Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional service. Went there at 12.00pm with no appointment, Kim the receptionist found an emergency slot for 2.35pm. Went back had an xray, bad infection damaging bone, pulled the tooth, all good 3.15pm and now sat at home relaxing.

Fantastic experience: Contacted this practice after considering other options. The first contact was very positive and due to a cancellation. I was seen on the same day - other surgeries could not offer an appointment until August! As I was suffering some discomfort, I needed treatment as soon as possible! On arrival, we were greeted in a friendly manner and the place was full of happy, smiley people (both patients and staff). The dentist Liviu Ispas was welcoming and full of chat, with a good sense of humour. He was very thorough in his approach and quickly diagnosed the source of my pain. The thing I particularly liked about him was that he didn't try to over-egg the pudding by suggesting a range of needless unnecessary treatments! Will be happy to return in the future!

Fantastic experience: Having not been to a dentist for a sustained period of time, i was a tad on the cautious side. I was booked for a scale and polish and right away, Mark put me at ease.. I wont say it was a pleasurable experience (this is a dentist appointment, not a trip to the fun fair) but hats off to Mark who is a consummate professional and a very nice guy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place and specifically Mark who was top notch.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental practice if you are able to afford private fees. My son had what I believed to be an abscess in his mouth, I called an NHS dentist and they told me they could see him in 8 weeks! I called Spring Dental at 5pm and they saw my son the following morning. The cost was very affordable and much less than I thought it’d be for an emergency appointment- I had expected x2 the cost at minimum. He was able to see the dentist he had seen there previously (Delia) who was lovely as always. She is so calm, reassuring and makes you feel at home. That’s a huge difference I notice between NHS dentists and private (standard of care aside)- NHS dentists for the most part barely acknowledge your existence, just uttering words to their nurse. You pay privately and you get what you pay for- the staff are actually happy to see you lol and they have incentive to keep you happy; which they do exceedingly well. Would highly recommend this practice to all who are in a position to pay for private dentistry. ♥️

Fantastic experience: A total facelift, more hi-tech options, more specialists. Good dentistry as well ! Good for everyone and worth the small price hike. Update, 2025. Small amount of work done on a denture after an extraction. All done superbly and the cost was very fair. Had some slight extra adjustments all done very quickly and at no extra cost. Friendly but professional.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming for years and I think it's a very good dental practice, Serbian is amazing and has done the best job, Kim on reception is so welcoming and I think they are the best dentist in hull! I couldn't say a bad thing about this place at all, the nurses are so lovely aswell.

Negative experience: Went for pain after wisdom tooth extraction scar tissue after 2 year. Dentist advised everything is normal. Went to another dentist who has now referred me to have the tissue removed. In experienced staff. Was also very rude and wouldn't explain anything

Fantastic experience: I came this dentist approximately june the 15th emergency case they got me in the same day for two teeth to be removed my theeth are in a terrible state due to fear dentists very neglected.They was patient, reassuring and I walked out relived and happy. I shall definitely be back to have more work completed and I'm not worrying about it too much which is very reassuring. A bi thank you

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have been to! Had a molar that chipped, no NHS doctor, went here and was told it may be a root canal or filling. Having never had dental work before I was scared. The dentist did everything they could and succeeded with a filling and worked so hard on it, I truly can’t see where the filling is! It’s perfect! They didn’t even use a gel for the injection and asked me to trust them - It didn’t hurt at all! They did a full X-ray, cleaned my teeth, polished etc.. and kept a positive calm attitude. Definitely coming back for my checkup here! For people anxious if the private clinic tries to get the most money: absolutely doesn’t! At every point the dentists wanted everything to be the cheapest for me as possible and cared about the teeth themselves, your teeth are definitely the priority. Please give my thanks to Delia and her assistant for me! I will definitely trust her with injections

Negative experience: Bad experience Went for teeth whitening paid almost £500 and nothing to show for it my teeth are still the same I just wasted money I asked before the whitening to be sure I won’t be wasting money I was told it will come out well and it is just as if nothing was done. Wasted money and no sign of improvement I don’t recommend teeth whitening at this place.

Fantastic experience: It was an wonderful experience. Our son (2 and half yrs old) had a chipped tooth for more than a week and was refusing to eat.I called Spring Dental Practice and the wonderful lady from reception booked him in straight away, same day. We are very grateful for the quick turn around and for helping our son. I can't recommend them enough! Will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Called today as a filling fell out and they was able to get me in straight away, The dentist and her assistant really went out their way for me to make me as comfortable as I could the whole process was very professional and I am very grateful for the work they have done today will definitely recommend and will be coming back for future mouth work

Negative experience: Edited! And there it is! Received a letter in post stating they are going private and given the options of payment methods to spread the costs! I was right, they were just trying to reel us in! I wouldn’t use again if free! If you are nhs they don’t do a good job ! They rang me up as not been since it was heylings saying I could still go and be on nhs. Same with my partner . I needed a chipped front tooth repaired and two fillings replaced that had fallen out after years of having them previously done by Mrs Heylings. He just put filling in one without drilling , filled the large front one that fell out (did it so quick without putting a guard between teeth so rough and can’t floss !) and did the chip all in less than an hour . Got choked with the water and felt really rushed . First one he didn’t drill fell out next day. Chipped tooth one fell off week later , still got other one so far but still feels rough after months! And doesn’t look same colour to tooth . I’d have gone back but I don’t like dentists as it is and feel he only cares if you go private and that was the ploy of phoning us up to tempt us with all the cosmetic dentistry they promote highly there !

I used to be scared to death of dentists for various reasons but since coming to the practice a couple of years ago and explaining my fears, I can honestly say I don’t feel nervous anymore and I am happy to have any treatments because I know she will be very thorough, caring and will take very good care of me. Fantastic experience: Basically my toothache started on new years eve. I thought it would be gone so put up with the pain. It took me a week before i started to take pain killers. By the following monday i got in touch with the dentist practice through email and rung them up to register and by the tuesday i had enough of the pain and could not cope with it. Got an emergency appointment for that afternoon, ended on antibiotics and ended up booking for the tooth to be take out the following monday. But by the friday i ended up emailing them for an earlier appointment for the saturday which was met. I just want to say the staff that dealt with me put me at ease even though i was in tears during the procedure. They put you at ease by telling what they are doing during the procedure and after the procedure. Especailly katy and think it was courtney ( i think that was her name) and bobby being gentle as the best as he could.

Fantastic experience: Needed a cracked tooth sorting out, filled out enquiry form with spring dental and they responded quickly saying they could help me. Got an appointment for the next day which I was so relieved about, surgery is clean and has a relaxed environment, after 2 appointments they sorted it out, thank you very much to all for helping me. Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient at the Spring Dental Practice and I’m so glad I registered with them. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and friendly, from the lovely lady on the reception to Katie the dental therapist and Sorin the dentist. I’ve always been nervous of dental visits but not any more. I had old fillings removed and replaced and I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep!

Katy was extremely professional, but she managed to combine her professionalism with a very caring and approachable manner. It was very reassuring having every step of treatment explained to me, and whilst leaving with a wonderfully clean set of teeth, I know I will return feeling much more relaxed.
