Fantastic experience: My initial visit was an emergency , as a nervous dental patient the receptionist was lovely and the reception area very modern and inviting .Nick and abi were fab and totally reassured me I was in safe hands ! 6 months later I have had 2 implants with Abdul and other treatment to enhance my smile . Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of meeting chow and Abbie T today for a wisdom tooth extraction that I had been avoiding for a while but I'm happy to report all went well, the care and professionalism was outstanding nothing was to much trouble for them and even though it was a difficult job I feel they did it in record time and virtually no pain,I'm now going to take advantage of their implants procedure I'm that confident in them, I would recommend them to any potential clients you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I was staying at the Hilton Hotel and had the worst toothache for two nights. I couldn't sleep from how bad the pain was. I finally went to the dentist with an emergency appointment and I’m so glad I ended up with Cho and Caitlin. They opened the filling, cleaned everything out, put some antibiotics inside the tooth and gave me a temporary filling. The relief was almost instant. I actually slept so well that night for the first time in days and I’m now completely pain free. Thank you so much, Cho and Caitlin . you honestly saved me!

Fantastic experience: I have just been to Caitlin and samee for my wisdom tooth. I tried really hard to make it to my appointment but couldn't and they fit me in the same day. Not painful at all to take out, and it was instant relief. Surprisingly very quick too. I had cal before, and signed up to the plan because of his care so was a little gutted to be moved, but actually samee is brilliant and I'm pretty confident whoever you get here have a very high standard of practice. Really kind, understanding and did what he could to make a unexpected expense affordable. I also wanted to add I've been to Abeera and Emma again today for my hygiene appointment, they give you lots of time for breaks and offered multiple solutions for my sensitive teeth. Even the staff in reception are brilliant and go above and beyond I could never go back to NHS care now. It's around £25 a month I think for 2 check ups (with x-rays) and 3 hygienists a year. It really is worth it, I just wish id started earlier.

Fantastic experience: After a very poor experience at my usual dentist, I called Abbey House for help. I got an appointment the very next morning and saw Ravi & Abbie S followed by Paul and Sara. They were all very friendly, professional, reassuring and I left feeling like a fairly traumatic morning was made a whole lot better with their speedy & high quality care.

Fantastic experience: First time at a dentist in years made to feel at ease as soon as i entered the door even with my toddler in toe, receptionist lovely and Ravi was understanding and informative the lady that was also in there at the time was brilliant with my son making him a glove balloon and entertaining him, then spoke to Latisha which honestly she should be a therapist because shes so calm and puts you at ease when explaining the plans to you, overall very happy i decided to come here!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never a wonderful experience but upon entering reception at Abbey House Dental at Festival Park I was greated by a calm friendly atmosphere. Throughout my implant treatment Abdul, Lisa and Letitia were professional, kind and considerate and made the whole experience one that I can certainly recommend and I am happy with my implant.

Fantastic experience: I initially contacted Abbey House Dental to enquire about Invisalign, however, further dental scans revealed a more complex case which ultimately required a front tooth extraction and dental implant. After some months of consultations (due to my complex case) I had my procedure today, and would like to commend Dr Chow, Megan and Dr Jilka for their professional work and for putting me at ease. Prior to the procedure, I was quite nervous due to conducting my own research; it’s important to remember that people tend to share negative experiences rather than positive, so I do not recommend this. With my case concerning a front tooth, I was concerned that the temporary bridge would look odd and that my confidence would be impacted, especially as we enter the festive season - however, I am absolutely amazed by the result and cannot thank the team enough for their care. For anybody wondering about the procedure themselves, as I did, I personally did not feel any pain during procedure however it was naturally uncomfortable. I was put at ease throughout by Megan who explained what was happening and constantly checked that I was okay. Thanks again to the team and I look forward to continuing my journey with the practice.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Lyndzi and Heidi for a hygienist appointment at Abbey House Dental, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent. Well, I had the best experience in a very long time. I am due to start Invisalign treatment at this practice in a few weeks time and was referred to the hygienist in the first instance. From the moment Heidi took me down to the clinical room where Lyndzi was waiting for me, I sensed I was in very safe hands. I had a really warm welcome from both of these lovely ladies. They explained everything to me and made sure every step of the way during this treatment, that I was completley happy, comfortable and that I understood everything that was going on, minute to minute. They chatted to me during the treatment and it took my mind of what was happening. They both gave me the most utmost care and attention. I left the room with a super clean fresh mouth. Both these lovely ladies are certainly in the 'Right Job' such people person's. Many thanks Wendy

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of having dental implants from here. Abdul and his team have been absolutely fantastic. Could not have asked for a more friendlier and kinder gentleman than Abdul. I have to wait another couple of months before treatment is completed so will provide an update at that point. I’ve been dealing with Farman & Megan who are both very professional, but it’s their friendly approach along with the atmosphere they create that puts you at ease from the outset! They are both very patient and answer any concerns you may have, so if you’re thinking of using Abbey House dental just make that call, I can’t recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous dental patient, I was horrified when a large filling fell out, forcing me to visit a dentist. I contacted Abbey House Dental and was fortunate to have my appointment with Farman and Megan, who both immediately put me at ease. My tooth needed a crown which involved 2 further appointments. Both Farman and Megan were great, Megan especially was very calming, the whole process was by far the least stressful dental experience I've ever had!

Fantastic experience: After losing a couple of upper molars earlier this year I visited lots of dental practices to find out about getting implants. Following a recommendation from a friend I had a meeting with Abdul. The whole experience felt very efficient and professional. I had two implants done this morning. The process was simple, relaxed and relatively pain free. Abdul and Megan looked after me very well indeed. I can’t fault the care and service.

Negative experience: Went in for invisalign, after paying for 6 visits, I paid upfront for the next appointment as suggested by the receptionist, next time I went they said it hadn't been paid for, which I showed her the bank statement of 2 payments together. I had a date set for fitting, they cancelled as my dentist was not in that day, then 3 weeks later, I had another appointment for the fitting. I was told when I got there that they tried to contact me half an hour before, which they didnt, it didnt come up on my watch, car or phone. After waiting all this time I cant be bothered wait any longer after paying out thousands, plus to be told they hadn't even put my order through so id have to wait even longer. PLUS I got told that the manager would call me within the hour but never got a call. Currently still waiting for my refund.

I was first introduced to Samee, who made me feel completely at ease with his calming presence and extensive knowledge. He took the time to listen to my thoughts and offered suggestions on how best to achieve the results I’m looking for. On my second visit I met Caitlin, who aside from having the best name☺️, was absolutely lovely. Friendly yet professional, she made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout. I wish her all the best as she continues her training in the dental field. All of the ladies on reception I’ve met so far are extremely welcoming and polite. 10/10 would recommend Abbey Dental. Fantastic experience: I started my treatment with Dr. Ravi last year after being absolutely terrified of the dentist since childhood. From the very first visit, the whole team made me feel comfortable and welcome, creating such a calm and reassuring environment. Dr. Ravi and the dental nursing staff have been so encouraging and kind throughout my treatment, and it’s completely changed the way I feel about visiting the dentist. What used to be a source of anxiety is now something I actually look forward to, and that’s something I never thought I’d say! I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, care, and genuine compassion. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Abbey House Dental, I was greeted by a very friendly, professional receptionist, who set up a meeting with Sam who listened in detail about a dental problem I had and recommended I spoke to Dr Khan, he spent a lot of time investigating the pain I was experiencing and recommended dental treatment for the next day. The next day I saw Nick who was exceptional, he spent a lot of time investigating the problem and the treatment was pain free and superb. Fantastic experience: Called the surgery for an emergency appointment a tooth got broken due to a stray elbow whilst playing football! From start to finish Abbey House Dental were SUPERB! Got an appointment same day…and was a patient of Ravi and Charlotte. The communication, professionalism and calming way was amazing. Ravi explained everything clearly and dealt with the broken tooth better than I expected (due to the short notice emergency). I was so impressed I registered as a new patient! Fantastic experience: I can't recommend the team at Abbey House Dental Festival Park enough. Abdul and all of his team have been excellent throughout my 6 months of Dental work. Implants and bridge work on top and bottom teeth have been handled both efficiently and with great care throughout. Communication has been excellent and during procedures I have had no pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend them for any treatment and patient care. First class treatment, service and care.

Fantastic experience: I had two implants put in on Thursday by Abdul, he was helped by nurses Megan & Abbie. Can’t believe how quick it all went. They were all very kind & patient with me. Can’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dental office. After undergoing treatment by dr Abdul , l experienced a serious medical emergency - an Infection— which I believe was directly related to the way I was treated here. The staff showed a shocking lack of professionalism, and I felt completely dismissed when I raised my concerns. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and seek a second opinion before trusting this clinic. This was not just a bad dental visit — it had serious consequences for my health.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dental treatment, I was so nervous about having my tooth removed. They are all so kind lovely people and great price too. I had an abscess they removed the tooth and the pain had gone. I would highly recommed this dental practice to everyone. Thank you for being just so nice

From the welcoming reception by Sam to the supportive assistance of dental nurse Poppy, who offered encouraging words during the procedure, the attention to patient comfort was noteworthy. My treatment, initiated in March and concluding three weeks ago with the successful completion and stabilization of my front teeth, was seamless. Having lived without natural teeth for over 30 years and managing a denture plate, which became increasingly problematic over the past year, this was a pivotal decision. I am confident that undertaking this dental work was the best decision I have made, and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on my life. Positive experience: I was a little nervous when going to Abbey House dentists for the first time. However, they were so welcoming! Negative experience: Very disappointed spent nearly 2grand had a gold crown removed damaged me nerves ended in real pain for 2 months taking codeine max painkillers ended up going elsewhere and having to have route cannel done I’m still unsure there was anything wrong with me other one be very wary
