Fantastic experience: Visit for treatment made as pleasant as possible - but who likes the experience!! Mr Broadbent very considerate and friendly. Other staff also. Premises very clean and tidy. Appointment system works well although used to sometimes have a long wait for a date but hopefully this will now improve. Incredibly, emergency appointments usually same day.

I felt that my dentist took account of who I am (older person who just wants to keep her remaining teeth for as long as possible) and I’m delighted to say she managed to save my broken teeth.

Fantastic experience: I haven't had any treatment yet but at my first assessment, prior to treatment, appointment, I found the dentist gave me enough time to explain the problem, listened to my concerns around dental anxiety and came up with some very helpful practical solutions. That has been a great relief. So far so good .... Following my treatment and subsequent checkup I would add - "A friendly welcome and a relaxed atmosphere when you walk in. Skilled treatment with clear explanations and kind, practical coping strategies discussed for dental anxiety. What more could you want? Please don't change!"

Fantastic experience: I called the practice, not being a registered patient, who had a rather urgent issue. The kind lady on reception clearly explained the process and gave me an appointment in April (new patient consultation). After explaining the situation, I was seen the very next day. The clinic is spotless, with no masses of people waiting in a crowded waiting room either. As a nervous patient, I'm so glad that I called 3A and that they accepted me on to their patient list. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Nobody warns you that when you hit 60 bits of you start to drop off! Your teeth are no exception. I lost a part of my tooth and emailed 3A right away and the next day I had an appointment. Got an early Saturday morning (YES, SATURDAY MORNING) appointment and was sorted swiftly and efficiently by the lovely Dale. My regular Dentist has always been Chris and I admit to being nervous about seeing someone else. Dale put me at ease straight away and within ten minutes he'd sorted my tooth. All in all a perfect visit to the dentists and note to self, no more crusty bread!
