Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I had the luck of having a dental hygiene appointment with Dr Serafeim and his DA Momena. They were so lovely, accommodating and skilled and truly made the experience pleasant for me, which surprised me as I normally find a visit to the dentist a bit uncomfortable. Positive experience: Dr Matoula is very friendly and fantastic orthodontist even though all appointments are running late. It would be good if the assistant of Dr Matoula have checked the name of the patient whom she came out to call and know that sanitiser cannot be used for mouth as it has a terrible taste. I wanted to remove my braces and to wash my hands and she offered sanitiser even though the sink was nearby and I was on the way to the restroom. Other than that all good.

Negative experience: It’s not the same as it used to be. They know how to trap customers for unnecessary bills. After a yearly dental check upon by a qualified Dentiest they said to me there is an infection under one of my tooth and I had to pay £ 90 to confirm and discuss this with another of their Dentiest. The first Dentiest should have told me the options during my annual dental check visit but they avoid it to charge me £90 for the another consultation. With the dentist. Outcome was just keep an eye on it . What a waste

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency Saturday appointment with Dr Marie Brown for a badly cracked off piece of the veneer on my front tooth . I bit into a piece of chicken breast that ended up having a small piece of bone in it! I looked like Dracula and had a black tie event on the Monday ! She saw me very promptly and did a fabulous job restoring it .

Negative experience: This company is a nightmare. They are sending spam to my email address without my consent, and I never subscribed to their services. There’s no way to unsubscribe, and they don’t respond to any emails. Completely unprofessional and a violation of GDPR _____________________________ Absolute disgrace. Booked an afternoon appt online early in the morning - paid £250 quid - turned up to be told 10 mins after the scheduled appointment the specialist isnt coming today! Couldnt get treated, had lost all the time I could have used to book somewhere else - and told I'd be refunded during the course of the week! To top it all off was told the next available appointment is a week away. Who is running this place?! What a lack of respect for customers.

Negative experience: Not great experience. Invisalign Plan came out very expensive (including discount). Anticipating minor works but was costed for the full lot ‘just in case’, resulting in an additional £2k price hike. The cosmetic dentist also tried to sell (quite hard) two additional treatments which is always a red flag for cosmetic services. Please take feedback onboard.

Negative experience: Did not want to leave this review however I feel I have no choice now. I have exhausted all avenues and do not feel heard. The clinic is fully aware of me and who I am. I do not need a standard copy and paste response from you asking me to get in touch. Avoid Invisalign here at all costs. I first started my Invisalign journey in September 2022. I was told it would be a 6 month treatment. To summarise, there was no change in my teeth. Two full years on, my teeth are still no where near the results I was told to expect. I have raised complaints several times and each time I have been dismissed without even a compromise. For the immense cost it is not worth it at all. My HealthCare Clinic has caused me the utmost stress; emotionally, physically and financially. Avoid.

Negative experience: The people at reception are very nice. It’s easy to make an appointment. Yet, my appointment with the dental hygienist was only 15 minutes and the cleaning was very superficial. Hygienist appointments are usually 45-60 minutes. It would be more honest if they disclosed the length of the appointment so the client can have a better idea what they will get for £65. I also had an ultrasound and I’m afraid to say the images I received are very poor quality, and the information very limited.

Negative experience: Had my Invisalign done with them, my teeth are not 100% straight but are fine after treatment, they told me i had to pay for extra aligners for my teeth to be fully straight but they mentioned that is a big extra cost that doesn’t really worth it. I appreciated the though but I feel like it was a half done job. Anyway the bigger issue is, I had a tooth decay before starting my Invisalign and they said that they do not want to start Invisalign with a tooth decay, i then precede to have my tooth decay fixed with them. Surprise! After 3 appointments and my painful filling redone 3 times, they told me that my tooth has a thin crack and « it can happen while doing a filling that a tooth crack». They say that it might get fixed by itself as tooth a pretty strong. They then make me signed a paper to start Invisalign and that i will not take any legal action against them if anything goes wrong with that tooth during my Invisalign treatment. When I said that I will not signed and I want a refund they told me that this is not possible as they already made my aligners on the 1st appointment following my tooth filling. They said they might try to fix it once my Invisalign is done. So overall not a good experience. I am now writing a review as my Invisalign is done for a year but my cracked tooth is still not fixed and they just ignore my latest request. Disappointing and I would recommend to pick a different dentist as they are looking to bank money rather than giving good care to the patient. They damage my tooth and are ok with redoing the filling as it cost them nothing but as soon as you ask them to fix the mess they make no one wants to actually admit the mistake and take ownership of it.

Negative experience: I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with MyHealthcare Clinic, in hopes of warning others about their alarming lack of responsibility and transparency. After a consultation to discuss the finer points of treatment, it became apparent that this clinic shirks all responsibility. In the treatment contract, you will not see any strict conditions to protect the patient from inheritance or medical error. If the doctor harms you or injures you, he will be out of business and neither will the clinic. You will receive treatment at your own expense and you will not even have anything to go to court with.They explicitly stated in their email that they would not be altering their contracts, leaving patients unprotected against potential medical errors or complications. They even suggested that I seek assistance from another provider if I was not satisfied with their terms, which was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Here are some critical issues I faced: 1. Lack of Accountability: The clinic’s doctors are self-employed, and the clinic refused to include the doctor’s name and insurance policy in the contract (even to show doctor’s insurance). This means that in the event of a medical error leading to injury or death, the nor clinic mother a doctor at that clinic would not take any responsibility. 2. Insurance and Support Issues: They claimed that the doctors’ insurance should cover all errors but refused to include this in the contract. Furthermore, they would not support or assist in case of complications post-operation. 3. Misleading Information: They falsely claimed that teeth implants would have a lifetime insurance for an additional cost, only to later deny any knowledge of such coverage and refuse to provide documentation from the implant manufacturer. 4. Violation of Legal Standards: According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and contract terms should be fair and transparent. Additionally, the General Dental Council (GDC) mandates that dental professionals must have appropriate indemnity cover. Dental Clinic is clearly not complying with these requirements. When I requested these simple yet crucial amendments to the contract, they suggested that I look for another clinic. This level of disregard for patient safety and legal obligations is unacceptable. If you are considering treatment at MyHealthcare Clinic, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you will be left to handle it on your own. For your safety and peace of mind, seek a provider that respects legal standards and prioritizes patient protection. I am also considering filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities due to their clear breach of consumer protection laws. Think twice before choosing MyHealthcare Clinic for your dental needs.

o We provide all the follow-up and support necessary throughout all treatments for all our patients. This includes routine follow-ups as well as emergency appointments when required.
3. Misleading Information: We have never claimed, provided, or advertised lifetime insurance for an additional cost as we do not operate an insurance arm. Furthermore, to the best of our knowledge, no such insurance exists.
o We use premium implants that come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. The supporting documents, including T&Cs from the manufacturer, have been shared.
4. Violation of Legal Standards: All our clinicians are GDC and/or GMC registered and have active indemnity insurance during their time at MyHealthcare Clinic. Our compliance team ensures that registrations and indemnity statuses are always up to date.

Negative experience: I went in to see the GP after a prolonged period of sinusitis. He dismissed prescribing me penicillin, looked down at me from a higher moral ground. I know my body and he wouldn’t budge. Waste of time and money.

After reviewing your visit, we would like to address some key points. During your appointment, our GP conducted a thorough examination and identified symptoms consistent with Silent Reflux, rather than sinusitis. As a result, appropriate medication was prescribed to address these symptoms.
When you expressed a preference for antibiotics, you were prescribed amoxicillin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic. However, upon your return requesting penicillin, it was explained that penicillin was not suitable due to the absence of a bacterial infection such as tonsillitis or sinusitis.
We strive to provide the best possible care by prescribing treatments based on medical necessity and best practices. Our GP's decision was guided by these principles to ensure your health and safety.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Fulham Clinic for the very first time on 18th March 2024. I felt at ease with the whole team from the receptionist to the dentist to the anaesthetist. A special shout out to Dr. Serifein who was patient when explaining the dental process from start to finish. He paid attention to detail and provided good after care recommendations. Fantastic experience: I called the clinic because I needed an appointment ASAP. I was offered the very next available slot in less than 3 minutes. I'm a member for ages now and I get top standard treatment each time I visit. They have a specialist for literally everything. The staff is friendly and professional and the place is squeaky clean. I signed up for the plan that includes both the dentist and the GP. The quality is like flying on a private jet vs. ryanair if you compare it to "free" health care. No-brainer.

Negative experience: My experience wasn't that great, nurse wasn't t capable to take a simple blood sample leaving my arm bruised also my blood result was messed up.... Can't believe its a private clinic ain't cheap and that is the service that l had!
