Fantastic experience: I had teeth removed and two implants implanted in the front of my mouth. I have a temporary bridge fitted for 3 months, when I will get my permanent teeth done. I am really pleased with the professional treatment I had done, and have had no pain at all since the operation.

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my Invisalign and composite process at the McGrath Dental clinic. Dr. Gareth Hargreaves completed the Invisalign and whitening processes, and Danielle Davis did composite edge bonding at the very end of my treatment. I cannot thank Gareth and Danielle, and everyone at the McGrath clinic, enough for their help in improving my smile. I am so happy with how my teeth look now. My expectations were well and truly surpassed by the treatment that I received. I finished my treatment around a month ago now. It is lovely to feel a lot more confident (even in this short period) when smiling for pictures or just smiling during conversations with others. Particular thanks must go to Dr. Gareth Hargreaves, who oversaw my Invisalign treatment from start to finish. He was very welcoming, put me at ease, and always spoke with clarity, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. There was never a stage in my treatment where I was unsure what the next phase was. The treatment was pain-free, and I always felt comfortable that I was being treated by professionals who prioritised competence and patient comfort. The entire process took just over a year for me. This was despite my move abroad 9 months into the treatment, which shows just how flexible the team at McGrath is. Overall, I have, of course, given a 5-star review. I would have given 6 stars if I could. Everybody at the clinic is very friendly, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering making an appointment.

I am in the process of having full dental implants and from the start of my treatment till now I must say the experience has been life changing. McGrath Dental provide an excellent service, a warm welcome and outstanding results. I recently attended for root canal and feared losing a tooth. The McGrath team ensured the tooth was saved and I doubt many practices would have achieved this. I then opted for replacement of some crowns and I’m so happy with the results. The staff are welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, Tyler is my co ordinator and she ensures I know exactly what’s happening next so I can anticipate and prepare myself, the practice is super clean and a gorgeous building and my dentist Liam McGrath is the funniest honest but attentive dentist whose priority is making you feel at ease, managing your expectations and ensuring the process is as smooth as possible! I am part way through my dental implant journey started in Feb 2025 and I chose this practice over others that I visited based on his honest expert advice even though I wanted a quicker outcome due to being a nervous patient! Fantastic experience: I had veneers fitted on my very crooked front teeth 20+ years ago which needed replacing. McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic were recommended by a friend and I had my first appointment with Gareth in June 2023. He discussed various options with me, one of which was to straighten my teeth first with Invisalign & then have veneers put back on my 4 front teeth. This was the option I chose and Gareth had guided me through every step of my Invisalign journey. There were times during the past 2 years when I was struggling but he reassured and encouraged me by showing me how far my teeth had already moved. I have now finished my treatment and I am really happy with the results. A huge thank you to Gareth, the dental nurses and all the team at McGrath who have supported me through my Invisalign journey.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been patients of MGrath Dental Clinic for several years and we have always been impressed by the high quality of care provided by the whole dental team, including implants by Liam, hygeinist treatment by Danielle and yesterday Gareth performed a molar extraction for my wife and a root canal filling for me. The treatment for both of us was entirely pain free and the root canal treatment (which I was a little aprehensive about) was amazing. I was shown the X ray of the completed canal fillings and could hardly believe how finely the canals had been treated. The staff in this practice (including the reception staff) are all extremely friendly and also highly professional!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped through the doors of McGrath and met Gareth and his team, I knew I was in safe hands. Whilst I initially had my reservations about Invisalign treatment, seeing the start and estimated finish point was incredible! I was clearly informed of the whole process, including easily setting up a very reasonably charged finance agreement. Despite my specific treatment needing a large number of appointments, I have really enjoyed Gareth and his team's company and even shared a few mid-procedure laughs, with the final appointment being sad to be the last! Overall, I have gained much more confidence smiling than I ever had thanks to Invisalign, and Gareth's patience every time he showed me the mirror. What a wonderful facility and team, where I will continue to have hygienist visits to maintain everything!

I’ve needed a few different courses of treatment in recent years, and at the time, I often would have rather buried my head in the sand than gone through with any of it. But the folks here have made it as easy and stress-free as you could hope for, so getting that treatment hasn’t been a big deal — which is no small thing to a semi-reformed nervous patient. In particular, Gareth and Danielle, along with the excellent team they work with, have always taken great care of me, and I’m really grateful for their patience and skill. Following consultations involving X-rays, CT-scans and a clear explanation of the most suitable options available for my situation, I underwent a fairly radical implant procedure at the end of October 2024. Wow! – the results are just truly fabulous, and I can barely believe the transformation in the way I now look and feel in such a short space of time. Dr. Liam McGrath, along with his magnificent team have shown me the utmost care and concern throughout the whole process. They are patient, kind, friendly, understanding and extremely reassuring. Positivity, optimism and ‘we will make things a lot better for you’ is their ethos; they inspired my trust, confidence and a good feeling that I was in very safe hands. My super supportive friend was allowed to be in the room for the entire time on the day of the procedure and she saw what I didn’t. As I hadn't been the dentist for about 15 years I was rather nervous about the procedure, but Gareth and Amy put me at ease and made the experience as painless as possible. Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had a broken tooth extraction and a same day implant performed by Liam at mcgraths dental practice. I found the whole procedure to be totally painless , efficiently carried out and a really great outcome , in fact I went back to work in the afternoon! I have no reservations in recommending this modern , friendly practice to anyone needing any dental procedure from a simple hygiene visit to implant surgery. Fantastic experience: I have just completed extensive treatment at McGraths. I went in with a broken tooth but X-rays revealed I had extensive latent infections under my top teeth. Consequently I have had a complete full set of implants which are absolutely superb. They look & feel so natural & I can even enjoy eating a steak again. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to McGrath dental for a check and polish with Matt parsons on Monday and I have nothing but nice things to say! The practice is lovely and the reception staff were super friendly and helpful when arriving. The practice has plenty of on road parking on the street outside available for up to 2 hours which makes the parking nice and easy compared to a city centre location. Matt did composite bonding on my teeth last year and I can honestly say if you’re looking for someone to make you achieve your smile goals he’s the one to trust! He’s knowledgeable, friendly and really listens to your goals and achieves just that! I’m still getting compliments on them even a year later! I wouldn’t go to anybody else! His assistant Megan was also super friendly and lovely. They both make you feel very comfortable and relaxed! 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Nice practice, plenty of free parking (some 2 hrs) on roads nearby, nice, clean and modern without being ostentatious. Reception staff are always friendly. I had a tooth that looked like Tutankhamen’s toe, yet had the structural integrity of a Japanese earthquake shelter, and Emma, assisted by Tasha did the necessary extraction like a Ninja. Bit of friendly chat, bit of Elton on the radio, and was all done very professionally with minimal discomfort before ‘Cold Heart’ had even finished. Really good service that made the work far more bearable than I expected. I’d come back every week, but would run out of teeth by March if I did, so instead I’ll just mark the next appointment up on the calendar and not look to it with dread. Well done all.

Negative experience: Had a great experience with having implants , for top jaw teeth replacements, but the teeth crumble away , on my third set , costing over £ 2,000 each so 20 grand later another set has crumbled away , over the last few years I've lost nine stone in weight eating fish ,chicken and pasta but the the teeth still broke away , in the same place , friends had there's abroad no problems what so ever , wish I had gotten on the plane,, ,
