Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at The Treatment Centre for a number of years and have always received the very highest quality of dental care and service. Consistently excellent in all aspects of care.

Positive experience: Visit to the hygenist on 14th Jan 2025. Teeth cleaned well.

Fantastic experience: As always, dealt with sensitively and professionally. Hygienist was very prepared and aware of my history and I felt as if I had a choice and say in my oneward care.

Fantastic experience: 1st February 2022, Minor emergency waking up with toothache . Rang the surgery who would have booked me in right away if the pain had been acute so made an appointment for a couple of weeks on given the covid pressures. Fortunately there was a cancellation and an earlier appointment was offered - thorough examination with x rays and the issues resolved by Dr Taylor and crew - again brilliant friendly dentistry ... Thanks folks. Alex .2nd September 2021, Brilliant reconstruction of a couple of elderly and damaged front teeth... ..as ever excellent, friendly, painless dentistry .. Thanks again Dr Taylor and co.. Alex 25th may 2021 couple of covid years since the last review - strange to see the new arrangements in place - very efficiently organised in line with the current concerns - as ever a friendly , thorough and expert examination with future hygienist and check up appointments now in place. - Thanks folks ... Alex Another excellent experience at the Treatment Centre - one of many over the years - went in for a check up but had had a filling issue recently and the centre restructured the appointment to allow extra time at very short notice . Dr Taylor kindly replaced the filling as well as undertaking the check up. As ever great service and a friendly atmosphere.... 26th September 2023. Check up and hygienist appointments as part of a new treatment plan schedule :- usual friendly and efficient service in a relaxed atmosphere ...... November 2025 A rebuild of aging front teeth done by the surgery many years ago finally needs replacement.. Again as usual with this practice and the excellent DrTaylor after careful consultation the first stage of the refurbishment…which took the better part of an hour..has been completed. Quite a transformation… Thanks again Alex January 2026 Many thanks for a brilliant completion of the extensive rebuild and repair…my very elderly front teeth now look better than they did 20 years ago!! Fantastic experience: I honestly wish there were more stars to give. where to even begin as an extremely anxious person who HAD a deep dread regarding going to the dentist I finally had the confidence and was encouraged by a family member. on initial consultation of meeting the team and the process of becoming a patient at the Treatment Centre was extremely easy to sign up and had great support from the receptionists and the whole team from day one. Highly recommended for anyone who's not been in a while great prices and DR Brian Needham who will explain everything that the procedure involves long before starting any work certainly helped to put my mind at rest 10/10 will defiantly be going back again

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction from another practise but a week later i was still in pain.I rang 111 and they put me in touch with this practise. From the friendly receptionist to the dentist Simon Jennings everyone was profesional kind and efficent. The dentist explained the problem and sorted it. I actually left feeling confident in my treatment. The clinic is modern and clean.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Needham is a brilliant dentist and absolute credit to the practice. I have a severe phobia of dentists and have looked without success for a dentist that I can feel comfortable with. However, Dr. Needham is now that dentist. He talks you through absolutely everything he is doing so that you know exactly what is happening, explains why he's doing certain things and what he's specifically checking for. He is kind, open and he now has a patient for life. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. His wife/dental nurse Rebecca, is also such a gentle and warm person so you know you're in the best hands. It makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience and not one to fear anymore. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr Brian Needham at TTC. I’m quite a nervous patient, but he recognised that straight away. He was reassuring throughout, and he has a brilliant sense of humour that instantly puts you at ease. He gave clear guidance, talked me through my options, and made sure I felt informed and confident about what might be required in my treatment pathway. He explained everything in a way that’s genuinely easy to understand. I couldn’t recommend him more highly

I have also received excellent treatment and care from Finn and Ollie regarding my implant which has transformed my smile and general appearance again strongly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We had a really great experience here today. My daughter (13) had to have 3 teeth removed in preparation for braces and honestly the treatment was flawless. She was made to feel completely at ease before, during and after the procedure. She honestly felt no pain at all and the dentist we had (I believe it was Henry) was so professional and friendly. Lovely clean and welcoming dentist, thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive before my appointment with Olly this afternoon. He explained exactly what was going to happen and put me at my ease. He extracted my front tooth and showed me how to put in the retainer which I will need before my bridge is fitted in three months’ time. Everyone at the practice is calm, friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending The Treatment Centre for around 10 years. Mostly as a younger person/student via NHS dentistry. I have always felt a lot of anxiety around visiting the dentist (with dental anxiety in general!) but it is not necessary here - the staff have always been caring, gentle and professional and I always leave feeling relieved and reassured. Susan always listens to any concerns I have and puts me at ease. Over the past few years I have moved over to their private dentistry, which was a clear and easy process. There are a good selection of practice plans, reasonably priced, with any annual price increases outlined clearly. I was able to register my son with The Treatment Centre when he was 2 months old (during my check up) and he has since had two check ups here - it can be difficult for young children to feel comfortable with strangers poking around their mouths, but the staff do a wonderful job of checking quickly and being friendly throughout (with stickers to save the day!) and it will enable him to build up trust with the dentist and checkup procedures. I look forward to my future checkups!

A day later I had a query about the way it felt and was given an appointment for the following week. My dentist (Sue) immediately saw that it needed to be polished again and sorted it there and then. Fantastic experience: A fantastic dental practice, The Treatment Centre has always treated me with upmost respect, given me the best treatment for me, and the options available that suit my budget, no sales pressure, just pure dental care, all the staff have always been polite and done there best for me, getting appointments set to suit me, I have been with them for many years, and have seen many changes in the practice, I have no need to seek a different practice, as I'm very happy and have confidence they will continue to look after my teeth and wellbeing. My recent visit went well, and have a new dental practioner and needed an updated full assessment of my teeth and gums, was done diligently, politely and with care. I am happy with the service provided to me, and long may it will continue.

Fantastic experience: Anna & Kristie performed a 6.5hr composite bonding treatment for me today, and I’m beyond happy with the results & experience! They selflessly worked without a break, whilst putting me at complete ease throughout with a personal yet professional approach. I cannot recommend them, and the practise, enough!
