Fantastic experience: Fantastic and understanding dentist. Like many people I find going to the dentist a traumatic experience. Mr Almouslli is very thoughtful and able to accommodate my occasional panics.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist I find they always belittle you and rush you out the door ASAP. However, I couldn't fault Diane she was very talkative which helped me ease my anxiety. Gave me lots of really great advice and was very understanding. Her assistant Ammelia was attentive and professional and I felt that she was an expert in her feild. When i go to the dentist for hygeine I usually find I'm choking on my saliva because of inexperienced assistants however this was the best dental experience I've had, one that I could say I actually enjoyed. If you are someone who hates the dentist or you know of someone with Learning Disabilities who struggles with the usual NHS Dentists, then Diane and Ammelia are your best bet for treatment, worth every penny and it has changed my outlook of dentists.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming dental practice, Anas my dentist and his dental nurse were extremely clear on what they were going to be doing, for someone who has not been to the dentist in many years because of a dental mishap at my previous dentist they were both very reassuring and extremely understanding, Anas the dentist done a full examination and then giving me a dental plan of action and cost of the treatment. I used there 10 month interest free payment scheme which was approved in less than 10 minutes after filling in the online paperwork, my treatment has now started and all going to plan. Negative experience: Only giving one star as I cannot give zero. I had a crown fitted on one of my teeth at this clinic a couple of years back and two weeks ago it fell out, so I immediately rang them,explained the situation and got a check up appointment for today. In the meantime, while waiting, I just put the crown back on and it held solid for the whole two weeks. Went in this morning to see Zbigniew Brzuszek and told him the situation as well, he stuck the crown back on and suddenly I couldn't bite down anymore, he then proceeded to drill the crown down and eventually told me "that should be ok" and rushed me out of the office. Once I got into the car and looked in the mirror,I was horrified. The crown was not put in the correct position and was poking out of line from my other teeth, it was also drilled down to the point that the metal in the crown was now exposed and I still couldn't bite down properly. Went back in and confronted him, he replied that my "original tooth must have moved in those two weeks and that's why it's not in correctly anymore" even though I had the crown in for the whole time I was waiting and it was perfectly fine. Eventually after some backwards and forwards he told me to book another appointment with him to remove the crown and send it off to a lab to get it re porcelained "if I didn't like how the exposed metal looked". Ok great,go to make an appointment and of course the earliest they can get me in is 20th of August. Not sure whether to cry or laugh at this,like I'm supposed to walk around with a tooth poking out of my mouth like a sore thumb and not be able to chew food properly for over a month. So now I have to go somewhere else and pay more money to get it fixed because he couldn't do a simple job of putting a crown back in the correct position. Moral of the story, save your money and go somewhere else. The stress is not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good experience. Dentist understood I have a phobia of needles in my mouth as they ALWAYS hurt a lot, Been stitched up elsewhere with no problems, just my gums.. He did his best with three quick jabs but it still hurt, not his fault I’d sooner get three jabs from Tyson Fury as I’d be ‘out’ after one. back again next week. Such fun…

Fantastic experience: Friendly greeting on arrival. Also nice to see the refurbishment work taking place. First visit to see Yasmin. Warm and friendly greeting and explained what the visit was for. Yasmin has a very nice approach, kept me informed and gave different options for the next set of treatment. I hope Yasmin stays at the practice, we have had many different dentists and it can be disconcerting for those that are nervous about visiting the dentist.

Ashamed to say I hadn’t been for 2.5 years but in the past always saw Mo- he was amazing and always made me feel so at ease and explained everything in great detail, a lovely lovely guy. My check up with Anas this week was great and I felt in safe hands from start to finish as I did with Mo. Anas was welcoming, put me at ease and explained everything and also explained my options. Also happy to answer any questions. Fantastic dentist with lots of experience, I could tell. After having a few bad experiences at another dental practice’s in the past Mydentist has given me such a positive experience. The following day I came back for a hygiene appointment as they had a cancellation. It was with the hygienist Zoriaz. I was also very anxious as hygiene appointments are very uncomfortable for me as I have problems with my gums and sensitive teeth. What can I say, Zoriaz was amazing from start to finish. He explained the process to me In detail and was so careful, gentle, caring and thorough. He asked me through out if I was ok and stopped reguarly to let me swallow. Once completed he gave me aftercare advice and gave me samples of the dental brushes I need to use. I’m booked in again for 4 months time. Both Zoraiz and the dental nurse were fantastic. 5 star Dental practice that I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: My Dentist - Absolute disgrace of a company. After going here for years I now get a letter informing me I can no longer get services on the NHS. Why? Their explanation: Because a specified dentist I don’t even recognise no longer works there. Real reason: greed and a terrible government doing nothing about it.Even emergency appointments are “subject to capacity”, translated to “he/she who pays more takes priority”

Negative experience: I had an extremely upsetting experience at this clinic. I paid £130 for an appointment where the dentist saw me for five minutes, used an old x-ray from 2024, and prescribed two antibiotics without properly reassessing my worsening symptoms. Those antibiotics made me severely ill—vomiting, diarrhea, and weakness that landed me in hospital. Doctors advised me not to take those meds again. When I called the clinic back, clearly distressed, they gave me another appointment. In the waiting room, I shared my own experience with other patients who had the same appointment time. The dentist then confronted me, saying I shouldn’t talk to other clients. He stood up, raised his voice, and made me feel intimidated and disrespected. He said I was “lucky” to be seen and insisted no new x-ray was needed, despite my condition getting worse. I left feeling humiliated, ignored, and still in pain. I would not recommend this clinic based on the poor care, lack of proper follow-up, and how I was treated as a patient. The doctor name is ANAS ALMOUSLLI

Fantastic experience: Yasmin was excellent very gentle and reassuring. For the treatment I had to have injections which I hate, to numb the area being worked on. She explained the steps of the procedure so I knew exactly what was going to happen. The little dental nurse was very good too. I left the practice feeling happy with my treatment. Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this dentist( Anas) had an awful experience with an extraction months ago . having left a broken root in my gum . Oh don’t worry that will work it’s way out …..well I’ve been back twice and was told to persevere so I’ve persevered until I got an infection. Had my antibiotics , finished them still got a painful gum . He transferred me to another dentist 1 hr 30 mins away (can’t be seen till end of June ) At a cost , am I wrong in thinking I have paid to have a tooth out and the job wasn’t finished so he passes he buck to someone else ……at my cost . I did learn this morning on the phone from the Said Dentists receptionist that he is now saying it is fused into the bone ……news to me he never told me that .Excuse to cover the mess up I think . Well all I can say is at your own risk ⚠️ I do not recommend him at all . Oh another thing he told my partner his wiggly tooth would tightened up . No chance of that happening as told by another dentist . Not when you get to 79 years of age . He did refund my extraction cost but that doesn’t cover what I’ve got to pay with the next dentist. I’m 78 and I think this is a disgrace . No very professional to say the least . BEWARE.
