Fantastic experience: I took my 3 year old here this morning after he had an accident last night and hit around his mouth. Firstly, I rang and 8am expecting a battle for an appointment and the receptionist was so lovely and reassuring and offered me an appointment at 9:40am! The experience was wonderful from start to finish. It was my son's first dentist trip and Dr Hammad Kahn was so patient and engaging with my son, showing interest in his dentist book and letting him hold tools. As a result my little boy was super comfortable and lay back and let Dr Kahn look at his injury and give him a full check up! He was delighted with the stickers at the end. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience - we will definitely be bringing the children (and ourselves) here for every dentist appointment from now on! Would highly recommend to all.

Positive experience: Having just moved to the area three years ago Jones were able to provide an emergency fix at short notice just before Xmas. Since then I have had regular check-ups and further work, all very satisfactory. The atmosphere is calm and professional - and so is the work ! Over a period of nearly a year I have had an implant prepared and inserted to replace a molar. The experience has been excellent, in terms of both the information provided, the work performed, and the end result. I am usually pretty wary of recommending services, as they can vary from person to person, and I was lucky in that everything went according to plan. But I would recommend anyone thinking of getting an implant to have the initial consultation, and then make their own decision.

Fantastic experience: For anyone with a dental phobia I highly recommend Jones Dental Clinic. I saw Dr Patel and Deena for an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth which needed filling. Dr Patel and Deena put me completely at ease and talked through everything calmly with me. I would also like to thank the friendly and helpful staff on Reception too. Negative experience: I have never ever left a bad review before but I feel compelled to share our awful experience in the hope of preventing others from going through the same. It is without question the worst doctor we have ever visited. while the company has very good doctors, Dr. William Yu is an exception please avoid this person at all costs so disappointing, he was all the time spoking on the phone with his wife and arguing with her and I was waiting with my mouth open.

Negative experience: Good quality treatment, great attitude, but all of this for a higher price. However, 1 star rate is for charging me an extra £70 emergency fee. They didn't tell me about this fee when I booked my appointment and paid the deposit. They told me about this fee when I came at 4 PM on Saturday. Since the deposit has been already paid and no chance to find another dentist on Saturday evening, I had to accept the emergency fee but I think it was not fair.

Hygienists (Donna in particular) is friendly, calming and brilliant at her job. Fantastic experience: Following my initial consultation appointment I had a filling done today and I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist, I was genuinely shocked at the amazing job that was done as you couldn’t even see the repair. From the moment you enter the door until you leave you are met with some of the most wonderful, caring, professional people that just work perfectly together. I have spent years with dental problems but now I couldn’t be more happier that we are on the track to a proper solution at an incredibly reasonable cost but also a realistic ongoing maintenance plan. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received and couldn’t recommend this clinic more, especially loved the advice to not be tempted to chew my mouth or I would regret it when the numbing wears off!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with dentist Amit Patel. He was assisted by nurse Deena Parrot. A wonderful, beautiful, professional team that works perfectly, with quality and with care for patients. They solved all my dental problems and gave me advice on how to avoid them in the future. I am extremely satisfied and recommend this clinic, especially the team of Amit and Deena.

Negative experience: Avoid please! 3 weeks ago I asked to have appointment with my regular dentist, which I haven't seen for three years, so I wasn't sure she is still there. I asked for Saturday and Receptionist said she is available in three weeks time, of course I paid the deposit. The day before my appointment I got message with details of my appointment but name of dentist was different than what I booked. I paid the deposit so I would loose the money If I would say I don't want appointment with this dentist. Unfortunately service I received was horrible, nothing what I had before, and this is very, very sad they easily took money from me and forgot to tell me my dentist is not with them anymore.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years and all I can say is BRILLIANT from the moment you get greeted by one of the receptionists to extractions to root canals, really friendly and extremely professional, can’t praise them enough

Both of them are very professional and have the patience to explain the process and offer support, which for patients as myself is top priority.

Negative experience: Asked for an assessment for second opinion regarding management of fractured tooth but was declined. Their policy is not to provide second opinion. My conclusion, they do not put patients first but other interests. Would not want to be patient there.

Positive experience: Got me in straight away which was good but charged me £85 for an emergency appt despite me being with the dentist since I was a child so over 30 years . reason given was that I haven't had an appointment for 2 years so I'm no longer registered.amazing considering the thousands of pounds youve had from me over the years with 3 policies on Denplan. Also COVID stopped appointments and had appointments cancelled due to other problems but that's not taken into consideration. Shame as under Mr Jones it was a totally different place where as a patient I felt like I was put first. Receptionist was very welcoming..

Negative experience: Terrible service, doctors that don't seem to know what they were doing, very rude staff. I don't recommend! My girlfriend tried to fix a small problem (root canal treatment) , she paid more then 500 pounds in advance and finally she fixed the problem in her country because, after one week of treatment the problem was worse then before. It seemed like the secretary "knew" more about dentastry than the two doctors that worked the case.

My dentist Dr. Jabbar Hussain is a master of his craft. He will always, where possible, give you a choice of treatments complete with an explanation of what to expect. I've had many different treatments (extraction, root canal, filling) and all have been pain free. A marvellous dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment at saturday 14:45 and just 45 minute's at 15:30 later I was in the Jones Dental & Implant Clinic is incredible how dental receptionist , Joanna Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a peoples that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! And dental doctor and his assistant they just was soo good. I got my broken teeth removed, they just did it looks soo easy and without me feeling any pain

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dental practise for nearly 20 years. The staffI have always been very polite and welcoming, the premisses well kept and clean; and the expertise of the professional staff excellent.

Positive experience: Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. However this time I was a little shocked when I was expected to pay for the Dentist PPE, The dentist is a private dentist so we have to pay a lot of money already without paying for PPE. It is not our fault they have to wear it, baring in mind they have always worn it why charge us now. A shocking extra charge. Who is going to pay for our PPE we have to wear.

Fantastic experience: I had a superb experience on my most recent visit to Jones. The new hygienist was really kind, courteous and conscientious. She was constantly checking on my welfare and made me feel relaxed. I left feeling great and my teeth and gums feel like they have had a deep clean.

Fantastic experience: Over my years I have had the chance to see quite a few Hygienists. Jones Dental & Implant Clinic have an hygienist called Donna and she has been far the best yet. Courteous, gentle and good at her job.

Negative experience: Great dentistry but flawed service. Looking for a dentist in the area we settled on Jones Clinic based on the reviews. We were happy to pay for a great dentist experience. Covid hasn't helped, noted. But the reception staff here really don't value new custom - we actually felt this on day 1, when we received a lukewarm welcome. I'm not sure if there is some subconscious vetting issues with new customers, but if so the feeling is mutual. We paid over the odds for dental care, and we were happy to do so. But equally you do that once and then commit to a business, which we thought we had done when we are receiving automatic appointment notifications. To only be told that we have to have another check-up in order to qualify for any long term care, at another premium. In short, the problems here are not the dentists or hygienists, you will get great treatment. But the management and service staff need to realise that customer experience when new to a business is key. We would have been a family of four, likely to visit this dentist 4 times a year many times over. This has been an expensive mistake and hence a review to warn others and we hope this practise takes note.

Fantastic experience: This was my first filling since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. I phoned from my car and shortly someone came to collect me and took me straight to the surgery. I sanitised my hands en route and wore a mask. Both dentist and assistant wore PPE and I only removed my mask when he started treatment. Fortunately I did not need an anaesthetic and the dentist was very careful with the drilling. After treatment I put my mask on, sanitised and was led out the same separate route I had entered without passing through reception. I did have to return to reception to pay a separate fee due to extra COVID-19 measures which were not covered by my Denplan policy. All in all a relatively pleasant experience for someone who does not enjoy visiting the dentist under normal circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Staff are all friendly and competent. It's well located for me (I can walk there). Been a patient for years. Monday I had a back upper tooth extracted, been dreading it. It was done so deftly, and I was managed so well, it was brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I like the way of covid check-in, check-in via telephone and seated in the car, then someone will come and ask you in, straight in to the treatment rooms , so far all my visits were called-in on time. The treatment rooms I have been are well lit, bright and clean, well pre-prepared atmosphere. Treatment is also unrushed, well conversed and cool. I have visited about 5 times now and all experiences so far, were superb.

Positive experience: I felt very safe during my appointment & didn't feel any lack of service because of the necessary changes. The only thing I would say is it could've been that a little clearer that I would be called on my mobile once I was clear to go in after ringing Reception & leaving a message.

He was great with my daughters, who were both nervous going to see someone new. He took so much time with the three of us and was incredibly thorough.
