Fantastic experience: This dental practice is outstanding. I have been a patient for over 30 years and have always found the level of care to be impeccable. They genuinely care about my health, with a strong focus on preventative measures. When a restoration is needed, it is carried out with expertise and attention to detail, which is evident in their work. Their service is personable without being overbearing, and there is no hard selling here. Restorations are fairly priced and clearly explained, with a strategic cost-benefit analysis applied to any major procedures. I receive the treatment options that are necessary, and these options are well justified. No one wants the expense, hassle, or pain of dental treatment, so it is reassuring to find a team of professionals who do their utmost to avoid unnecessary procedures, act with professional integrity, and work with you to determine the best approach for preserving one's dental hygiene and capabilities. Well done to Richard and the team for running an excellent healthcare practice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic practice, if you haven't got a dentist I suggest you take up this practice , my wife and myself have been going for over 20 years, it's a very well organised practice

Negative experience: I called today for an emergency appointment as a terrified local person needing a private consultation, the lady who took my call was unhelpful, curt and really showed no compassion at all. For someone who hasn't been to the dentist in long time, that first step of making a phone call today took strength and I really hoped to find someone more willing to support than I did. A quick Google later and another local practice couldn't have been more welcoming, supportive and understanding! I am glad to advise I will not be attending Synergy Dental and I hope the person who answered reads my review and considers people who maybe afraid to attend and make calls to dentists, a little kindness would of gone a long way!

Fantastic experience: Kind and helpful reception staff alongside excellent clinical care every time I visit the clinic. Twice now have been rescued with short notice emergency appointments . This is gold star service not easy to find. I would not hesitate to recommend the Biddulph Synergy clinic.

Fantastic experience: Jane Johnson - I received an excellent service from Angie on Tuesday. She always gives good advice regarding the maintenance of my teeth. Angie is continually very professional, meticulous in her work as well as being caring in respect of the patients' welfare.

Fantastic experience: I rang for an appointment 14 12.23 to discuss some symptoms after an operation to remove gland back in Aug 23 as i had some concerns. I was seen the following day and after a thorough check up was assured that it was normal healing. Quick service friendly and grateful for the check and advice.

Fantastic experience: Been with synergy for a number of years and from when you walk in you are welcomed with a smile and happy reception staff. It is always clean neat and tidy and all employees are always helpful. The dentist and hygienist are always upfront, honest and approachable. My daughters dentist was fantastic when she had to have a tooth removed. Aimee talked and chatted to her all the way through, that put her at ease. Excellent to see and my daughter still likes going. Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment at Synergy in Biddulph. I have not visited a dentist for 3 years and was absolutely petrified. As I sat in the waiting room I even contemplated leaving. I was seen for my check up by Amelia who was just the most lovely dentist. She explained every step of the way what she was doing and why. I can honestly say I have never had such a thorough examination and honestly never felt a thing. I came away from my visit knowing that I will have a treatment plan that will eventually give me the smile I want .

Fantastic experience: From the moment you arrive at synergy dental in biddulph your met with a warm welcome usual by Hayley or Lesley. The waiting room is tastefully done which puts you at ease while you await your appointment. Having spent many years moving from one dentist to another finally I have come across a professional and caring team led by Richard. He always takes time to reassure you and explains what the plan is for any treatment you require. Angela the hygienist takes time to go through each process but there's a waiting list to get to see her. The last 2 appointments I have were emergency and was seen by the gentlemen who works with Richard again he put me at ease and filled me with confidence. A thankyou to all of the team.

Fantastic experience: Today was my hygienist appointment. When I arrived my wait time was minimal. I always feel like I'm being treated by a friend. The patient care is second to none. I will say the same about my dentist appointment last month too. I was a nervous patient once upon a time, but no longer thanks to Synergy dental.

Fantastic experience: Can't think of a single bad thing to say about Synergy. Always friendly and brilliant service. Every visit starts with the fantastically friendly and helpful Hayley on the front desk, and then it's over to one of the dentists/hygienists, all of which are brilliant. I've had several fillings with them over the years and they always take the time to make sure it's just right for you. My dental health has improved so much, to the point that they even recommended I move to a cheaper plan because I don't need checkups as regularly! They're actually looking out for what's best for me and not looking for ways to make money off of me. I travel a fair bit out of my way to go there since I moved house because I just can't imagine anyone being anywhere near as good.

Fantastic experience: I needed to find a dentist that made me feel very comfortable and with no judgment after a traumatic time before at another dentist. I haven't been to a dentist in quite a long time so am very embarrassed by my teeth. I was recommended synergy and iam so glad I chose them. Everyone I have come into contact with at the practise have been so lovely, kind and welcoming! Dr Ajay didn't make me feel embarrassed with my teeth he put me onto the right path to get my teeth great again. Angela is so lovely, you can just tell that she's a kind person both in and outside of the practise. I would recommend synergy to everyone. I think spending the time and the money on your teeth and health is so worth it when you go to a place that makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. So thank you for putting the trust back in for me to feel comfortable with going to the dentist!

From the moment you arrive all the staff are friendly, polite and professional. I have had excellent treatment from my dentist Ajay, hygienist Angela and all the staff assisting them. Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank Richard for a pain free experience yesterday. I normally find the anaesthetic causes my heart to race quite a lot and it makes me quite anxious. That has always been the case to date. Yesterday I didn't experience that at all which was absolutely wonderful and unexpected. Neither did I feel the injection at any point in my mouth! Richard really is a superb dentist and I trust him implicitly, he's very highly skilled and this is evident when you meet meet him. Thank you to the nurse who was wonderful, kind and very patient!!! Both Hayley and Lesley helped with my nervousness initially so thank you very much for being so understanding too. See you next month

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my teeth straitening process thanks to the team and Mr Armishaw at synergy dental. I am very happy with the outcome. It couldn’t be better. The orthocaps that I used were great, not painful, removable and best nearly invisible, could hardly tell I was using them. All in all the process took two years due to the large gaps I had but it has flown by and saw results so quick throughout the process. So glad that I decided to correct my teeth this way, it was straight forward and had great support and communication throughout from the team. A very big thank you!

It was painless and went very well and I even received a follow up call 2 days later to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this dentist practise. Very professional and attentive. Impressive, up to date use of technology from the TV in the ceiling to watch from the dentist’s chair to the integrated X-ray display on large screen helping you to have a clear understanding of what is going on in your mouth. Best of all the calm, friendly people at the core, from Hayley that seemed genuinely happy to meet me at the door, to Mr Armishaw’s easy professionalism as the clinician. Highly recommended.
