Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. An attentive, polite and efficient receptionist answered my call when I was worried about an injury to my child's gums and rang back within 10 minutes to offer an assessment the same day. There may be a wait as we would have to be fitted in between bookings when there's time - but we would be seen. Did I mind? Of course not! Upon arrival there was a different receptionist who was friendly and attentive. We were seen shortly afterwards by the dentist and her assistant, who carried out the examination without hurrying us along and gave us gum care advice. They were kind and reassuring. Always a pleasure coming here.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over five years after a previous bad experience and was super nervous but my nerves were soon diminished as my visit here was excellent. Elina the dentist and Anna the hygienist were both kind, professional, and very thorough. They explained everything clearly and made the whole appointment really comfortable. Fantastic experience: Noele was amazing. I’ve had a few bad experiences with teeth cleans in the past in different practices, which made me quite nervous about the dentist and put me off going back which has definitely taken a toll on my gum health and sensitivity. I explained this to her, and she was so kind and gentle throughout, consistently checking in to make sure I was okay. The clean was split into two sessions, and even though she was fully booked for the next month, she went out of her way to make time in her already busy schedule so we could fit in the second appointment the next week. My teeth feel incredible, and I’m so grateful to her for making the whole experience as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: We feel very fortunate to be patients at Crouch Hall Dental Care. Last week we took my visiting elderly mum for an emergency assessment. Despite not being registered at the practise she was seen promptly luckily by our amazing dentist Natasha. Although it wasn’t clear what the issue was Natasha spent some of her lunch hour researching the problem and came out into the street outside to find us and advise further. Fantastic experience: My praise goes to Dr Natasha Rawlings whom I've been with for a very long time (since early 1990's!), so shame on me for not doing this a long time ago! I have always been accommodated in terms of 'wanting to see Natasha only' (!) as I trust her explicitly and with good reason. No request, question or issue has ever been too much or too big for her, and with my daughter now also a patient of hers, there is nowhere else we wish to go! Fantastic experience: I have a phobia of dentistry in all its poky, scrapy, gummy, drilly glory. Including huge one visits which are often more traumatic than dentist visits. Even with a checkup, major anxiety sets in. But one has to go and if you have to go this is the place. These people are the best. Negative experience: Deeply insidious practice. If you are happy to pay for teeth like a Love Island contestant, knock yourself out. If you want genuine dental care, look elsewhere. I was never a patient at Crouch Hall Dental, I am registered with Middle Lane and have been for years. Do you own Middle Lane Dental as well? My most recent appointment, (waited 4 months to get so surely NHS) with Middle Lane was changed to Crouch Hall without any explanation and suddenly I am no longer an NHS patient. I understand about cuts to funding but I also understand the lucrative rise in cosmetic dentistry. You need to be transparent about who you are and what you do.

We are so sorry that we are not able to offer you a appointment on the NHS after not seeing us for nearly 10 years.
As explained NHS funding is limited by the NHS and we have applied for further funding. This means we are not able to see an unlimited number of NHS patients despite the fact we would love to.
I believe your child is still seeing us on the NHS. We are so glad that we are able to assist her and look forward to her continued dental health.

However, I met the owner of this surgery during the pandemic and I passed his details on to 3 of my clients, all who live within a mile or two of the surgery.
