Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this dental practice for many years. Reception staff very nice and reception area clean, tidy and welcoming, and this comes from someone who doesn't like going to dentist. My dentist is Francisco amorim who is brilliant. Keep up the good work everyone

Fantastic experience: I really want to say a big thank you to the dentist that did my emergency tooth extraction, ( not my usual dentist), the tooth was very difficult and took a long time, but both the dentist and dental assistant, kept reassuring me and asking if I was OK. So just want to say again a BIG Thank You to the team..
Negative experience: Very unhappy with the service in every aspect. the booking, cancelling my appointments, waiting months after they cancel, unable to get emergency slot, the automated system, the dentists being late, the dentists lying about course treatment, they wont cover me for having my filling done again by a different dentist in their practice even though i ve paid for my previous and the filling fell out in 2 days. I need a crown now but they wont take the cost of the filling that lasted 2 days away from that cost, i suggested they just filled the tooth if that was a viable option but i expected it to last more then 2 days! now they are saying that i refused other treatment and and understood the risks, putting words in my mouth. This is Amrit Ahluwalia. I ve never had an issue with dentistry and always very flexible and understanding until recently at Inspire. I have heard similar issues from other patients at the practice so this review really reflects about 3 or 4 patients opinions.
Negative experience: booked in for half an hour cleaning did only 20 mins and skipped cleaning half teeth and just didn't seem to care about the procedure just rushed and get get out.
Fantastic experience: I had deep hygiene cleaning last week, it was tremendous, they gave me good 40 min and did cleaning and polish afterwards, my teeth looks amazing and no more swelling of gums . Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff - including the receptionists. Both the dentist I saw and the hygienist were proficient and talked me through everything they were doing. Parking at the back is cramped.
Negative experience: My son has pain in his teeth. I ask for an appointment and they say call tomorrow. I call them the next day and they say again call tomorrow.I call the next day and they told me to call 111 thankfully the NHS gave me an appointment. Don’t recommend this dentist place!!!!.
Positive experience: Dentists are excellent however I fined them very expensive for a NHS dentist. Services that used to be free you have to now pay privately for.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault this dentist. Staff are friendly and professional, dentists are the same. I had a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist and normally had to go for sedation. Now I feel comfortable going with no anxiety. Its also clean and tidy. Very happy
Negative experience: By far the rudest receptionist I have ever had the misfortune to have to talk to. The dentists are always polite but the receptionist, even though I was being extremely polite for the whole conversation, was extremely rude.
Positive experience: My family have been visiting this practice for many years and have received professional, thorough pro-active treatment from a kind, friendly dentist and his nurses. He used to be NHS but is now private. The reception staff are efficient and mostly friendly. Make sure you arrive and get booked in on time or your appointment will be cancelled. Parking is to the left behind the building, not to the right. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.
Negative experience: This dentist used to be good but then when my doctor left I got a different one and since then it went downhill… the service is so rushed and job not done correctly, I had a filling that needed to be fixed two times (it kept cracking) and I was blamed for that (I was told that im doing something wrong thats why the filling keeps cracking) and then I had to go to a different dentist privately, since then the filling is ok (that was around january 2025). Receptionists are so rude and unprofessional (except one lady she was always lovely but unfortunately dont know her name). Honestly this place values quantity over quality now. Stay away!

Negative experience: Quite bad experience 3 times with this dental clinic. Rude indian dental lady dr and a receptionist too and the same experience my in laws had as they were given low quality services as they are using nhs patient services.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at this practice were amazing. They were very kind, smiling and welcoming. They did dental assessment for me thoroughly and explained my options with gum issues. Negative experience: Very dissapointed. Have been at this dentist since I was a child. Understandably they removed me because I hadn't visited in a few years. However, my wife and daughter have been here for 5 years now. I registered my son when he was 1 and myself again and unfortunately missed the appointment due to my wife collapsing and needing surgery on the day of appointment so they removed me and my son from their register again.. Everytime I call to re register they have different responses everytime. From send an email to re register to outright we can't re register because you missed the appointment. Even though we had a valid reason. It's been 5 months of back of forth with no resolve. Appalled..
Fantastic experience: I use the dentist for check ups and anything else and recently saw a hygienist. The dentist I see is very warm and friendly and is very thorough. The hygienist made me feel very comfortable and really looked after me. I was at the appointment longer as I'd not had my teeth cleaned in a while. I have sensitive teeth and was anxious about the appointment. He was very careful and has done the best clean I've ever had so I'm very happy. As with anywhere, I guess it depends on who you see, but I'm very happy with both my dentist and the hygienist.

Negative experience: Booked a new patient appointment in mid-February and was given an appointment date in April. My appointment was then cancelled on me less than 12 hours before it was meant to happen (and I had taken time off work for it, so lost wages) and 3 full days have gone by with no contact despite being told in my cancellation text that they would be in touch to rebook me. I will be contacting them for a refund for my cancelled appointment and rescinding my registration--very unhappy.

Negative experience: Horrible experience here. Arrived for my appointment, due to the busyness in the reception area was checked in a couple of minutes late. Was then told they would have to contact the dentist to see if they can still see me. Was told NO and would have to make another appointment and come back! Made another appointment for it to then be cancelled and sent a horrible message saying my registration had been removed!!! I was told a letter was sent to me explaining my removal- never received any letter from them. No care or consideration for patients just money making business. I sent an email to practice managers and it was ignored! Just because I was an NHS patient they really didn’t care. Worst experience EVER!
Fantastic experience: Ive just had the best experience at a dentist in my life. My appointment with my hygienist could not have gone better. Prior to today I was hating how bad my teeth had got with staines, I now literally look like i have a new set of teeth. It was pain free as I asked for some numbing gel, he kept checking to make sure i was okay and was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone! Already booked another appointment for four months time.

Negative experience: I had booked appointment for both my kids and myself. Could not make it so I called and cancelled the appointment for myself but my kids still attended their appointment but the receptionist failed to process my cancellation. Then they are blaming me for failing to attend the appointment. they acknowledged their error but still removed me from their register and said I have to read their manager. I would love what the managers opinion would be.

Negative experience: Moved all my family to a different practice because of one thing after another. My review would be too long, one example, year's ago l said to one of your dentists about a gap between the tooth and gum, she said " oh l have the same thing it's not really a problem can't do much about that" few year's later I'm having to have root canal done on the tooth l was trying to highlight . LOOK FOR YOURSELVES OVERTIME DENTISTS THERE COME AND GO. What does that tell you? I may even get a response of this is what you experienced year's ago and surgery has now improved but not what my son experienced a few months ago so things never change

Negative experience: Although the staff are lovely and so are the dentists, you cannot get through on the phone when you need to. The company has either changed opening hours or just don't man the phones at times later in the day. I cannot get through to reschedule an appointment and then I get charged because I didn't let them know.

Negative experience: The dentists are lovely,receptionists are a hit and miss. I waited over 2 years to be able to sign up as an NHS patient. One time I couldn’t attend the hospital due to my dad falling ill so I called to cancel my appointment. I then received a threatening letter that if I miss my next appointment I will be deleted as an NHS patient. Absolute nonsense.

Negative experience: I had a routine appointment with Dr Faranak Rahim Doost today. The service was so rushed, in and out of the door in less than 10 minutes...I did not like the dentist's attitude at all. I felt that she was talking to me in a superior tone, not professional, actually felt like I don't want to come back here...I have not felt welcomed and cared for at all...mainly rushed and like they want me out of the door asap. Very dissapointed!!!

Fantastic experience: Called and booked an appointment for an hygiene service. I received a call a day before my appointment to remind me and to confirm I'm still able to attend. The facility has free parking. I was very pleased with the hygienist treatment and the service received.

Negative experience: My experience had been really great with them until I was told I could get a mouth guard free off universal credit (I am on universal credit) but was not told by the dentistry that I specifically had to have less than £400 on my takehome pay...this led to being fined £100 by the NHS and having to pay the dentist the original cost of £319.10 for a mouthguard, something I could have just bought for £15 from Sports Direct

Zero regrets, they always serve me well. - Especially Dr Francisco Amorim and the nurses, and reception team, are always professional. - Update 19/08/2024, visited for a Root Canal and was seen by Dr.Inigo Urriza, assisted by Dental nurse Ulmira. Procedure went well, absolutely painless! Excellent work, and very professional and affordable. This dental surgery is a true jewel. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had very bad exam with inspire dental they not taking any interest in NHS patient . they gave me two appointments in one year when I called them I am not able to come on my appointment with vaild reason they said we are not book second appointment to NHS patient if they deny first one . I had a bad toothache but they said we do nothing and cut the phone call . Very bad phone attiquates are also not good

Negative experience: Due to unfortunate circumstances I have not been able to attend this dentist for a while , be it pandemic , people passing away etc . But when ever I have tried to make an appointment I get an answer service which for me makes it very hard to deal with as I have to request a call back .I suffer from phone phobia and also work so getting a call back is difficult . I got through today to be told they won't see me anymore because it's been too long since my last appointment . Very disappointing especially as I have sent and recommend so many people to go there . Seems as long as you are a regular and they can keep taking your money you are fine.

Negative experience: Very bad experience happend with Inspire Dental in reading today. Really upset with the appointment . We had an appointment for both my children and booked this on January. Today from office came early and went to dental appointment. Reception lady said that’s simply it got cancelled because doctor not in today and need wait for another appointment till August . She can’t do any thing . It is really frustrated for me, waiting for this appointment since 5 months .They said simply Sorry and can’t do anything.I have received message regarding reminder as well. They said it’s automatic .

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Extremly helpful dentist. If it were not a dentist I would enjoy visiting. Even when I have had extractions, there is very little or no pain, even when I am expecting the same.

Negative experience: Experience was horrible. The entire service was very bad and felt very rushed which stressed us out even more. The forms were all wrong and the dentist talked in a condescending tone. We waited for 40 minutes and after finally getting service, we were told to fill out forms outside to allow someone else to get service instead. The dentist also said that our son ‘might not be our son’ when they refused to give us his forms.

Fantastic experience: It was excellent service, the staff were very profesional and friendly and all the work was done in paine free maner. I had an root canal infection and at other, only slightly higher rated dental clinics would have cost at least double. The person that administered the treatment Dr Mariana Pessoa is absolutely fantastic and I could not recommend her highly enough and her colleagues at the clinic. They are busy on tne phones znd you might need to wait quite sometime, but the wIting is totally worth it.

Negative experience: The existence of Inspire dental unfortunately in Reading is a complete disaster and totally waste of patient's time and even value. Inspire dental from receptionists to dentist and even their management (manager/manageress) all are terribly corrupt when it comes avoid and or delaying the treatment of a patient. Simply you won't get treated but will be sent home untreated each time instead. A patient won't be and or have choice to be seen or treated by any other dentist when the patient isn't satisfied on none of the occasions at all. Not just that but even then when your dentist not even in the UK but elsewhere in the world when they (he/she) are on their holidays and you won't be putting through with the dental practice's manager/manageress even then when you were essentially to speak to raise any complaints and then receptionists won't let it happen (won't transfer your call to them but keep on arguing with you for long time and you then you ended up ending your call upon being threatened that if the caller doesn't stop asking to put through with the practice manager/manageress then their call will be terminated. In the end/as a result "your complain won't be resolved ever.

Negative experience: Receptionist is not professionally . Their attitude make me feel, I don't care if you come or not. I don't care of you feel comfortable in here. The premises is clean, but people are cold. Their Google rates are 3.9 which is very low, do not go there.

Negative experience: From the moment I stepped into inspire Dental, I was greeted with an air of indifference that set the tone for what was to be a thoroughly disappointing visit. The dentist I had the misfortune of seeing, was curt and dismissive. Her demeanor was not just unprofessional; it was downright rude. She seemed to regard my questions as a nuisance, answering them with a condescending tone that left me feeling small and unheard. The examination itself was rushed and rough, with little regard for patient comfort. The Dr. manner continued throughout the procedure, making an already stressful situation even more unnerving. In summary, my experience at inspire Dental was far from the standard one would expect from a professional healthcare provider. The lack of courtesy, empathy, and quality care was startling. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a compassionate and competent dental service.

Negative experience: Called one day ago for an emergency appointment they told me to call next day at 8am and get registered over the phone. Called this morning only to be told I had to get a form in person and then it will take couple of day to process then I can call for an emergency appointment - before I could even say anything, the girl over the phone just hangs up the phone on my face. Im calling for an emergency appointment as I can’t bear the pain; I couldn’t even explain myself. Unprofessional and Horrible service. The reception are not consistent with what information they give out. I pushed over my pain all night because of one persons advice only to be told otherwise and get a phone hung up on my face.

Positive experience: Had registered here and missed to book for the initial appointment, so they cancelled my registration. However when I approached them again for registering as a new patient, they reactivated my old details and quickly gave me my 1st appointment. Negative experience: Hi can we please teach our receptionists basic phone call manners. There’s no need to be spoken to like I’m annoying someone when it’s their job to sit and help me. No one cares that it’s Monday and you can’t arsed to sound professional.

Negative experience: Today I had an appointment with them for hygiene cleaning. Worst experience... the lady who did it for me was not very confident and the equipment was not in good condition.. she called others. But no one came and she had done manually without machine. For this service I paid 69£. Waste of time and money. My appointment time and date August 15, 2023 at 10.30am Scared me to sit for this again.

Negative experience: The worst and unprofessional dental practice ever. I would have given them sub zero rating, if I can. We dropped our forms to register as new patients last May. We were told to wait for their call for the first appointment. We have waited for a year, and were told that we haven't been registered with the practice. They don't have our record. I called and asked why. They insisted that we needed to call to make appointments. They are not accepting us as new patients any more. Totally unprofessional!

Negative experience: The current dentist won’t clean your teeth during a check up even though it is included in their own documents. She will constantly try to upsell private dentistry even though a clean and polish is included on the NHS. She didn’t even try to clean or even do the check-up before telling me she won’t try to clean the teeth. Won’t be returning here again as I have just left with dirty teeth and bleeding gums after a 1 minute check-up that was 20mins late

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment for a chipped and worn tooth that gave me some pain over the Easter weekend, I called at 8am and spoke to Sarah who managed to book me in for 10am. The Dentist I saw was fantastic, and managed a good repair, as I am 70 I don't expect too much, but just what was needed. Thanks to all.

Negative experience: Absolutely rubbish care at inspire dental can’t even read X-ray properly ,no clear advice for pain management only justifying that nhs is underfunded and they can’t offer a treatment as per dentist ; nhs say that if u have enough teeth in mouth we can’t offer a treatment and only offer extraction ! awful care !
