Fantastic experience: All the staff at Envisage are very friendly and helpful..I have Rami for my dentist, Seema my hygienist, dental nurses very nice, Receptionists very friendly. Makes it a pleasure to visit rather than a dread ! X

The practice is staffed by excellent people, patients are treated well and the service is exceptional. Each patient is treated with respect and courtesy in a professional and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, in particular, to Rami and Aimee and their nurses. I am so grateful for their help and kindness, and thank you, too, to Elena and Emma, who are also excellent at their jobs. The team make going to the dentist a pleasure!

Fantastic experience: A great place with experts who look after you. Elena is always cheerful and takes good care of everyone at the front desk. Sevi and Aimee are lovely and take great care of you too in their respective areas of knowledge.

Negative experience: I was initially very grateful as the dentist saw me as a new patient under consultation. However, took one look at one tooth, didn’t clean it or anything and said I would have to pay £90 for an xray at the hospital despite stating I had no money for this and said he would not refer until I had done this. They stated they would give me a specialist tooth brush for my tooth and upon requesting they stated it would be £4.50. I phoned 111 who got my an appt. They thoroughly cleaned the site, gave me antibiotics, gave me an xray and referred me for extraction! I will not be returning to this dentist again and would advise others not to either.

With printed appointment slips, Email as well as text reminders, keeping track is easy. When phoning ,calls are always answered quickly and assistance provided or call-back offered. Finally, individual plan options offered so six monthly checks , X-rays and hygienist are easy to budget. I have been with Envisage over 8 years so a long term satisfied user.

Their shoulders are relaxed, and they maintain eye contact. This dental surgery always keeps eye contact, always smiles, and always makes you feel like you're part of their family.
