Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dentist. I have been with another local one for years but I had as much luck getting an appointment there as I would have done being able to speak to The Queen (Big Liz) not this current one! I had not been to see a dentist for over 5 years because the previous dental surgery either never had an appointment within the month or if I had an appointment, it would be constantly cancelled by them due to 'unforeseen circumstances.' Here, I called for a check-up on a Monday and had an appointment the next day. This dentist had a lovely bedside manner, explained things clearly and was very encouraging about making sure I book my next appointment in six months time. The receptionists were very polite and well-presented. The hygienists were also very personable and pleasant as well. I am actually looking forward to my next dental appointment now!

Fantastic experience: My daughter visited Dr Sharon recently and we couldn’t have asked for better service. From the moment we entered we were greeted by friendly reception staff. Dr Sharon was really kind and helped my daughter feel at ease as she was nervous. Dr Sharon was very knowledgable and explained the process to my daughter in a child friendly way. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Sharon and Willenhall Dental Care to our friends and family.

Not to mention that I entered the adjacent surgery instead of the dental practice and Dr. Sharon noticed and kindly came to find me. Was checked by Dr. Jag and he was patient, precise, explained everything and that really helped me settle, which meant he could do what he needed to and I came out feeling confident/relieved that things were on the mend and could only get better from here. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing and having treatment with Dr Sharon Kaur for the last year and I am very happy to have found this practice. In particular, I have found her to be an extremely good listener and very empathetic towards me when I was nervous to start off with. She has gone out of her way to accommodate me when we found if difficult to schedule appointments, plus her work is excellent. I throughly recommend this dental practice, as they really know their stuff and they also care.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Willenhall Dental Care The staff was friendly, professional, and made me and family feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. All the Doctors especially Dr Darshin was thorough in explaining the treatment options and took great care during the procedure. The office was clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. I left feeling confident about my dental health and will definitely be returning for my future appointments. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I took my son for tooth extraction. Our Orthodontics requested before they do the braces, extraction was necessary. I contacted dental clinic in June for the same reason and was told practice manager will call me. I never received a call. When I contacted them, at first they refused to see him until 11th September. Which is the date of orthodontist appointment for braces. After requesting to speak to the practice manager, I was given today’s (3rd September) appointment. As soon as I entered Dr Sharon(practise manager) started talking rudely and loudly. At first started belittling me and making me look stupid. When I tried to explain, didn’t let me talk. I didn’t wanted to have a filing done in my son’s tooth. I didn’t wanted to drill his tooth and make a hole. Only wanted extraction of the tooth which was requested by orthodontist. She blackmailed me that either they do fillings first than extraction or we won’t do anything and your orthodontist appointment will be delayed. So unwilling I had to agree to her deal. She knew that my orthodontist only works on 3 months basis appointment. So if I miss September appointment it will be after Christmas. She also started complaining about my orthodontist not sending her X-Ray, not mentioning anything in details etc. And said you can call me when you see your orthodontist again. When I tried to call orthodontist while I was there, she rudely said phone calls not allowed here. Stay out there if you using phone. I told her I am on bed rest due to major operation i had to bring my son today due to no one was available to bring him. Again lack of empathy. She treated me badly today. She asked me if I m ready to sign documents for fillings and extractions? Even though I said Yes, she turned around and ask my son how old are you? When he replied 16, she turned around to me and said I don’t need your consent. He can consent himself. It was like I don’t care whatever you say. I will ask your son kind of an attitude. This all started since we got braces done from India in December 2023. They started that rudeness and belittling from Dr Virk then carried on by reception staff to Dr Sharon. Because I decided to use different orthodontist and not the referrals from their listed orthodontist. It is not my fault that all other orthodontist refuses to accept my children on NHS. Therefore I had to go to Accessible orthodontist who accepted my children on NHS. I had enough from this Clinic. I am cancelling our registration from here. I will find somewhere who will have some respect, care and empathy for their patients. Dr Sharon you are one arrogant and ignorant person. Show some empathy and humanity to your patients. Or else one day this clinic will be closed forever.

Fantastic experience: This practice is the best I’ve been to in all the time I’ve been going to the dentist, first time I’ve been to this one and I felt like I was in the best hands possible, from the ladies on the front desk to sitting in the chair, Micheal was who I was seen by and his brilliant colleague who I failed to get the name of (sorry) both gave excellent patient care and advice, so from walking in to walking out an excellent experience from start to finish, GREAT JOB!!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this Dental practice and Dr Virk to anyone. We switched from another practice after having issues and any concerns we had were immediately resolved. We are always seen promptly on arrival and Dr Virk’s kind but efficient manner is most reassuring for my daughter and myself. This is not our nearest practice but I am happy to travel slightly further to receive the excellent service this practice provides and family members who have made the switch on my recommendation also agree!

Negative experience: Dentist seemed OK to start with then starts to be insulting like your stupid, He gave me a scale 1 year ago and then another resently he said a scale not a scale under the gums which I wouldn't have done, And sorry I did now as I'm in pain he also said if I didn't have it done as in finished I'd have to be put to sleep and have it done, I didn't want under my gums doing. I have no fillings (I'm middle aged) The first time I went there he said my teeth were terrible and second time I called him on it he said your teeth are fine it's your gums you've got gum disease and then back tracked nearly gum disease now my teeth where he did scale, as I stopped it due to the pain is still so painful and i think he's damaged one of my teeth, he didn't tell me about any complications that can happen and and I'm tired of money hungry Dentists as in each Dentist including this one I go to seem to what to fill my teeth so I go to another for a second opinion and guess what 2 or 3 appointments later they what to fill a different tooth. Shame I can't give zero stars

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service at this dental surgery. From registration to appointments for myself and my two boys. I am an anxious patient and Dr Sharon as well as Dr Michael have been fantastic. I had an extraction and they were great at making me feel comfortable. It hasn’t been the easiest healing process and both drs have been superb in making sure I have some guidance either by phone and being seen to when necessary. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: So very saddened to have to write this review. We have been attending this dentist since our son had turned a year old. For the first 5 years we couldn’t have praised this dental care enough. However, after this time the care for patients had declined. Sharon was our family dentist then furthered her career in Aesthetics, then we were being seen by her husband. Needless to say the care declined from then. Sharon’s attitude changed towards us in what sounded like she was belittling us. We had an appointment booked in the holidays for the whole family, however my son’s conditions had changed since his last visit whereby he has been diagnosed with Autism. So I rang the receptionist in the morning to advise this of my son to which she replied “if your son doesn’t open his mouth we would have to get him seen by someone else!!” My heart sank after hearing this as my son was already anxious to visit the dentist but had become used to visiting here. I informed my husband and we agreed to leave this dental practice for another one. So I called the practice back to cancel the appointments and advised we would do somewhere else. Almost an hour later I received a phone call from the dentist offering us an appointment the following week with Sharon, I advised we would be unable to attend this. The receptionist put me on hold and then Sharon came on the phone.She told me she has come into the surgery especially with her children to speak to me. I could hardly get a word in edge ways as she continually spoke about how she deals with aesthetics now and that till her kids have reached the age of 18, that is her priority!! I calmly said to Sharon that this conversation is unnecessary and is getting us nowhere. I have no idea why I was spoken to in this way, and why she gave a breakdown of her life. I mean to have a meltdown on the phone to a client from your dentist is unheard of. I would avoid this dentist at all costs, especially if you expect to be treated with care and respect.

Fantastic experience: We had initially gone to Dr.Sharon for my child’s regular dental checkup and she made my child feel very happy about future visits :). When I went in for my consult, I was quite scared of getting a shot in my gums, and it had been quite a while since my last dental consult. She was very understanding, patient and she is extremely competent professionally - I did not feel a thing when I actually got the shot. She is very friendly and prioritised my comfort over everything else during the appointment. I would highly recommend her.

Negative experience: Absolutely worst dentist I’ve been to. Was told that I need 2 fillings, don’t cope well with having needles, got referred to the hospital to have gas. The referred later never showed up. Was asked why I didn’t go to the appointment and said I didn’t receive a the letter or phone call. He didn’t seem to believe me. I suffer with autism, adhd, anxiety, and health anxiety told me bluntly that I could lose the tooth. He tried to manipulate me into having it done there. Left me in a tears, state of panic and destress to the point I had a panic attack. Spent the rest of the day worrying. Absolutely no empathy in him and clearly not trained to deal with people with special needs, would not recommend. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Going to find new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Willenhall Dental Practice deliver on every aspect of quality care. My three children went for their check up and despite have a nervous child, the dentist was so patient, took the time to build a rapport with my son and the check up was so calm. Professional, personalised and quality dentists. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Being trying to register for a whole year and still haven't been able to get seen, incompetent receptionists that fob you off everytime you call them, worst dentist I've every heard of

Negative experience: The reception was good but what I don't like was that on seeing the Dentist, the teeth inspection was done in a rush, I paid to have a good service but was hurriedly attended to within 10 to 15 minutes. There wasn't room for the Dentist to let me explain the major issue I had, as up till now the issue got even worse. I am not satisfied, and intend registering at another Dental Service.

I've had a crown fitted and a large composite filling put in, and my experience has been incredibly positive. The dentist is patient and reassuring, explains everything, keeps checking that I'm OK and is efficient and honest. The team are fantastic and the centre is very well run. Negative experience: Moved to a new location and found it difficult to find dentists who are excellent in their work and truly cares for their patients. Today, I again experienced their passion for their work when the dentist went above and beyond to help me with my toothache. Thank you for great work. I had to ammend this review because of their total refusal to see my wife. She is registered with them so they are no doubt collecting from the NHS. It has been 6 months of frequent xalling to try and get an appointment. What happened to duty of care?

Fantastic experience: I went to Willenhall Dental Practice today and just wanted to say that the place made me feel really safe. I am a critically vulnerable patient who has been shielding and I felt so safe and secure there.They had everything in place from hand sanitisers and safety equipment to baskets for my coats and bags. The Dentist that treated me today was wonderful. She was professional and throughout the procedure she explained what she was doing and made me feel at ease. During these uncertain times it is so reassuring to be treated by such professionals. I am really pleased with my new look tooth and can smile again now.

Fantastic experience: My name is Sharon Taylor and I have just had an emergency extraction this morning. I would start by sayjng that I am a very nervous patient as have had a couple of bad dentist experiences in the past. When I call the surgery I was reassured that they would do everything oossible to get me pain free. I was seen within half hour, numbed up and the tooth taken out in 5 minutes pain free. I cannot thank Dr Virk enough, he was considerate, kind and reassured me every step of the way. I would have given them more than 5stars if that was possible. I would recommend them to anyone nervous disposition as they were brillianf.

Negative experience: My girlfriend visited back in February for a check up to be told she needed 5 fillings. She was pressured into having at least 2 on the day, these were both done incorrectly and have caused many sleepless nights to the point she is still in pain today and cannot eat hard foods. Additionally, every time my girlfriend asked any question, the dentist "cannot answer that question as it holds him responsible". This, in my opinion, is utterly irresponsible and no professional should act in this manor. After returning 3 weeks after the surgery she was told to "deal with it" and was pressured again into another appointment that caused major anxiety to her. We moved to a private dentist to be told she did not need any fillings at all and the filling that has been done is terrible. All in all a terrible experience for her. I appreciate dental care is expensive and using the NHS is vital for lots of families. All I advise is to ask questions, ensure the treatment you're getting is correct and keep in mind that NHS dentist, like this one, will push treatments onto you so they can increase their profit margin.

Fantastic experience: I attended the BTC lips master class with Dr. Sharon on Saturday. It was the best practical course I have been on in this field and I loved every minute. Dr. Sharon is such an approachable teacher and by far one of the best in her field. Thank you for helping me feel confident to carry out beautiful lips for my patients.

Fantastic experience: I was with a different dentist and hated going so would only go when i really needed to as i am a nervous person. I moved to this one as had bit of toothache and needed a check up anyway. Since being with Willenhall Dental Surgery i go for my check ups every 6 months. Highly recommended to nervous patiants like myself.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sharon is an excellent practitioner in facial aesthetics! I have had 2 treatments from Dr. Sharon over the last few months. Firstly Dermaplaning which left my skin glowing and refreshed. Sharon made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process and the benefits of the procedure....I will never have normal facial again! My makeup glided on and skin felt amazing afterwards. Secondly - Lip filler. I have wanted this done for a while and Dr. Sharon advised me from the start what i needed. She completely understood my expectations and I am so pleased with how natural my lips look! Dr.Sharon is by far the most thorough and professional practitioner I have met. During the procedure she made me feel comfortable and gave me lots of reassurance and still continued to advise me. Post procedure Sharon explained fully what I would expect to happen and advised me on my next steps. I'm so happy with the results! I wouldn't go to anyone else for facial aesthetic treatment!

Fantastic experience: Never liked the dentist, had some bad experiences in the past. However, since coming here I no longer dread my appointments. Recently had to have a root canal and crown. He put my mind at rest and kept making sure I was OK throughout the procedure. Crown is fantastic, matches my teeth perfectly, can't tell which one it is. He is a fantastic dentist. And all the staff are so friendly too.
