Fantastic experience: I had a smile consultation with Simon Hill at Wyndham house. I have to say the whole team was so welcoming, professional and reassuring. My teeth are my biggest insecurity and Simon and his dental nurse made me feel completely at ease and outlined a plan going forward that involved other members of the team in a collaborative health care plan. I can’t wait to get started!

Fantastic experience: Start of my treatment for implants. Very professional, everything explained. Staff very friendly helped me relax and looked after me during treatment. Given a 'goodie bag' including details of how to look after myself and mouth after treatment.

Fantastic experience: This the third time I have attended the Hygienist at the Dental Practice and found that it is very good and the Hygienist makes you feel relaxed and explains everything to you. Previously I have attended the Dentist there and was always made to feel special and was always relaxed from the moment that I went to the reception and exited the premises. everything was always explained to me, and if I didn't understand anything, all I had to do was ask.

Fantastic experience: I used to hate visiting the dentist, but I have no problem with Wyndham House. Simon and the team are wholly professional. I've never had a problem with any work carried out there, even though my teeth aren't the greatest, and thoroughly recommend them for anything from minor work to implants.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Rhys for consultation. He was great, and discussed how he could help to improve my teeth. He was friendly and made me feel at ease. I am definitely going back to have what we discussed done and will also take my both daughters to see if he can help them too.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist a cool character who was very skilful, professional and with a well equipped practice. Dental nurse's are caring and responsive. Excellent patient Dentist communication except I would have liked an A4 sheet on departure containing an idiots guide to the do's and don'ts of aftercare.

Fantastic experience: I came away from my first visit to Wyndham House practice today delighted, as Simon Hill removed a tooth root, that a dentist in another practice had left behind, during an extraction and it was infected. Simon was superb, gave me an emergency appointment, no fuss 10 minutes and It was gone. Highly competent.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive visiting the Hygienist this afternoon, I had been a patient of Josh for many years. However Kathy put me at ease the moment I walked into the surgery. She was gentle and caring and when she told me that I was doing a great job cleaning my teeth, well I was really happy. I will be quite happy visiting her again. My visit to David was also a good experience. Gosh, few years ago I would never have said that about visiting the dentist. Both David and Kathy are great assets to the Wyndham House Team.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today with the hygienist. I was advised what would happen and it was lovely…I will be having them down every 6 months!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment 1 month ago and when I arrived I was told I was having a temporary filling as i had been booked into an emergency appointment. Hence I had to pay for a temporary filling and am returning for another appointment ( I have to get time off for) , for another filling.

Fantastic experience: August 2024, aided by my puppy, I fell, face forward onto the road. Damaging, my nose, lips and upper front two teeth. I saw David the following day and a plan of repair was made. I saw David and his two dental nurses, regularly over the next 5 months, and, I am now the proud owner of two new front teeth. I have been treated with kindness, compassion, and dignity, throughout what has been a pretty awful time. Each step was explained carefully, and it was evident that David takes a lot of pride in his work, both in settling me into the procedures, and the eventual cosmetic outcome. I have new found confidence and pride in my smile. So a big thank you to David and the whole Team at Wyndham House.

Friendly staff on reception, always a great way to put you at ease. I was shown upstairs to a plush waiting room. Called on time and my dentist was Brilliant! Thorough checkup, xrays and nothing needed doing. Very happy with the experience and look forward to my next visit. My second visit to Wyndham House Dental Practice. It just gets better. I'd just had a hip replacement so they arranged for me to be seen downstairs. How brilliant is that??? The receptionist was her usual happy helpful self. And the dentist and nurse were a joy. I'm a nosey old sod so the dentist was more than happy to talk me through the procedure. 40 minutes of fun and education. Never thought I'd say that about going to the dentist.
