and prioritise patient care. I expected better and would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: Dental staff are really nice and friendly, they take your issues seriously and treat you compassionatelya and give good advice. They genuinely seem to care .I never feel rushed when being treated even with a short visit. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dentists deserve 5/5 - Dr Mei-Chen and his assistant are just exceptional The receptionists (won't mention names) have their days, sometimes they're helpful other days they are just moody and disinterested. It's a tiring job and is probably affecting their mood but they should try not to show it to the patients who are at their care. But regardless a very good dentist with top, up to date modern resources

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental care from Dr Khoi and his team Audrey. Dr Khoi shares his expertise and explained the process. He will inform you as well about the pricing fee for every procedure and the things to do after the appointment. I had wisdom tooth extraction, its lower left tooth and its crazy difficult procedure but he performed it well. Thank you and will go back again for my upper left wisdom tooth.

Negative experience: So I paid £74 for a cleaning session… the appointment lasted 30mins starting with 10mins of Q/A …and the dentist told me she didn’t have the time to finish and that I will have to book another appointment (£74) if I wanted my teeth to be really clean (for that price I would have expected a good result already!), then she tried to sell a special treatment that cost £20 more i will get, if I booked a second appointment… I couldn’t believe it! are they really not finishing their work on purpose, to push sales??? A dentist??? I find it unbelievable and very far from a good work ethic!

Fantastic experience: Felt so listened to, cared and catered to from receptionist to dentist.It was my first time using this dentist today and everything was impeccable. Naz (I believe her name is) on reception was a delight and really made me feel at ease. My dentist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and ok at all times, explaining everything to me and giving me a choice step by step. First time I've had a tooth taken out today and I'm in 0 pain 4 hours on. Thank you N7 dental care! Oh they also let me change my appointment last minute as my train was cancelled, no fuss! So happy I'm referring my family and friends ☺️

Negative experience: I wish I done a review when I had my worst experience ever back in 2018. The dentist who was seeing me at the time made my experience horrible and from what j was told at reception they can't help me locate the him, i only have a name. I was given medication that j was highly allergic to ( I should of read the packet but I was in sooo much pain I just took the tablets) which resulted in me having to be rushed into hospital for surgery as I had formed an abses on my jaw and my throat was closing up. The doctor said if I didn't come when I did I would of died. Again I wish I made a big complaint sooner

Fantastic experience: I found this dental practice, by accident as I was looking for a dentist for two years an more, not many dental practice take on NHS patients; I thank God that he guided me to this practice, I had a sore and wobbly tooth, over the years I was told that nothing could be done except too have all my teeth removed and to wear dentures, we’re I would have happily done so, all I wanted is to have my confidence an smile back without hiding my mouth with the hand, Right from the start I spoke to a Really friendly receptionist, who put me at ease and told me that they were taking on NHS, I was grateful even though to get their took me two hours, sometimes getting up extra early so I could take my medication early, so I would not be much pain (Rheumatoid arthritis), Didn’t have to wait long for appointment, When I got they the place was extremely clean, reception team were friendly, as I waited to be seen, throughs started running around my mind, ( don’t expect too much) was I surprised, I had stated of art dental X-rays, you stood still an the machine went around your head slowly taking pictures, painless experience,.. I was induced to Zeinab Mohamed she would be looking after, I sat with her an told her my story about the problems, she said can help, and that’s were my journey began, I had the teeth taken out were they’re were no longer supported, the gums had to heal an that took 3 months, but the plans were for me to have a bottom dentures were I was told I never could, well I do now we’re I can finally chew my food without , chocking were food blocked my airflow, Am now able to bite down, I actually cried when I got home, it was a long journey,. The end result are fantastic I would highly recommend this dental care, they also do Private Care, All the staff are professionals and have a sense of fun working Together, I can’t Thank you Enough Zeinab an your amazing patient and understanding, skills, dedication, kindness, compassion, See you in 3 months check updates,

Fantastic experience: An unassuming dentist with truly excellent service. I went in as a new patient today following some sudden recent issues and I was treated by Dr Sarah Al-Timimi. She was truly excellent, reassuring me every step of the way, giving me advice without overwhelming or judging me and even going over-time to make sure I was taken care of. I'm very lucky to have found such a wonderful dentist in the heart of North London - they are hard to come by!

Negative experience: Poor customer service (receptionists). Money making dentist. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and trying to book a dentist appointment as advises my my midwife. I have been coming here since I was 8/9 years old and I’m now 23. Everytime I call I’m told that their out for lunch and to call back at either at 2:30 (on a Saturday they close at 2 so really not helpful) and after 5 (which is also after closing time). I tried going online to book my appointment and I receive a message stating that my patient record cannot be found even though I have over 10 years worth of history of coming here. Absolutely disgusting service. Sort it out

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment due to an unbearable wisdom tooth pain and what felt like a scary thing, was turned into a wonderful, seamless and painless experience by Dr Khoi Lee and Aubrey . They take care of you like their own and make the entire process feel so simple and good. Dr. Khoi Lee’s experience is reflected in his work. Thank you for such a great experience and for taking me out of the dreadful pain.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in the world. Been with the same dentist for years. Kind and caring makes the experience of going to the dentist a pleasant one. I’ve stayed with the same dentist even though I moved out of the area for that reason

Negative experience: Extremely rude receptionist named Sarah (not to be confused with the lovely dentist Sarah). She is rude on the phone and rude in person. I don't know how she got the job and feel she's more suited to an back office role not a patient facing role. Not keen on her at all! Replace her with someone new and nice asap.

Negative experience: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WENT IN FOR AN EMERGECY APPOINTMENT, THEY COULD NOT EVEN WRITE UP THE MEDICAL NOTES CORRECTLY

Negative experience: Absolutely rubbish practice, my personal opinion. My appointment was cancelled TWICE, no explanation as to why the appointment got cancelled, worst of all, they have already charged me for the pending dental work to be done. Such an inconvenience. I tried calling the practice to rebook the appointment, on hold for too long and no one picked up the call. I don't recommend this practice to anyone. Pls save yourself from any disappointment.

Negative experience: I had seen Dr Mehreen last year for a hygiene session so decided to return for the same as well as a check up. During the check up I complained of increased sensitivity to hot/cold on a tooth which after some tests she kind of dismissed and just changed my toothpaste. This did virtually nothing and a couple of months later I ended up needing an urgent root canal as the pulp of my tooth was very inflamed. This was done at another practice where I felt my complaint was taken more seriously. She also has a pretty paternalistic approach which I really don’t appreciate. She’d impose a treatment plan rather than offering information and allowing the patient to be part of the decision making process. Overall I won’t be going back to the practice as I didn’t have a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I booked a check up at N7 Dental because another practice in West London told me I needed a few thousand pounds worth of treatment and their prices seemed over inflated. N7 Dental gave me a full check up including X-:Ray's for only £52 and all I require is one extraction that will cost me only £150. I would highly recommend N7 Dental.

Negative experience: An NHS practice funding the private business ... I had a check-up appointment as an NHS patient. The dentist identified a few issues (root canal and wisdom tooth removal), so I asked about the next steps for treatment. To my surprise, the dentist told me that these procedures are not covered under the NHS and suggested I see a private dentist in the practice. Otherwise, she would refer me to another NHS practice, with a potential wait time of up to 2 years. During the consultation, she kept insisting and pushing me to get a private consultation, which made the appointment awkward and uncomfortable. If the practice widely advertises itself as NHS-friendly and accept patients, I don't understand why they refuse to provide these basic treatments (covered by law under the NHS)

Fantastic experience: Brilliant practice , Fizza Batool is a very good dentist . Highly recommended.

Negative experience: All the doctors and dentists are top class professionals, but all the receptionists are incredibly unfriendly, rude and so difficult to just communicate in regards to making bookings. I'm happy with the dental treatment but every time I have to call to make an appointment or check in at the counter or make payments , I leave the place quite unhappy. They represent the dental clinic so I really do hope they can improve the customer service? Is it too difficult to employ someone who is more helpful and friendly??

Negative experience: Tried calling for a tooth removal that’s causing pain but got redirected over two days and rudely told to go back to my other dentist if I want to take my tooth out

Negative experience: Who is this receptionist lady She sound very young and came up a policy that if I didnt contact 24 hours before appointment then I will be taken off the list?? I tried to looking up this made up policy on their website, email, text but no where found this policy??? It either this girl lying and bored or this company got problem. I am new person not got chance to attend and i simply said I am not feeling well. So dentist expect sick person must attend and infect everyone in their practice?? I never heard this policy from any other dentist. You seriously need sort this problem. Sadly you lost new patients and will be more if this carries on.

Fantastic experience: Dr Khoi is fantastic. Feel in safe hands whether I need a check up or something done. Highly recommend. Can’t speak to the other dentists but reception seemed efficient and on the ball

Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental practice

Negative experience: I went to the clinic in September with a terrible tooth ache. I was checked by one of the dentist, which made me wait till one week later to fix the problem. Almost two months later, the same tooth started bothering again. First started bleeding and an constant pain. I call to see the dentist with an emergency. The attendant not even a little sympathetic with my situation and pain simple told me that they only could booking me for one week later. I told that I couldn’t wait that long as I was in pain and I didn’t bother if was another dentist to see me. The attendant didn’t care at all. I paid to get a problem fixed and now that the problem wasn’t fixed, they don’t see interest in have me again any time soon. They have no affection for their patients. At list the attendants. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially having in mind that tooth ache is one of the most bothersome pain.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist for over a year after having a bad experience, and also struggling to find one taking on NHS patients. The registration process was very easy and I was given an appointment quickly. I went today for said appointment, straight away telling the dentist and the dental nurse that I was nervous. They were both so lovely about it and totally put my mind at ease. The appointment went smoothly, all questions answered and I even got a nice deep clean! My only regret is not going sooner!

Fantastic experience: The experience was the best dental experience I have ever had! I got a private emergency appointment for on the day and I was treated the next morning. Ajit my dentist explained everything carefully and both the injection and root canal treatment was without any pain. The only thing was I felt tired afterwards, but then that was to be expected as I am a senior citizen.. Fantastic experience: After few years of looking for a good clinic & dentist, I highly recommend this dental clinic specifically Dr Khoi & his assistant, Ms Aubrey! I had trauma with other dentists before, causing so much pain in my teeth & gums after deep cleaning. Dr Khoi is one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to! He has light hands & very gentle but trust me the cleaning is flawless! No left stains & treats his patients with care! His assistant - Ms Aubrey is very compassionate, hands-on and knowledgable suggesting treatments & after care products. She assists us in every way she can. I used to be scared whenever I go to the dentist, but not anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED clinic & team! Definitely coming back regularly!

They did my wisdom tooth extraction and monthly checkup. They're very caring and kind duo. I've been recommending them since day one to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for quite a few years and have always received outstanding treatment. My doctors have changed a few times but now I am being treated by Dr Khoi Le and his nurse. They are both really friendly and offer good advice and outstanding treatment . Now they are in the new surgery which is very modern and has great air conditioning which at the moment is really needed due to the extremely hot weather .

Fantastic experience: GREAT SERVICE! I turned up at N7 Dental Care today with no appointment and in a great deal of pain. Not only were they incredibly accommodating by giving me an IMMEDIATE emergency appointment, they were also incredibly willing to help me even though what I really needed was surgery! The Dr was patient, willing and very transparent in my prognosis and happily referred me to hospital services..............as well as doing her upmost to make sure I had, at the very least, some temporary resolution. The receptionist was lovely too...I was greeted with a smile and felt genuine empathy. THANK YOU SO MUCH N7 DENTAL.

Top of the range technologie, a working, flexible booking system and a welcoming reception.. I ask my local chemist and she reply was ' Oh yes, N7 on Holloway just opposite Argos' .. and this save my smile..

Negative experience: I originally came to this dentist as a private patient due to having broken my back molar. Came in for a check up where the dentist told me she could either attempt to save the tooth or do a complete root canal. She mentioned that she wasn't sure which one it would until the official appointment where she could take a proper look. My appointment was cancelled on the day due to train strikes. The dentist only sent a text and made no attempt to contact me to reschedule. I had to contact them which is not the level of service I expected having paid £175 in advance of my first appointment. I had my appointment 3 weeks after my initial check which I found really poor considering I had a hole in the back of my mouth. Before the appointment, I keep the cavity very clean and luckily had no pain at all. The day of the appointment, the dentist did neither a root canal or made any attempt to save the tooth. Instead, she gave me a temporary filling and told me that I could either go to a specialist for a root canal (more money) or go back to the NHS (why did I bother going private?) to get the tooth out completely (again, more money). I never asked her for a temp filling and this was not discussed during the check up either so I left very confused. 3 days after the appointment, I started experiencing very bad pain which drove me to tears and I ended taking 6 painkillers in one day. I ended up going to an emergency dentist who took an x-ray and said that my temp. filling was not properly placed which lead to infection my nerve which is what was causing me the excruciating pain. The emergency dentist cleared my infection, stopped my pain and rebuilt my tooth in one session. Due for one more appointment with the new dentist so he can finish rebuilding my tooth. N7 Dental overall is a terrible dentist and are only efficient when it comes to taking your money. I raised my issues with the poor communication with the practise and the never responded. N7 dental gave me more problems than I initially had. Dental Beauty is where go now. Far better service and you actually get what ask for!

Negative experience: Dont ever go to this dentist they practically ruined my life I had to go there temporarily whilst my dentist was being refurbished back in 2009 I saw a dentist a woman from eastern Europe I dont remember her name. One morning before college I went there for a check up I was in a bit of a hurry. The dentist I saw removed my wisdom teeth without prior warning They were perfectly healthy She didnt give me a reason why my wisdom teeth needed to be removed she just said that they needed to be removed. I trusted her because she was a dentist Many years ago before this happened I had a large back tooth removed on my left upper side. When she removed my wisdom teeth it left me with only one back tooth on the left side of my mouth. I did not understand this at the time but if you have a tooth with no teeth either side it will eventually fall out even if it was a healthy tooth which it was It did fall out It took a few years but it did, and it was still a perfectly healthy tooth I now have all of my back teeth missing on one side because of her Im heartbroken Please don’t ever go to this dentist

Negative experience: Having put up with this dental practice for several years, I finally reached the end of my patience with their ongoing poor level of service, bad practice and attempts to overcharge patients at every opportunity. Initially changed my assigned dentist, as I found his professional profile and qualifications to be inaccurate. Things got worse over time with cancelled appointments. Receptionists consistently being rude and arrogant and no management staff willing to take responsibility. The most recent issue being I was quoted and agreed a cost for their hygienist service, upon completion of the treatment, I was informed there would be an increase in price, despite challenging the assertion and providing evidence of their quote, it was maintained that I had made the mistake. I requested a written response from their practice manager on 2 occasions, all requests were ignored which was the catalyst for my moving to another dental practice. If you value your time, money and dental health, I advise you to seek alternative services of another NHS dental provider

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have to leave this practice for good. I found the receptionist rude uninterested and generally unpleasant. Every time I visit the practice the receptionist engage in a loud conversation amongst themselves which the patients can hear and I find it so unprofessional. I really think they all could benefit from some customer service training as no one seems to care about how they are being perceived.

Negative experience: I frequented this practice for years without issue. Dr Harry who now only private was a good dentist. I moved out of London so changed dentist. I gave a 1 star for poor customer service. I am still awaiting my refund of £29.99 which I was told was posted out. In the first instance why should a cheque be posted without a tracking service 2. Why my refund was not returned using the original payment my visa debit card. I have since sought legal advice as Pamela The pracmanager in my view is not competent she has not responded to my complhenxe the 1 star for poor customer service, lack of transmitting regards to their policy. Customers should be informed refunds will be returned to them in another payment format. The
