Fantastic experience: Having had many difficult historical dental experiences, and being a very nervous patient as a result of these, I was very apprehensive going to a new practice. I needn’t have worried, I cannot fault Didcot Dental Studio. They have shown kindness and understanding to my fears and concerns and treated me with great care, in addition to accommodating appointments to fit in with my hectic lifestyle. I knew I’d need a lot of dental work, this has been addressed and planned by Dr A J with honesty and I have been fully informed about the necessary treatment and costs. My treatment so far has restored my faith in dentistry, the hygienists have made a positive impact and difference, and Dr A J has been not only professional in his manner but also in the treatment I have had so far. I still have a way to go, however, I no longer have the fears I have due to the confidence I now have in the exceptional care and treatment Dr A J and his team provide . Fantastic experience: Very thorough appointment with photos and X-rays taken. Unlike at other private dentists, I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me add ons which was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I visit the studio regularly for hygienist and dentist appointments. They are always very helpful, polite and efficient in running the practise. The hygienist always does a very thorough job and I feel my teeth are very well looked after! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Edit, not to be trusted. Give you prices while you are there and then phone you up with prices that are up by a third!! Also the amount of contact made to remind you of your appointment is ridiculous. Finance is also charged at 10% From first contact to book through to walking through the door the service is excellent. The greeting you get is exceptional and the treatment and findings of your checkup are so well done with everything explained to you throughly and with perfect explanation of what needs doing and why, with photos so you can actually see the reason for yourself. You are made to feel so welcome and the service you receive is the best out there. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Nathalie at front of house was so welcoming and friendly — she instantly put me at ease and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr AJ was incredibly professional, thorough, and kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely cared for. You can really tell he’s passionate about what he does and values his patients. Kiera, the dental nurse, was also brilliant — calm, reassuring, and attentive throughout the appointment. Together, the whole team created such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit. Thank you all — I actually look to coming back!

Negative experience: Too fast and too aggressive , I was in pain during cleaning but this is normal with gum disease, however it shouldn’t be so fast paced and more gentle , this is not how you should treat your customer( it’s not a race ). Advice was good but the whole cleaning process was rather terrible.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is the one to go to if you're scared of dentists. They're so calm, clean, caring and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist Hollie is incredibly welcome and has a calming presence to ease any anxiety. They offer flavoured sparkling water as well to stay hydrated. I can honestly say for the first time in a long time, I'm looking forward to my appointment again.

Fantastic experience: Just finished a course of treatment with Khadija. I had a broken tooth and some roots removed as well as treatment on my gums. The process couldn’t have been explained clearer. The level of care and consideration is what made the biggest difference. I am a very anxious patient who had bad dental health and I couldn’t have received better treatment and most importantly for me, how I was treated as an individual - amazing care and after care! Holly also added so much reassurance, organisation and communication to the process - took away all the stress and provided invaluable information. Fantastic experience: I had teeth in a day - all on 4 full mouth implants at Didcot Dental Studio with Dr. AJ and Dr. Pasha. The treatment went extremely well. I did not feel any pain at all and was asleep for the majority of the procedure. I haven't liked my teeth for such a long time and now they are straight and white. I couldn't be happier with the results. I am looking forward to getting the final teeth fitted in a few months which are going to be even more beautiful

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I’ve found this dental practice! I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in the very same morning. The team was incredibly professional and efficient – I had an X-ray done straight away, the cause of the pain was diagnosed, and I was prescribed antibiotics to help settle things before my wisdom tooth removal, which they have booked in for two weeks time. I’ve since returned for a new client consultation, and I was really impressed by how thorough the examination was. It was great to see detailed photos on the screen in front of me while everything was explained clearly. I was advised that I’ll need a filling, but that it can wait until after the wisdom tooth has been taken out. I’ve now booked a follow-up in two months to check how the area is healing and to discuss the filling. Overall, excellent service – friendly, professional, and reassuring. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: New to the area and needed a new dentist. Had seen Didcot Dental Centre previously and was impressed by its location and pleasant office. Managed to book the appointments for my children over what’s app on a Sunday (whilst on holiday in France!) - could chat with someone real, work out the best time to bring all 3 children in and was given payment links to secure the appointments. I revived follow up messages and a phone call the day before to confirm the bookings. All very easy and convenient and I’m looking forward to booking myself in. The actual dental appointment was very friendly and informative and all 3 children came out happy. A great experience! Thanks

Fantastic experience: Iv been with AJ for years, moved here with him from a previous practice. His work is always excellent, we have worked through multiple crowns saving multiple teeth. it is always clearly laid out, with great surrounding care. The practice is clean, smart and new giving a lot of confidence and a good overall experience with receptionist through to hygienists too. I have recommended to my wife and in laws and everyone is now with the practice with various dentists all having a great experience through regular, emergency and extensive work appointments. Worth the money.

I'm just about to start my Invisalign treatment with DDS and feel confident with the process. I've dropped a star as the communication between staff/receptionists could be improved - I've received a few phone calls asking me to update details that I've previously updated and there has been some confusion with appointments, but Cat and Emily have been fantastic in sorting things out for me. Customer service here is second to none and I would recommend to anyone!
