Fantastic experience: I have been putting off dental treatment since before Covid due to a bad experience with a previous dentist. Having saw that Greenfield were taking on new patients I decided that I would take advantage of their new customer offer. From the moment I stepped foot into the surgery I felt at ease. Holly the manager was very welcoming and succinctly explained what to expect from today’s appointment. I was then given a very warm welcome from Chloe the dental nurse who made me feel right at home before I sat in the chair. Dr Aliesha completely alleviated any remaining qualms I had about my check up. She was patient, listened to my worries, reassured me that it’s not as bad as I thought, but advised she would take her time to ensure I remained comfortable throughout. We now have a treatment plan in place and it’s fair to say I have no reservations for future appointments, I know I’m in safe hands. Thank you Dr Aliesha and the team at Greenfield!

Fantastic experience: The clinic is immaculately clean and well- looked after. The receptionists are kind, friendly and welcoming and they're always so accommodating. They put the effort in to get to know their patients. It's never too busy when you're there, so you always feel like, as patients, you're really are cared for and your time there is important. The dentists and hygienists are soo lovely too - they're fab! They put a great deal of care into supporting you with the health of your teeth and overall health of your mouth, as well as aesthetics should you wish. They're highly knowledgeable too. The process is never rushed, and you come away thinking that the care, attention and detail that they put into looking after your teeth and mouth health is second-to-none. For a period of time, I had to commute an hour to come here, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for a dentist! Have tried botox here too and teeth whitening: both practises I'd highly recommend coming here for. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I, along with our 6 year old daughter, have been attending this dentist for years. I would highly recommend Dai, he is very thorough, gentle and talks you through everything he's doing and why he's doing it. This really helped to put my daughter at ease for the first few visits, since she used to be especially shy, Dai would take the time to talk her, bring her around and let her use the buttons for the chair! I have also recently received Invisalign treatment from Aliesha, who, again, has been so thorough and lovely! Thank you so much, I'm very pleased with the results :)

Fantastic experience: Aliesha and Tara were incredible with my 2 year old and are clearly naturals with children! They were both very gentle and made my little girl feel comfortable and made the dental examination fun by counting her teeth and asking if the dental spatula was able to tickle her teeth. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel like they had lots of time to make sure I felt fully informed. Thank you! We will be back!

Fantastic experience: This is an exemplary Dental surgery. The rooms are always clean and the welcome is warm. I have never had to wait longer than 8 minutes to be seen. Appointments book up quickly so i would advise planning in advance; Having said that, when i had toothache i was given a same day appointment. Dai is brilliant and i feel confident and comfortable in his care. i am a nervous wreck with Dental treatments yet Dai always explains everything to me and i do not feel rushed as he stops whenever i feel i need a breather. I would not go anywhere else! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We have recently moved to the area and I registered my two young boys after walking past several times thinking how convenient this would be. So glad I did, my boys were completely relaxed here, it was lovely inside, the dentist explained everything they were doing which really put my boys at ease as they hadn’t seen a dentist for a few years. Thankfully they didn’t need any work so won’t need to go back for 6 months, they were given stickers and they both left with smiley faces.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service with Dentist Aleisha, after years of worry due to poor past experiences at a different practice Aleisha made me feel very welcome and supported me with knowledge and understanding of what my dental plan/ treatments would look like. Fantastic experience: Victoria and Dai with their team have improved my dental health enormously since I enrolled as a patient when they set up their practice which is always bang upto date in terms of their skill and technical equipment. Their reception staff and hygienists are professional in manner, unfailingly courteous and friendly. My recent visit was to solve a problem with minimum disruption which had stuck with me for some time. Victoria's solution has worked perfectly. Fantastic experience: I have a real dental phobia, so going to a dentist is very traumatic for me, but David and the team make me feel so comfortable and calm, that I was able to sit through a small dental filling without sedation for the first time in over 20 years. David is very understanding of when I am able to sit through a procedure and ensures that help is available.

Fantastic experience: We visited as a family for our 6 monthly checks. We all had a fabulous experience including my youngest who is anxious about attending. He was happy and smiling when we left. Lots of advice for us all, extra checks for youngest due to a family history of dental issues so we can put a plan in place early. The reception team were just as fabulous where we have our next check ups booked in already as well as hygienist. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: Having a plan in place for extensive treatment I was concerned at the start of the day. However, as usual Dai and the girls were able to reassure me and explain every stage of the extraction process. Dai is the consummate professional and takes the time to make sure each patient is engaged fully in what is happening and in full control of the pace he sets. I am happy to recommend the practice and its staff to anyone who has fears about seeing a dentist. The surgery is equipped with all modern instruments and follows very strict protocols in respect of maintenance and hygiene. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful practice that I highly recommend. I started going many years ago with severe dentophobia - due to the kindness and understanding from Dai, Vic and all of them I am now far more confident. Fantastic experience: Always an amazing service at Greenfield Dental Care. I have to save my pennies to be a patient there but can't imagine going anywhere else. Had a scale ands polish the other day and mentioned that I had been having some tooth pain and should really make an appointment quick.....The receptionist told me to hang on and she came back saying that the dentist (Dai) was on his way home but would hang back and see me quick. He filled a small hole & prescribed some antibiotics. Pain free now! Brilliant. I appreciated that Dai.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with one of my filings last Wednesday ,as we were coming up to the Easter weekend I was keen to try and get it sorted. I was able to secure an emergency appointment for the following morning , with David. Thankfully , he refilled the tooth and I was in work by 9.30. As usual, David provided a first- class service. He always puts you at ease , talks through the treatment and his dental work is second to none ! I Feel very lucky to have such an excellent dentist.

Fantastic experience: I visited on Monday for a long appointment to do the preparation work for a crown. I was really impressed by the care that Caroline the Dental Nurse gave me. Previously, I have not been comfortable with the care, so after 69 years, I have found a person who is kind, caring and obviously very good at her rôle.

Fantastic experience: Have taken my 2 year old here twice now and have been very impressed with the service. Mr David Woodsford has been excellent in helping manage a few issues which have come up. He takes the time to clearly explain the various options and management plans and also makes sure to answer all your questions and concerns without ever making you feel rushed. Would highly recommend.
