Positive experience: I’ve been there several times. Their services were good. It’s just a thing that really annoyed me EVERY TIME that they had problems with time keeping. If I had to wait every time why couldn’t you tell me to arrive later . No need to find out who I am because this is a disguised account. Just be punctual.

Fantastic experience: Two visits in one week to perform a root canal - everything including the organisation and treatment was absolutely spot on! The Endodontist, Dr Nausheen is really quite incredible - yes a root canal is a big procedure but it never hurt once and the abscess was cleared after the first visit - it was filled and finished on the second visit after ensuring the infection was completely eradicated. Follow up as you do with a Root Canal for a Crown - Dr Zaheer prepared everything - Crown fitted perfectly - looks and feels better than the original tooth. Just unbelievable! Couldn’t be more pleased. Many thanks to Mohammed for organising everything and keeping me informed, Dr Nausheen and Dr Zaheer are so incredibly talented and quite clearly perfectionists. Fantastic experience: From making the initial call to Zuf Dental to the end of the treatment received, the service provided was excellent. The receptionist Mohammed was extremely helpful and informative and did everything to make the process easy and straightforward. My elderly parents who are in their late 80s were delighted with the professional way in which Zuf Dental dealt with everything. The dentists who visited them in their home were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and the treatment provided was exceptional. They kept us informed of timings and costs and my parents thought for the service they received, it was excellent value for money. Fantastic experience: Excellent service, ample parking and very friendly staff. My Dentist was a lovely lady called Aimen she did a thorough examination of my mouth including an x ray and explained everything in detail before continuing with my treatments. Amazing hygiene treatment and Air Flow which was on a 50% offer. Receptionist Mo very friendly and welcoming. Despite having many dentists within the Shirley area. I travel to Dorridge only for Zuf Dental Care . Highly recommended. Try it out for yourself and experience the outstanding service, you won’t be disappointment!

Negative experience: I visited Zuf Dental Care recently for my partners appointment and, while waiting, I spoke with several other patients who shared similar frustrations. The main issue seems to be the long wait times and the fact that many people, myself included, aren’t seen on time and this isn’t the first time. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this practice. Very offputting

My dad is in a care home , they came out next day to see him , they were really helpful as I don’t live near the care home so I organised every thing over the phone .They were all very professional and the dentist contacted me while he was with my dad to advise me what treatment my dad needed, treatment was then done in the care home which was great as he has dementia Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: My appointment was at 5:00 PM, but unfortunately, I wasn’t seen until more than an hour later. I’m very disappointed, especially considering that the clinic insists on canceling appointments if a patient is just five minutes late. It’s frustrating that my time wasn’t respected in return. Poor time management really affects the overall experience

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews but this is by far the best dental practice I’ve visited. The entire team, from the receptionist to the dentist, is exceptionally welcoming and professional. The dentist is thorough, clear in his explanations, and genuinely attentive to any concerns. After several disappointing experiences with other private practices, this clinic has truly exceeded my expectations. Their patient care is outstanding, and it’s clear they prioritise both comfort and efficiency treatment is never unnecessarily delayed. The clinic itself is beautifully designed, and the availability of parking is an added convenience. I highly recommend this practice!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the customer service, this dentist has broken my trust and I wouldn’t recommend or go back. I went for a hygienist appt which was fine and had a general check up for the first time. The dentist quickly mocked up a treatment plan costing £5,000 with not much discussion or explanation. I also had X-rays done. Coincidentally, 1 week after this appointment my molar cracked and majority of it fell out. I went to a different dentist for his opinion & asked ZUF for my X-rays. Zuf ignored my xray request for days even though it was urgent and I had a painful broken tooth. I rang to complain, I have a right to my data and xray under data regulations & GDPR. They apologised and STILL didn’t send them. Days later they said they’d look into it and finally sent ONE xray picture even though I had 3 taken. 2 weeks later I had my apt elsewhere and the dentist confirmed that wasn’t even my xray!? (I don’t have a silver tooth or wisdom tooth). And confirmed 50% of Zufs treatment plan was unnecessary. ZUF have witheld my X-rays after multiple urgent requests which is against the law. His hygienist appt caused a broken tooth in my opinion. And recommended £5k worth of treatment which I’ve got sorted for £450 elsewhere. He also caused me to get new X-rays done within 1 month increasing my risk of cancer. Disappointed.

Positive experience: I attended with my daughter for an appointment a couple of weeks ago. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. The practice is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. Mahnoor, one of the nurses, was excellent both over the phone and during the appointment. The doctor was also really excellent, and we felt well cared for overall. However, our experience was let down by another staff member, a hijabi lady at reception, who clearly needs extra training. She didn’t seem confident in assisting patients or helping with forms and came across as quite condescending. Mahnoor had to step in and help, which then caused a backlog, as patients were left waiting. Since there were only two staff members on reception at the time, it made things more difficult. Despite this issue, I’m happy with the care we received and will be booking again in the future.

Negative experience: The dental care i had was not very good i ended up in A/N Hospital because he drop a bur down my throat and he did not finish taking the tooth out after 2 hours and 30 minutes i would not go back to him and now got a infection.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental practice. I recently visited ZUF Dental Care for a scale and polish, along with two fillings, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. For £32, the scale and polish left my teeth feeling incredibly clean and refreshed. Dentist Ms. Dheerajha Baskar was professional, gentle, and made the whole process comfortable. Though the total cost came to £332, it was absolutely worth it for the quality of care I received. I highly recommend ZUF Dental Care to anyone looking for top-notch dental services!

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dentist I’ve been too :) great service for scale and polish. They had a machine to take a photo of my mouth for the check up as well. Also great coffee in waiting room and a car park! Great service!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to the amazing team at Zuf. My 82 year old Mum broke her front tooth in half on Saturday and we discovered that this practice is open 7 days a week so we called on Sunday morning and they fit her in at 1pm on the Sunday! They did an incredible job of fixing her tooth and you honestly couldn't even see which was new and which was old tooth. It was such a comfort to my Mum as she was going away the next day. We will definitely be using them from now on as the service was great, they were so kind and friendly and highly skilled and a very reasonable price too. Amazing! I just wish all dentists were like this one.

Negative experience: I event don't want give zero start because what they have done to my teeth was worse then NHS dentest, and did payment £75 because of only cleaning I made an appointment for advance cleaning, but the Zuf Dental care didn't do advance cleaning they have left my teeth the same as before cleaning when I got to home checked my teeth there is no cleaning nothing in order to speak with them regarding this issue, but they tried to ignore me. Therefore, I really disappointed with the experience I have received, and I don't recommend Zuf Dental Care because it will be waste of your money and time.
