Fantastic experience: This dental practice is such a friendly, relaxed and welcoming place. Both my dentist & hygienist are very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable, explaining in detail my treatment. The receptionists are lovely, pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend the Heritage Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: We have just joined the Heritage Dental Practice in Chickerell, Weymouth. We are so glad that we did. It is such a friendly, relaxed and welcoming place. The receptionists are lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Our dentist was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the trouble to explain everything in detail and it was the most thorough examination either of us had ever experienced. The dental nurse went out of her way to be friendly and welcoming and my husband, who saw the hygienist, said she was just as thorough and pleasant. We are very happy with this practice.

Fantastic experience: Care and understanding by my dentist, Cathy and Nurse Emma, during my treatment. I am extremely hard of hearing and have a very bad gag reflex. Time was taken during my treatment and adjustments made to ensure the treatment was completed without too much discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my treatment from Abe. But I have been told off by my daughter because when I had my filling done with Hannah I then had it paid through Denplan. After 2 months it fell out. Now with the changes to Denplan I will have to pay for the same filling that didn't last. Is this right?

Fantastic experience: ‘Abi’ the South African Dental Surgeon is Amazing! Very professional and thorough. Explains each procedure in detail and asks if you have any questions before he continues. His ‘Bed Side Manner’ is second to none. I have had bad experiences with dentists before, if all dental Surgeons were like Abi, going to the dentist would be sooooo less traumatic! I can’t praise him enough. Holly the dental nurse was amazing too. Julie on reception, provides a very professional and brilliant service . So in short, totally brilliant service by all at the Heritage. Love them all for sorting my mouth out! I am so lucky to have this service on my doorstep. Thanks again team Best Regards Paul.

Fantastic experience: I booked an emergency appointment after I chipped one of my teeth. The staff were lovely from the first phone call, reception and then the dentist & dental nurse. The dental nurse was very kind and reassuring. The dentist I saw had time to fix my tooth with a filling during the appointment and was very gentle. Took the time to make sure the filling looked as cosmetically good as possible and explained all the options and steps. Excellent service from start to finish.

I finally have a smile I am so happy to have after 30years of hating my smile! having had porcelain veneers to sort out my crooked, cracked top teeth. Could not recommend the team and Mitesh here enough! I am always pretty scared going to the dentist but having listened to what I wanted, the advice and treatment I got here has literally made me so happy I cried!
