The whole process was super smooth, and they all took their time to explain everything clearly. The results are amazing! My teeth look so natural, and the color matching is spot on thanks to Altaf Ali Natha. I've gotten so many compliments since then. The bonding has made a huge difference in my confidence. Negative experience: This dentist - Adam, is a money grabber. Makes you wait past your appointment time, then has cheek to try and charge you if you’re late to the appointment by 10mins. Likes to employ gobby receptionists too.

Fantastic experience: Went to XO Dental for a second opinion after my current dentist said a cracked lower molar would need to be extracted. Faris took a look and said that it could be saved, explained what he needed to do to get a crown installed. 3 weeks later, crown in place and I am happily chewing again. I have now switched over to XO due to the care and attention received and also the reception area is just so relaxing, Tracy is there to answer any questions etc.

Negative experience: My experience at this dental practice was extremely unsatisfactory. I was provided with inaccurate and misleading information regarding the treatment and pricing. Despite being quoted a specific amount beforehand, I was later charged significantly more without proper explanation or prior notice. The level of service and communication fell well below expectations, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting XO Dental for general appointments for a while now, and I’ve received amazing service every single time. The whole team is incredibly polite, accommodating, and always gives the best advice tailored to my needs. Most recently, I came in for wisdom teeth removal, and I can honestly say I was shocked by how smooth the whole experience was. Adam carried out the procedure quickly and with such skill that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Throughout the treatment, both Adam and his assistant kept making jokes and chatting with me just to keep me distracted and smiling—which really helped take my mind off everything and ease my nerves. The assistant was incredibly caring and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their professionalism, warmth, and sense of humor made a huge difference. A few hours after leaving the practice, some bleeding started. I reached out through social media and was amazed by how quickly someone responded—despite it being out of hours. They guided me through the steps to stop the bleeding with clear instructions and even arranged a follow-up appointment the very next day to check everything was fine before I flew out. That level of care, even outside regular hours, is truly rare—and speaks volumes about how dedicated the team is. I genuinely trust Adam and the team at XO Dental with any future treatments. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Well where to start…. After losing my two front teeth before Christmas being offered dentures by my NHS dentist definitely wasn’t an option! So looking around I saw XO online and gave them a call. From the first phone call to Tracey booking me in the whole team have looked after me getting 3d scans for temporary guards right through to the implant surgery. I decided to have my composite bonding removed and replaced in the day and what a difference! Even getting a burger for lunch with half a mouth of bonds in was an experience! Massive appreciation and shout out to Dr Adam and Meghan who’ve looked after me all the way through, now just waiting for the implants to fully heal before I get my full (new) smile back! If you want a 5 star first class experience then give them a ring and you definitely won’t be disappointed!!

Dr Patel explained everything I’d need in full detail and took great care on my first visit. The hygienist has completed all further procedures very professionally, explaining everything she’s doing & giving me breaks when needed. I’ve always been very nervous at dentists but it’s the complete opposite here! It’s modern, clean & calming and everyone here is great at what they do. Definitely worth the price.

Fantastic experience: I met with Dr Adam at the start of September to begin the long journey of rectifying my teeth after being a teenager and letting the orthodontist make a mess of my smile. After years of not opening my mouth to smile out of embarrassment, I decided enough was enough once I saw the practice open. It’s in such a convenient location for anyone in Preston and Dr Adam and his team are excellent. I had my composite bonding done and I couldn’t be happier! The pre-treatment and post-treatment has been great. Dr Adam listened to everything I wanted from my smile and made sure I was really comfortable going forward. The nurses are great and I’m really happy I went ahead with the treatment. Everyone has been complimenting my smile and saying how great my teeth are now! My som is now so confident after them seeing the exceptionally kind and patient hygienist that he is now having Invisalign which he is funding himself!
