Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this practise highly enough. I am a regular patient for dental check ups, hygienist appointments, and yesterday an emergency appointment for a broken front tooth. All the dentists and hygienists I have seen over the years have been excellent. They explain very clearly the procedure, the options and the costs. They also go through the before and after photos and x-rays at the end of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the practice. My experience is that this is a dental practice that listens and demonstrate quality care and understanding to their patient. I was feeling quite anxious with the state of my teeth. However, David (my Dentist) reassured me and carried out the necessary treatment that left me smiling and feeling confident again with my dental care.

Fantastic experience: My teeth was baaaad ...im.shy to even say that ..plaque build up stained teeth ......i thought i have to do something about it and dont be so afraid to go dentist .......thats when i looked into a local dentist .....i got recommended to use chrysanth and ask for zora for a clean up of my teeth. I was so nervous but as soon as i walked in even the reception staff was so calming and reassuring and immediately felt relaxed. Then i went in to see zora and her buddy pearl ...basically they changed my life and Basically they are the best if yu need a dentist....now i can smile baby

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t gone to the dentist for many years for my phobia reasons, and I visisted crysanth after researching and trusted them by their reviews. I can only say I’ve only ever had 10/10 positive experiences with the team. My dental journey involved 4 wisdom teeth surgical extractions, all done by David and I healed perfectly and I was sooo scared of dry socket but everything went better than I ever could of imagined and it really was a painless procedure. Angelica has been dentist the past 2 years and is so friendly, professional and so skilled it blows my mind. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Negative experience: After a paid consultation, the dentist promised to follow up with a pricing plan. Unfortunately, this never happened and my subsequent attempts to email have been completely ignored. Very disappointing and a waste of my time and money.

Fantastic experience: I broke my molar- a portion of enamel snapped off. Dr Angelica explained that she has to remove 2/3 of the tooth as it had an old filling and would need to go very close to the nerve. It was a long task and the rebuild required skill. I was able to use the tooth straight after the anaesthetic wore off, and it feels smooth and normal in my mouth. I find Dr Angelica to be very patient, congenial and an excellent dentist.

Negative experience: When I started with going to this clinic back in 2017-2018 it was a great practice. With the years the prices have gone up and the quality of the service has gone down. Till the point where I didn't receive a treatment plan on time after going for a checkup and paying for X rays I never saw, even I expressed my desire to be treated in the clinic. I received those x rays and treatment 5 weeks after my visit, only when I sent an email. By that point I had already found a dentist who gave me a proper treatment. I am still waiting to get my money back. The customer service is so bad that they didn't even take a note of my complaints.

Fantastic experience: 10th March 2025 update (further below 2 plus years' ago) Frankly, David is nothing short of a magician - I recommend him without any hesitation - when I walk out of his clinic I do so with complete confidence that the best possible job has been done for me I trust David completely with even highly complex work required on my unit family of 4. I have personally had a very high number of appointments with David over the past 4 or so years and have undergone extensive work. My wife and sons are also patients here. David is not only an expert in his field but has an exemplary approach to his work. We do not live locally to his clinic and thus have to invest a lot of time to travel to him. We do so as he provides us with a service second to none.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for 3 years for check ups, cleaning and filling replacement. Each time it's been a breeze with minimal discomfort. The dental hygienist is especially good, she doesn't hurt my teeth or gums.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel comfortable. My Dentist David is truly top-notch, making me feel at ease when doing my procedures. The office is clean and modern, and the staff is attentive and professional. I wouldn't trust my dental health to anyone else. Highly recommend this practice - they are simply the best!

Negative experience: I had gone to get a treatment done however they had done a different treatment, to make more money. It’s not fair that I had pay for a treatment to not get want I wanted and also they did not finish off properly causing more problems for me.

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic on Saturday morning for a dental hygiene session (Scale and Polish and Airflow) and I am so very satisfied with my experience. The receptionist was lovely, very kind and welcoming, the clinic is very clean and well kept, the hygenist and her assistant have been both very professional, made me feel very comfortable and explained perfectly every procedure. Last but not least I am totally satisfied with the result of my treatment. Best dentist clinic in 8 years in the UK.

Fantastic experience: I'm not registered at this dental practice but they saw me just 45 minutes after I rang them asking for treatment for an abscess. Everyone there, the receptionists, the dental nurses and the dentists were extremely professional,friendly and welcoming. I could not have received better treatment. I went back a week later as they wanted to make sure that the abscess had healed. The dentist was extremely thorough. Thanks so much to all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for a few years now for dentist and hygienist. These guys are great. Friendly staff all round, including at reception, and costs are reasonable. They charged about a third the cost what my previous (NHS) dentist wanted to charge me for a custom made teeth guard. I went last week and I am actually surprised by how good my teeth look after seeing the hygienist. And the dentist I saw was really nice as well.

Positive experience: The service in itself was fine and I am happy with how clean my teeth feel. However, the whole process seemed mechanical. I wasn't made to feel very settled in or comfortable and the doctor said the things through fast without even checking back to see if I was following. I found a lot of statements to be just blunt and not put out kindly, leaving me distressed and anxious for a few hours after the appointment. I understand a Doctor's job is not to do pep talk, but how a patient feels with them is what builds reliability and a return for future services, but unfortunately that won't be happening.

Fantastic experience: Just had a hygiene appointment with Doctor Zahra and pearl. Was my first time at the dental practice, they were both amazing and made me feel so comfortable! The receptionist were also really nice.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed an effortless experience at Chrysanth. From registering to the practice just yesterday and booking my first appointment with the Hygienist today, I was really pleased to be seen so soon. The airflow and scale & polish I received along with advice was first class and the Hygienist, assistant and reception team were all super professional and very friendly. First impressions are 5* and glad to have found a great dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here for a scale & polish. The last time I had it done I’d been somewhere else and it was incredibly painful. At Crysanth, they gave me numbing spray and the experience was pretty much painless. And my teeth look so much cleaner after the appointment. The hygienist, assistant and receptionist were all lovely. Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: They managed to fit me in for an emergency filling on a Saturday even though I wasn’t even a patient there. Within 2 hours of the call I had the filling done and the team (including the receptionist) were so lovely. Definitely will be coming back !

Fantastic experience: Such a great dental practice. They will go above and beyond to help you, and are extremely professional and kind. Especially the ladies who work on reception, they are so so helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Dentist services are fine but they are the only medical service I ever used that does not care of your personal data, which is worrying. For example, they will not hesitate to use your medical contact details to then spam you with marketing offers such «free scale and polish upon purchase of a home whitening kit ». The fact they don’t comply with GDPR is also a concern as it mades one wonder if they may also sell your contact data and other data to 3rd parties, either today or in the future. Edit: and by the way you can’t unsuscribe unless you call them or go in-person (there is no unsucribe button and no answers to email)

Negative experience: The receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful, has not gotten back to me in order to make an emergency appointment and will not answer the phone.

Fantastic experience: First class service! Brilliant and efficient at reception. I always saw Krystal at reception when I was there, Krystal was so professional, welcoming and kind. I received excellent care from all the dentists and hygienists. They are by far the best. My teeth have improved a lot from the information and recommendations that they advised. The equipment is state of the art and the building is very clean and bright. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've seen 14 dentists in my time, from Italy to Harley St and I have to say David is a great dentist. Efficient, calm, precise, discrete with needles, puts you at ease and has all the latest technology. Explains clearly what work has been done and shows you photos of completed work. Truly a Harley St service, in good ole Hackney. I highly reccomend. Yes.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency on the Saturday, which was bad enough for me to seek help, I'm a big old lad, tattoos, blood tests don't bother me but I'm seriously petrified of dentists so to reach out you know it was bad. Sent an email via the contact us section on the Saturday and Hayley rang and emailed me on the Sunday and got me squeezed in on the Monday for an emergency. Walked in to the practise, a converted shop, not the most appealing setting, but you're not there to look at the walls or watch friends on telly (I however did as I was early) and no generic fish tank I thought all dentists had to have by law () The receptionist (Hayley) was superb, really friendly and welcoming, so a good start. My appointment was with David (the boss) get called in and he listened to me and what I wanted, really nice fella, put me at (relative) ease, really good sense of humour, told him I had bad experiences in the past and other issues and he was really helpful with my anxieties. Cannot fault the staff I met or the service I received, giving a 5 star at the moment but I have an extraction booked in so look after me David

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years for both regular dental care and some basic orthodontics. All of the staff are really amazing! They know their stuff, are always so warm and really go out of their way to make sure things work for you. Recently, I had retainers done with Dr Rachel, who was hands down provided the best and most comfortable fitting experience (out of the three to four clinics I’ve been to in my life!) Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I visited Chrysanth dental care for the first time. I had chipped my front tooth ad dr Rachael and her assistant have done all check up and they have done filling on my tooth same day. They were professional and friendly, explained step by step what they were doing. Dr Rachael kindly sent me an email afterwards with details of the treatment, informations of the x-rays and plan for me to get a healthy gums .

Fantastic experience: Based on my experience I would highly recommend this dental clinic. They went out of their way to find me a booking at short notice, with clear and friendly communications. On arrival I was greeted with a smile and all the staff put me at ease while also being very professional. I had photos and x-rays taken which were then explained to me. Negative experience: This clinic is a joke! they started out as a good service but have gone down hill significantly. They don't call you back when they say they will, they address you without care completely

She explains every step of the process as she goes along, puts my mind at ease, and honestly, my dental treatments were pain-free. She's really kind and thoughtful, and it actually makes going to the dentist so much less anxiety-inducing than my previous experiences in other places.

I was always so anxious about visiting dentist but since being treated by David I actually don’t fear at all. His technique is very comforting and makes the whole experience seem so easy.

I must say that the service is amazing, and all the staff were super friendly and made me feel at ease after spending all morning really nervous. David the dentist was fantastic too - and the nicest dentist I have ever come in contact with. I will 100% be returning for my treatment, and this is now my permanent dental practice. Thank you! Follow up: I have since been back for treatment and was absolutely petrified. David was so patient with me, calming and understanding of my worry. He kindly spoke me through what he was doing and showed me some quite gross, but interesting photos of before, during and after the fillings. I am honestly so grateful. Fantastic experience: IMPLANT - I'll start by saying most of my life I have dreaded going to the dentist... but not any longer! I have only had exceptional service from David O'Milegan and his well appointed team. He delivers a high quality, professional and yet caring service. The team make you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door and he is so relaxed you immediately feel safe. David talks you through the procedure - he is astute to know just how much detail a patient needs to ensure they feel comfortable. I can't believe it but at one point I wanted to fall asleep.. can you imagine that! I can't believe yesterday my bone was being drilled into and today i cannot feel a thing! Don't get me wrong, as the anaesthetic wore off yesterday evening I had a bit of pain - but nothing 2 paracetamol could not dull. But today I just have an 'awareness' that something went on in my mouth and my antibiotics to take. If there is a Dentistry award... this man deserves it! Well done, David. Ps the Dental nurse was great too giving my shoulder a little squeeze to reassure me. I'll spare you any pictures!!!

Fantastic experience: David was recommended by a friend of mine who’s also a (enthusiast) dentist in another city! David’s professionalism is EXCEPTIONAL. He managed to see to a root canal treatment that a prior dentist was having problems attempting. David not only managed to resolve the issue but he also gave several OPTIONS (which a lot of patients have anxiety over…. The choice was down to myself) to go about a treatment plan. I can whole heartedly vouch that David will give the best advice/recommendation in what’s best for his patients. Finally, if you want a dentist that gives the BEST patient comfort! Then David’s technique, is the ‘go to dentist’. Overall, Davids work ethic and enthusiasm is embedded into the practice as staff are all welcoming and friendly.

Negative experience: I got fooled by good reviews. But i turned out to be dirty & old place. Not even close to something modern. The room where I had my examination, I don't even want to comment... The doctor was nice, but it all left a feeling that they are pumping money out. They are forcing every visitor to take hygenist appointments. While I was waiting for my appointment, I heard a few people were booking these, so did my friend and then they tried to do the same trick on me. You do the math :) I was told that I need root canal treatment, and to get it I have to go to their partners(?) as they don't do it. Good that I've changed the clinic, as turned out that I didn't need one. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with overall experience. Friendly, good explanations and smooth booking etc. I haven't done any complex procedures since I started coming here, so I can't comment on the technical details. But for routine check uupsand cleaning for adults and toddlers, they have been very good

Negative experience: Terrible! Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Was told on my first ever appointment I had to pay over 1k for extensive work because "apparently my gum disease was really bad". Was even told I'm getting a good deal... Went to several dentist after to check if that's the case and they all just said I needed a few fillings. I have braces now, so if my gum disease was so bad, I wouldn't be able to get it done. Had like 3 x-rays from different practises, which probably isn't a good thing but wanted to be sure. I'm in an industry where professionals take advantage of those who know less, dentist are generally guilty of this so please be aware. I'm only giving a review because of the fact they have good reviews and probably doing a good job in tricking a lot of people. That was a few years ago and today I thought I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But I was greeted with the most rudest of treatment from the receptionist who told me they gave my appointment away. Rather than apologising and saying we're sorry she told me that I should have known. The cheek! I was told they called me on Saturday, so I showed her on my phone there wasn’t a record of that. She stayed quiet. Then told me I should have confirmed via text message that I will be attending the appointment. However, I just a received a message saying you've got an appointment, no indication that I must confirm my attendance. Nor was I told that this was the case when I called them for the appointment. Just was told, see you on Monday . I was then told I was sent an email, tbh I did but went into my spam. But like I said before, when I called them for an appointment, was just told to attend and was given no indication that the appointment may change and to keep an eye out for any emails/phone calls/text messages. I've seen over 6 dentist (even outside of London), private and NHS. It's sad that with this private dentist you are paying extra for the rude treatment whilst at least by NHS run ones you get it for free

Fantastic experience: Booked an appointment having never been here before. Set up within 4 days, quick and easy. Everyone here was so lovely and helpful. They sorted out my dental worries and couldn't have been more reasonable and well priced. If you've foolishly neglected your dentist checkup, like me, this place is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: As someone very anxious about the dentist, it was so nice to go to a practice where they put me at ease! Hygienist numbed me for the teeth cleaning and gave me breaks. Dentist really took her time getting the feel of my filling right, let me have my music on. Overall a friendly, reassuring, professional atmosphere. I’ll be coming back (hopefully not too soon!)

Fantastic experience: Really positive experience. Minimal waiting, I saw Rachel for a check up and she was excellent, took the time to explain everything to me and lay out some options for cosmetic treatments if I wanted. I think probably the nicest check up I’ve ever had, and really good value.

Negative experience: Friendly staffy but not recommend It’s all about getting as much money of you as possible Got charged £253 for a maximum 2 minute job this should be illegal I don’t care what schools the dentist have paid but probably government has paid his school and now charging that amount for what ??? He has done it alone without any help Charged £60 for a check up that have not been done or checked up How is it possible to charge that £60 to look only look in someone’s mouth i don’t get it at all Charged £190 for a tiny extraction Same with implants dentist should be held accountable for what they are doing £1900 for just 1 while labour cost and parts are... Worst part got taken next door in a construction site for the extraction...

Negative experience: I am afraid to give a 2 star review to Chrysanth Dental Care despite the 5 start one which I gave a couple of years ago. Here is why: I made a hygiene appointment more than 2 weeks in advance since all the slots were taken by other patients. Two days before the appointment I received a call to confirm the 4 o'clock appointment which I did. On the day I arrived on time and I was told that the Dr is going to be late for about 20 minutes which I understood and accepted. However, 45 minutes later there I was, waiting. At 4:45 the Dr. called me in when I sat on the unit and was told by the way our prices have gone up from £55 to £70 (27%!). Of course because of the backlog of patients he had to rush so it was done in less than 15 min! Therefore, I don't think the service (now just under average) is at the same level to be called excellent due the following reasons - Failure to inform the patient of the potential delay in advance during the day - Failure to inform the patient of the price change at the time of making an appointment rather than after two weeks on the dentist's chair just before the procedure is about to start. - Pushing all appointments back to back to generate revenue at the cost of some patients (prices 27% up and service 50% down). in the past £55 for 30 min job - now £70 for 13 min job. I should also say that the staff were polite, nice and apologetic which I appreciated. Would I still recommend Chrysanth to others as I did before? It's a shame but my honest answer would be a No

Negative experience: Brilliant dentists if you don’t need much follow-up work after your appointment eg referrals! Communication with admin staff leaves much to be desired.

Negative experience: Worst organisation ever AT BETHNAL GREEN PRACTICE: I booked an appointment but a few days later a lady sent me a text claiming an electricity failure happened and she asked me to call her back. When I did that, I found that no power failure ever happened ( so the message was a lie), they re-scheduled my appointment for farther that week at 16:30 but I received a call asking if I wanted to change it to 14:30 the same day and I said yes. When the day of my appointment arrived I found the door locked. A nurse saw me but I was ignored and left at the door waiting for nearly 10 minutes. When the receptionist finally opened the door for me she asked me to register myself again because she could not find my personal data in the system so I had to fill up al the papers again . For when I finished filling up the papers ( for the second time) she said to me I had to wait for one hour in the sofa or come back later in one hour. What is the point of moving my appointment from 16:30 to 14:30 if at the end you want to make me wait in the sofa !!!! Is not the first time they cancel my appointments or make me wait there for more than one hour. I decided not to wait and I left without getting the treatment I needed. Certainly not a place to come back. I will attend to a different dental practice from now on. NO SERIOUS NO PROFFESIONAL AT ALL. I feel like an idiot and it’s very frustrating to cancel the appointments for on top of it losing my personal data, making me fill up the papers again and ONLY AFTER THAT, telling me I need to wait for one more hour. Ridiculous this practice. I’m not gonna speak nicely about this place. BYE BYE FOREVER.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist & very professional. I went to for a check up & hygiene clean and the dentist and dentist assistant were both so sweet and nice. The dentist asked my favourite musician and then played them for me as he cleaned my teeth. I was so nervous but felt hardly any pain/discomfort in the clean. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: The reviews are so well deserved. Such a lovely team who are so friendly and willing to spend the time putting you at ease. Did an emergency root canal for me during lockdown and, after dreading it for days, it was surprisingly easy, relaxed and pain free. And they put Netflix on a big screen in front of you while they work. They're a really informal practice (you can book by text - they responded to mine at 1am and booked me in for the next day like heroes) which throws you a bit at first but it really is a dream. Go here if you want to look forward to going to the dentists.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Chrysanth Dental Care for over two years now. The dental work that I have had here is of an excellent standard including the replacement of my veneer last year which was done exceptionally well by Dr.Singh. I most recently attended for a scale and polish and Dr.Singh went over and above what is required once again, very professional and always reassuring throughout the process. The whole team is really welcoming and friendly from the moment you enter the practice. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough :)

Super professional service, David is an absolute legend and all the staff there are so nice and make your experience as pleasant as possible. Fantastic experience: I have received excellent care from both dentists and all the dental nurses at this practice. Today I had the crown fitted on my front tooth implant and am so happy with the result I can't stop smiling! My smile looks very natural and the whole process has been comfortable and a lot less stressful than I was expecting. Everyone at Chrysanth has been professional, friendly, thoughtful and cheerful throughout. Needing more complicated endodontic treatment, they were most helpful in referring me to a specialist but in the meantime they have been exceptional in managing my complications. I have received emergency dental care this week with genuine care, compassion and empathy. Fantastic experience: I had a first rate experience at Chrysanth dentist. I went in for an extraction and was obviously very nervous, having had a history of bad dentistry including some failed extractions. The staff were all extremely polite and thoughtful, going that extra mile to make me feel comfortable before and during the procedure. It was such a relief to have a good experience at the dentist.
