Fantastic experience: We have been provided with a first class dental service every visit attended by my son and I over the last 7 years, the dental team provide care, guidance, time and pain free treatments and the customer service team always very helpful

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful dentist practise, particularly Özge, who went above and beyond to be super helpful in an out of hours capacity. The practise also made sure I had received my prescription, and were incredibly kind and supportive.

I am now mid way through crown prep/bite restoration and the staff there have been absolutely amazing. The reception staff greet you like they've spent all day looking forward to seeing you, the dental nurses are so comforting during treatment and Ozge is just incredible...knowledgeable, kind, reassuring. She listens, explains things so well and has helped me through every stage. She is going to have to be my dentist forever now

I am extremely happy with my results and have decided to continue as a patient there for all other dental treatment. Andrew couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with my end result. I went in really self conscious about my teeth and have left feeling super confident with my new smile thanks to ozge and the team. I felt well informed about the appointments that I was having and I really appreciated the team fitting in with quite a tight time frame for me so it would all be done for my wedding. All appointments I was seen on time and experienced no pain in any of the procedures - thanks for everything :)

I was really nervous about attending my appointment with Ilay but I needn't have worried. He explained everything really clearly, putting my mind at rest, and reassured me throughout the procedure. Fantastic experience: I have always wished my front teeth matched in colour & now they do! I had two historic crowns which never matched each other & Andrew suggested a bridge. It was a brilliant choice & looks better than I dreamed of. It involved a lot of appointments & an extraction, but the whole process was painless & I have every confidence in the amazing Andrew. He is the best dentist I have ever visited & you feel very relaxed in his care. The whole practice is exemplary with lovely staff & surroundings & nothing is too much trouble. 10/10 on all fronts!

Fantastic experience: I went to Castle Park Dental Care with lots of issues with my teeth and needing 3 implants. I was looked after by Ilay and Ozge who were both amazing and so talented. The technology here is better than anywhere I have been before and I felt well advised and looked after throughout the process. Shout out also to Becky on reception who always made me feel so welcome. Great team, great practice, professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to dentist for years ,because im petrified of dentists. Recently visited because i had an abscess, the staff where first class .and the dentist was very understanding and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Came for an emergency tooth extraction. No other dentist could for me in and all of the staff were amazing! I could not recommend this dentist enough! From the reception staff who were incredibly friendly and caring (evening ringing up the day after to check on you), to the amazing dentists (Simon). The extraction was painless and I felt very comfortable and in good hands! The best experience I have had at the dentist, I recommend anyone to go here! There is not a single thing I could complain about! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: It is not often I write a review; in fact, you can probably count on one hand how many I have done over the years – so you can take this as being sincere and honest. I live in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, and was unable to find a dentist in my area that was able and willing to provide me with the specialist treatment that I needed. After a great deal of research, I came across Castle Park Dental Care and attended their surgery to receive treatment from Dr. Ilay Maden (Dental Surgeon). Dr. Maden, who was recommended by another dentist is in my opinion one of the best in his field of work and I am grateful for the treatment he provided. I have attended the surgery three times so far, (Travelling all the way from Sunderland) and I have been impressed and made to feel welcome by all those who work at the practice. I would like to express my heartfelt warm thanks to Gail and Tina who work in reception and again to Dr. Ilay Maden for their friendly and open communication which makes you feel positive and confident when attending for treatment. If you are truly looking for a dental practice that ticks all the boxes then you need look no further.

Fantastic experience: I had a hygiene appointment with Edward recently. Really happy with the treatment I received, Edward explained everything that he was going to do and was very gentle. Negative experience: previously came in for a Full Case Assessment for getting braces. I was told that if I came in for a full case assessment that if I didn't want to go ahead with the treatment then that I could go onto the dental plan. I have since called and asked the practice to send me out a payment plan form and they have refused and are now making me pay near £70 for a check up before I can go onto the dental plan after the said to me that I could go straight onto the plan if I choose not to proceed. Before this I would have highly recommend this practice as everyone has been so lovely previously but now they are wanting more money from me after revoking what they had said that could have been done.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Castle Park Dental Care for many years. I pay monthly for a plan which suits my needs. Just lately I've been having some discomfort with the bottom right teeth. Dental surgeon, Andrew has explained two options to be considered & has advised me which option would be less invasive - I trust his judgement & will go ahead with the recommended procedure. Andrew is very experienced - he is professional & pleasant. I also really like Edward - not only is professional but also he caring & pleasant. I would also like to mention the dental nurses & the reception staff. They are always very welcoming. I would not consider going to any other Dental practice - Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly and patient team. The receptionist, in particular, is lovely, but they're all great. Andrew is a great dentist and explains everything really well. I saw a couple of dental hygienists who were all lovely too. I hate going to the dentist( it makes me very anxious), but I felt a lot calmer here than at any other dentist I've been to - they didn't make me feel rushed which definitely helped with the anxiety. I experienced some issues with a bracket on a specific tooth, but they were always accommodating and didn't charge more to fix. I had a filling, braces, and retainers. I didn't find the cost to be too much, in comparison to other places which had a lack of quality and flexibility. I also broke my ankle during my treatment plan, and they were really kind and helpful while I hobbled around.

Fantastic experience: I have been having treatment since April 2022. I can’t praise all the staff enough for being so helpful, kind and considerate (I was a very nervous and emotional patient at the start) they all put me at ease. The receptionists, hygienists and dentists, especially Andrew, have been amazing with me. On top of that I have now got an amazing fitting palette for my top teeth, now focusing on the bottom set next. It’s a been long process for me as I have had 13 teeth out and it’s still ongoing work. But so worth it. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: Like some of the other patients I did not have a great experience as a teenager with a dentist which has always stayed with me. Also, due to an unexpected and traumatic family bereavement I felt for many years I couldn’t face the dentist. I was attracted to Castle Park because they evidently recognised how people can be so affected by a bad experience and have to say my fears were soon allayed when I visited Ozge. Her manner was lovely and she soon put me at ease. Also, on my second visit the dental hygienist was very supportive and not condemnatory of the fact I hadn’t visited a dentist for some years and had actually lost teeth because of it, something I felt ashamed about. I am now in the process of receiving treatment and am so delighted.

Edward (hygienist) is always very patient and explains everything, and this week, I visited Andrew as I had a problem,but he reassured me all OK.

Negative experience: I have been going here for the last 3 months When the old owner left the place has gone down hill fast I got a price for implants for the top and they was going to charge me 24k wow So i got a second price for bupa and bupa had taken 10k off the total To me they have got a new person running from london and they seem to be charging london prices in hull Save your money go some were else for same job they say its the same as others but when priced the same treatment for 10k less Its clearly not the same like i said london prices gone to pot since the ower left

Fantastic experience: Due to an extremely upsetting childhood experience, I now suffer from a phobia of dentists. Such is my fear, that as soon as I enter the room and see the dentist chair, I start crying. The consequence of my phobia is I have only visited random dentists when necessary, and therefore had to experience invasive treatment such as root canal or extraction. As I have aged, I have realised how important it is to find a dentist and keep my teeth ! I contacted Castle Park Dental Care online, (after much research to find the right practice with a female dentist). I then ignored their calls. They gently coaxed me into visiting the practice for a cup of coffee and a chat. Special thanks to Gail x I decided I should at least have a first appointment, which I did with Ozge. She was amazing, listening to all of my fears through tears and also helped me with monitoring my breathing, (I hold my breath through fear) and helping me with breathing exercises to relax. Today I have been back to visit Ozge, after deciding to have the two required fillings in one session. I opted from the laser treatment, so no injections or aggressive drilling, I was astonished it was pain free ! Throughout the treatment Ozge explained exactly what she was doing, showed me the instruments she was using and continued to monitor my breathing, stopping when I needed a minute. I am now on the road to recovery in terms of my dental health, and equally creating new and positive experiences with a fantastic dentist. Thank you so much Ozge and Katie (Dental Nurse) x I cannot highly enough recommend this practice, they really do care. For some this will be a long post, (so you will not have reached the end of it, I am sure). But, for those with a phobia of dentists it will be a short post, as you are looking for the answer, where I can find a dentist who will understand and support me. Negative experience: Couldn’t believe the experience I had today. A truly lovely surgery with the MOST amazing reception staff and truly every other person in that building is incredible however I believe the dentist’s name is Chris was incredibly rude to me and messed up a routine filling. Ill admit I was 3 mins late for my appointment and upon being rang I was told it was still fine as I had to unfortunately drop my mum off at work due to car failure. I arrived at the practice at 9:09 (my appointment time was 9:00) Upon arrival I was accosted by the dentist and made to stand in the reception and be scalded and told off for wasting his time and made to feel horrifically guilty about all the worth while patients he could be treating. After my scolding I told the man that I’m am there so he can fix a mistake (the filling he made had cracked my enamel off my tooth) and that after another dentist at the practice told me I’d need it fixed and i would be rung as soon as Chris had been informed. I waited about a week before I had to ring up to try and make my own appointment for a mistake the Chris had made. I would fully recommend this practice and when Anna was there (a dentist I had do a root canal) I couldn’t imagine anywhere better for my teeth, but if you do go avoid Chris like the plague. Not only made me uncomfortable in our appointment but also was horrifically rude to me in front of others. For anyone wondering I’m 26 I work on cruise ships and had to spend my savings getting this filling done. I’m now going to have to pay to get done somewhere else as I am too embarrassed to be in the practice. I don’t agree with being late and I’m the most apologetic person ever but for a practice that usually makes me wait 10 mins after my appointment time anyway I don’t appreciate being told off and made to feel like a piece of garbage for a mistake.

Fantastic experience: I visited Castle Park for the first time today after calling them yesterday afternoon for an urgent appointment and I am very impressed. They got me in quickly, the whole team are welcoming and friendly and the treatment (which unfortunately was a tooth extraction) was totally painless and Chris explained everything with me thoroughly before and after and put me at ease - which is great for me as I’m usually pretty scared of visits to the dentist! Would recommend Castle Park Dental Care to anyone.

Negative experience: If I can give it 0 stars I would....very very rude receptionist/staff. I was getting one molar fix they broke the one behind it , I had 2 root canals done, both of my teeth I had work done broke not long after . Do NOT recommend at all.
